  Hi Guys Currently i am doing one project in that we need to generate report from database. Since my server memory is too low im getting 'Out of Memory' Exception when im writing it at serverside and also when i write directly to a excel file using http header as excel file im not able to create multiple sheets since my database table is huge more than 65536 rows. I saw many solution using a third party tool but i cant use those into mine..If anyone already worked on this please give me some direction. Also i tried using javascript but for that i need to use datagrid at server side?? but in my project i m not allowed to use like this.

• JMS - How do message selectors work with multiple queue and topic consumers?

  Say you have a JMS queue, and multiple consumers are watching the queue for messages. You want one of the consumers to get all of a particular type of message, so you decide to employ message selectors. For example, you define a property to go in your JMS message header named, "targetConsumer." Your message selector, which you apply to the consumer known as, "A," is something like "WHERE targetConsumer = "CONSUMER_A." It's clear that consumer A will now just grab messages with the property set like it is in in the example. Will the other consumers have awareness of that, though? IOW, will another consumer, unconstrained by a message selector, grab the "CONSUMER_A" messages, if it looks at the queue before Consumer A? Do I need to apply message selectors like, "WHERE targetConsumer < "CONSUMER_A" to the others? I am RTFMing and gathering empirical data now, but was hoping someone might know off the top of their head.

• the problem only happens when i try create a release...

  I'm sorry if im not presenting this right, but i trully cannot understand what the problem is. i have a project to hand in, a code of 600 lines defined within a main, .cpp, and header file. if i compile the project with just a debugger and no release, it's fine. when i create it with the release, the following error occurs, for every function!!! 1st error: |36|multiple definition of `countLines(int&, std::vector const&)'| 2nd error: |36|first defined here| if someone will allow me and i can send them the entire code, that would be awesome - i have to have this done within 3 hours.

• Update Store Logo Programmatically Magento

  I've noticed that magento keeps the URL to the logo it uses for each store you setup in the "core_config_data" table. If I run this SQL: SELECT * FROM `core_config_data` WHERE path = 'design/header/logo_src' I get a list of stores and their associated logo. I also get a config_id and a scope_id. I'd like to be able to update these logo's programmatically behind the scenes but I can't figure out how to relate this table's data back to a store name. config_id and store_id got to somehow link back to another table that sets up the relationship. Magento's EAV model, ugh :) Any ideas?

• How can I hook up an IBAction method to a plain view for a touch up event?

  I have created a blank new view-based application project in Xcode. It generated a myProjectViewController and an nib for it. In that nib for that view controller, there is just one view. I wanted to test some event handling stuff and created an -(IBAction) method that will just log a "hello world" when I touch the view. But for some reason, IB doesn't give me a chance to hook up the action. What am I doing wrong there? I also tried to put a UIView as subview there. When I drag from that to File's Owner (whoose class is the myProjectViewController, where I have the IBAction in the header), doesn't even mention the IBAction. But it actually should, right?

• Prevent Carousel scroll within scrollable Container (Sencha 2)?

  I've got a Container with a header, content (Carousel) and a footer. The Container itself is therefor scrollable (vertical) to be able to scroll down to the footer. The Carousel can be swiped horizontally to change active item. I want to lock it to do only two thing: If starting to move vertically, only scroll Container If starting to move horizontally, only scroll Carousel If you now grab the Carousel you are able to scroll both ways at the same time.   I have seen some static library projects in iOS.I see two different types of linking static library. 1)adding .a static library to new xcode project and its header files only. 2)adding .a static library to new xcode project and adding the xcode project through which static library has created. when I remove the the xcode project through which static library has created from the 2nd project, it gives error.I tried first approach for 2nd one.But it is not working. Can you please explain why it is differed? Will it be differed by the xcode versions we use? is The second approach for old xcode versions?

• What could possibly cause this error when declaring an object inside a class?

  I'm battling with this assignment :) I've got two classes: Ocean and Grid. When I declare an object of the Grid inside the Ocean: unsigned int sharkCount; Grid grid; The compiler/complainer says: error C2146: syntax error : missing ';' before identifier 'grid' Can you possibly predict what produces this error with the limited info I provided? It seems that as if the Ocean doesn't like the Grid class. Could this be because of the poor implementation of the grid class. BTW the Grid has a default constructor. Yet the error happens in compiling time!. EDIT: They're each in separate header file, and I've included the Grid.h in the Ocean.h.

  Hey folks, I'm on a current web project, on which there's a working PHPBB3 installation in (root)/phpbb3 All other files of the page are directly on (root)/ and are manually programmed. now I have to refactor the whole page with Joomla and want to integrate the PHPBB3 directly into the main page, so that header, menu and footer of the joomla page are still beeing displayed, only the content shall be the PHPBB. There are no further log in mechansims on my page, so this is not an issue. It's just about an optical integration of the board into the page...is this possible? If yes, how? • Best way to position a two part background in CSS?

  Hey All! I have a weird background I am trying to figure out the best way to style it. So, there are two parts to the background image, the top part which has a unique horizontal and vertical design (its about 1024x700) then a bottom section that has a unique style horizontally, but can be repeated vertically . (1024 x 1) Right now I have the top section being a background image for the header, the problem is that it screws me up for styling all of the page content because it is so big! What would be the best way to code a two piece background like that in HTML and CSS? Thanks! Kevin

I know very little about SAML, and after a bit of searching here (and elsewhere) I do not find much about how to implement with WCF.   I would like to allow users to call my ruby on rails app as a service which returns a 'div' with html content in it, and embed that div into their app (which will not be a rails application). For example, assume someone has their own php website that has a header/footer template that gets rendered, and a content area of the page that they need to fill based on some html I generate in my rails app. I would like to allow them, from php, to call to my website, get the 'div' I generate, and embed that as html in their php page. What I'm trying to do is host a service on my site that returns some html content, but actually show that content as part of another site, so that the end user only sees the other site and never really knows about mine. Is this possible?

• How do I determine the dimensions of a .NET listview at runtime?

  I have a form with a split container and each panel has a list view and some buttons. I wanted to make sure that the header and at least two rows are visible in a listview. I originally determined the values for panel1MinSize & panel2MinSize by fine tuning the values visually (on my XP development machine). This approach was fine until I tested my app on Windows Vista - the basic dimensions of the listview are different and the listview is too small. To overcome this I believe I need to determine the listview dimensions at runtime and do some maths to set the panel min size but I can't see how to do this. Is this the right approach or is there an easier way?

So whenever a web service call is made to IIS web services, there is a double handshake taking place: Client Request #1 GetEmployeeList Server Response #1 <- 401 HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized WWW-Authenticate: Negotiate WWW-Authenticate: NTLM Client Request #2 REQUEST Header... Server Response #2 <- 200 Data Received Lately, however, Server Response #1 will sometimes (a good 20 percent of the calls) take a massive amount of time (like 25 to 30 seconds). How do I debug this problem? Is this a Active Directory problem or a Domain Controller problem?

  I need to make my image fitting into my div, I want the picture to be only inside the div, the rest of the picture will be behind the other elements. Basically I want to achieve the same effect as here http://tommywebdesigner.com/Home%20Page.html but with the div id="background"and div id="content" i have created. As you can see first i gave margin-bottom="350px to the header in order to create a blank space, here i have the space for the img in my div id="background"which is located under (z-index: -1;) and the rest of the elements is placed over inside the the div id="content" (z-index:2;) I need now a Javascript which fit this image in the div id="background".   I'm using jgit to create a remote in s3. Problem I'm having is when I do a jgit push s3 master it creates the files in s3 as owned by me. I want to keep the files private, and be read/write by 'Authenticated users'. I'd like to be able to either set acl: authenticated-read in the ~/.jgit file OR be able to modify the acl after the push: s3cmd --add-header=x-amz-acl:authenticated-read setacl --acl-private s3://my.bucket/repo/* Neither of these work. How do i use jgit and push to s3 and keep it private, and let anyone with auth read/write?

I have a file upload form and whatever file is uploaded suppose(abc.fasta) then i want to pass same name in execute (abc.fasta) function parameter and display function parameter (abc.aln). Workflow goes like this. ----If submit is not true then display only header and form part --- if submit is true then call execute() and get file name from form input --- Then display the save file result in the same page. • Intellisense for Javascript - not correct in Visual Studio 2008/2010

  var obj = document.getElementById("header"); Given the above code snippet, I should be able to wire event handlers. For example, I can wire onMouseDown to the mouse down event, the issue is that Visual Studio does not display this in the Intellisense. I'm trying something such as: obj.onmousedown = mousestatus; Based on a book I'm reading, the code is valid (at least it works) therefore I see no reason why Intellisense is not picking it up. I've tried this on both a standalone Javascript file, as well as an MVC project to no luck. Is there anything I'm doing wrong - or is there a way to resolve this?

• Chrome vs Safari - CSS the mystery pixel

  I have an issue of the mysterious pixel in CSS. Site in question: http://www.lymphcareri.com/about/ The idea is that under the menu is a line, which gets highlighted upon hover and blends in with the line under the header. However, Safari and Chrome both interpret the CSS different in such a way, that I cannot get those lines to line up in both browsers (no pun intended). It is either on the mark, or off. Chrome shaves off one pixel on the bottom margin of the nav link, making the line appear just above. Any idea why that is?

  I am coding an external Javascript slideshow file, which i want to load and display on my HTML/CSS webpage. How do i go about doing that? I understand that i need to load the .js file in the header of the HTML, but what do i call inside the body's DIV that will make the javascript file understand that i want it to load at that area? I'm extremely confused with working with Javascript here. If anyone has any helpful links to implementing a complete slideshow on a webpage it would be appreciated as well.
