How can I define an argument array directly in the line where the function is called?

  • Correct way to create a menu with shortcuts in WPF

    What is the correct/best way to create a menu with hotkey shortcuts? I simply want a File menu like Visual Studio's that has New, Open, Save, Save All, Exit, and a few other standard shortcuts. It seems that InputGestureText displays the appropriate text, but since it's called "Text" and doesn't seem to trigger events, I'm going to assume that isn't the right way to do it. The Command architecture also seems fairly bulky, so I don't want to head down that path if there is a better way.

    I got an IFrame, in the onload event i set the height of the frame: function resizeFrame() { $("#iframeID").height($("#iframeID").contents().find("body").outerHeight(true)); } Problem is: When the content of the frame is increasing without a postback (javascript or Async Postback with Ajax), a scrollbar appears. I found a solution for Firefox: document.getElementById("iframeID").contentWindow.addEventListener("overflow", resizeFrame, false); But i can't find a solution for IE 7+8 Anyone got an idea?

    Here are the GDI functions Chord() provided by MFC: BOOL Chord( int x1, int y1, int x2, int y2, int x3, int y3, int x4, int y4 ); BOOL Chord( LPCRECT lpRect, POINT ptStart, POINT ptEnd ); It seems to me that no such method is privided by GDI+ (the Graphics class), so how do I implement my own Chord function (with the exact same prototype) ?     Hi, I want to write a new file with the Java FileWriter. I use it like this: FileWriter newJsp = new FileWriter("C:\\user\Desktop\dir1\dir2\filename.txt"); Now the dir1 and dir2 currently don't exist. I want Java to create them automatically if they aren't already there. Actually Java should set up the whole file path if not already existing. How can I achieve this?
