• What is the order of loading the CSS files in a HTML page ?

  I want to know the order of loading the CSS files in a HTML page. My actual requirement is like this: I have more than 10 CSS files in my application. I am importing some 3 to 4 CSS files in each HTML page. The problem is I have duplicate classes that defined in some CSS files. That means I override some of the CSS classes in the CSS files. In some pages it behaves correctly. In some pages it behaves wrongly. I have inline styles defined for some of the DIVs in HTML page also. I am keeping CSS class for that DIVs also. Can anyone know which one will take higher priority or which one loads first ?

  I'm building a page with a custom template. The thing is, I need this page to be password protected, or at least accessible to logged in users, but even if I set it as such (Private/Password protected) in the New Pages section in WordPress Administration, it won't display the menu entry nor the content (if Private) or it would show the page contents immediately (if Password protected). I've read somewhere that the_content() function is what makes this work, but as you can guess, my custom template doesn't use the_content() at all, and it's all based on custom content. Do you happen to know how can I (re)implement these two options?

But I will always have two sections of text and I want to prevent one section from appearing in search results, the other section must be indexed. <p class="please-index-me">text</p> <p class="get-out">never index me please</p> I thought that maybe if I load the "please don't index me text" with Javascript maybe search engines wouldn't look for it. But I am not sure it would work and this is not really nice. I was wondering if there is a way to tell search engines "hey, this text you can't grab, move on". So, is there a way to do it?

  I was a classic asp developer in 2000. After a year of full-time employment, I left the field. I found a part-time position as an asp developer again in 2005 and taught myself vb.net. In 2007, I got the current full-time job as an Asp.net web developer. I taught myself C#, LING t0 SQL, Web Services, AJAX, and creating all kinds of reports with reporting services. One and half years ago, I sent myself to part-time graduate program in Database and Web Systems. I'll have two semesters to go and so far my GPA is 4.0/4.0. My job responsibility is to collect business requirements from other departments, design the database, write stored procedures, create aspx pages, and create reports. I love what I do and want to advance my career to the next level. What I enjoy most is to design the relational database. I would want to become an .Net Architect eventually. I got an interview. They were looking for asp.net web developer. But I was surprised and disappointed that position would only create aspx pages. I would not even have opportunity to write stored procedures, let alone design the database (those would be provided by another group). Furthermore, they asked me some detailed questions about web forms, some of which I did not know the answers. they might be disappointed as well. I am eager to learn and can apply what I learn to real projects right away. I believe no matter what specific skills I am lacking for a new position, I can catch up quickly. I am looking for $70k range job. The object in my resume is Experience C# Web Application Developer. Due to the experience from last interview, I wonder if the object is really what I want.   I'm trying to work out how to enlarge all elements on a page, but keep the centre of enlargement in the centre of the window. Example Page (up and down arrows to resize the image, you can also drag the image around) On this page, once the image reaches the top or the left side of the window the centre of enlargement changes. It also changes when you move the image. (exactly what you would expect) I'm thinking I'd need to take a completely different approach to achieve what I want. But I'm not sure what that approach is..   I'm facing a problem that's really strange. It's in every browser. Everything is working correctly, until you try to go to a section using the hash ( like #contactUs in my page)... try this url : http://mahersalam.co.cc/projects/2011/#contactUs You will see that the page SHIFTS 10px to the top. if you take the hash, it works again. I have a wrapper on the page (#container) that has overflow:hidden, I did it to make sure no scroll bars appear if the resolution change. If you remove the overflow property it works too. I guess the shifting happens through the place of the scroll bar, but because it's hidden it's place only stays. So does anyone knows how to fix this problem ?

  I want to measure the effects in total traffic (views or visitors) of a single URL across a time frame. For example, let's say I published a blog post on July 2012. I want to measure what chunk of the site's total traffic is coming to this particular post on a month-by-month graph from July 2012 to date. Is there a way to do this? Edit: I should clarify that what I'd like to do is to generate a month-to-month graph, similar to the one you can see comparing a metric on a period of time against the previous equivalent period (year vs last year, for example) but comparing a particular URL traffic to the site's total traffic. In other words, I can get to the part where I can see the URL's traffic for the timeframe I selected and it shows how much of the total traffic corresponds to the current URL: But I'd like to add a second line to the graph, representing the site's total pageviews, similiar to this (but this one is showing just a different metric for the same URL): Thanks!

  Hello everybody, I've been trying to find a python code that would log in to my mail box on yahoo.com from "Google App Engine". That log-in form contains two fields, one for users' Yahoo! ID and another one is for users' password. However, when I tried this code out (substituting mu real Yahoo login for 'my-login-here' and my real password for 'my-password-here'), it just return the log-in form back to me, which means that something didn't work right. Another supporter suggested that I should send an MD5 hash of my password, rather than a plain password.
