I am testing it by doing curl -d "d=test" http://localhost:8888/ Does anybody know how to get that data in groovy?

  • Computer POST's and draws the BIOS screens very slowly - Motherboard issue?

    I have a desktop that refuses to boot into Windows. I used Hitachi DFT and the HD came back OK. I then used Memtest86+ and it took hours for the test to run. After 8+ hours it was up to test number 6. I aborted and ran Memtest86. It ran at basically the same speed. I aborted and went to look at the BIOS settings. The computer is running slow at POST. It takes a long time for the keyboard to be recognized, etc. The BIOS settings takes time to be (slowly) drawn on the screen. What could be causing such behavior? EDIT: I gave back the computer a while back without ever discovering the cause so I'm closing the question.

    I have problem with my pc. Random reboots with post "hyper transport sync flood" error. It happens completely random. Most times i watch movie, some times when i play a game, even when i browse internet. My spec are as follow: MB ASUS M4A78-E CPU Phenom II 940 Sapphire Radeon hd4850 Vapor-X RAM OCZ DDR2 PC2-8500 kit 2x2GB PSU CM Real Power M520W CASE CM Centurion 590 Temps of MB, CPU and 4850 are in normal range. MB is hooter, around 60-70°C under load, Radeon 60-65°C under load (playing game for couple hours). CPU dos not past 50-55°C. So i think its not a cooling problem, CM case is pretty good, and have a lots of fans. I try with this memmory: TWIN2X4096-6400C5DHX same problem.

    I want to use RestSharp to POST something somewhere. I'm posting straight JSON (and not POCOs). Because I'm posting plain JSON, I believe I need to use this workaround instead of setting Body: request.AddParameter( "application/json", myJsonString, ParameterType.RequestBody); This works fine when I'm not compressing the JSON. When I do, using this: request.Headers.Add("Content-Encoding", "gzip"); request.AddParameter( "application/json", GZipStream.CompressString(myJsonString), ParameterType.RequestBody); This doesn't work. I stepped through the code and in RestClient::ConfigureHttp, I see: http.RequestBody = body.Value.ToString(); Since I'm giving at a byte array, body.Value is set to System.Byte[] Is there a way for RestSharp to handle a gzipped json string in a POST request?

    I can't seem to get the ASP.NET engine to handle ALL wildcard mapping.     Hi folks, I have a Django 'add business' view which adds a new business with an inline 'business_contact' form. The form works fine, but I'm wondering how to write up the unit test - specifically, the 'postdata' to send to self.client.post(settings.BUSINESS_ADD_URL, postdata) I've inspected the fields in my browser and tried adding post data with corresponding names, but I still get a 'ManagementForm data is missing or has been tampered with' error when run.   • Need post-it notes that don't fall off the whiteboard after a week.

    In my company, we plan our develpment work with scrum. We track progress using post-it stickies on a big whiteboard, and it works great. It is my understanding that's kind of standard. We are just one location, so we don't need or want to do this electronically. But to our (and the Q/A rep's) annoyance, the sticky notes begin to fall off the whiteboard after a week or two, or even sooner if you stick them on top of each other. I've experimented with extra tape on the stickies. That helped, but it also ruins the whiteboard. So I am looking for a pragmatic and preferably low-cost alternative. Are some post-it brands better than others? Or do you have another solution for a scrum board does not suffer from this?

    Hello All: I just downloaded the latest FBConnect build, popped in my keys and getting a mysterious hanging error only when I try to post a feed without previewing (setting preview to zero). The activity indicated disappears and the blank dialog window just hangs there. (This mirrors what I was getting on the app I was developing). If I try to post a feed with preview it works; set preview to zero it just hangs. Again; thats with the sample project "Publish Feed" button. Hitting getting permission button and then Publish Feed does same thing...... For each new post submission, I am doing the foll: adding a routing entry in routing.yml defining a new action in the Actions file for the module. THis reads params, assigns values & saves the object As in the case of jqGrid, the 'Add Row' form is not a Symfony form. Is there a way to fool Symfony and post data to the executeCreate action to store a new entry. If not, does Symfony provide a way to quickly generate web services for AJAX requests for each of the modules? Is this a sensible feature?     I'm wondering if it is possible, that after a collection of rows is inserted, to initiate an operation that is executed asynchronously, is non-blocking, and doesn't need to inform the originator of the request - of the result. I am working with large amounts of events and I can guarantee that the post-insert logic will not fail -- I just want to have a single insert thread in my event-sources, and I want this thread to keep flying without blocking, and without being responsible for any post-delivery book-keeping. I can tell you that I would potentially have a 100 of these jobs executing concurrently and each job might operate on 5 tables with anywhere between 200-1000 inserts on each of these tables. A hint in the right direction should be enough.
