My Tomcat is installed in /Users/(userID)/Tomcat I can start Tomcat server in Terminal without a problem But it cannot be started automatically when Mac OS X is boot up. I put a file org.apache.tomcat.plist in /Library/LaunchDaemons Disabled Label org.apache.tomcat ProgramArguments /Users/henryfok/Tomcat/bin/startup.sh RunAtLoad Any hint ?

  • buttons inside scrollviewer problem

    Hello, everyone. I couldn't find a solution to my problem eventhough I believe that others have come across this too. Basically, there are like twenty buttons in a wrap panel, which is inside a scrollviewer. The problem is that when I want to scroll the list, the click event fires the triggers.   • WCF App using Peer Chat app as example does not work.

    I converted a VB .Net 3.5 app to use peer to peer WCF using the available Microsoft example of the Chat app. I made sure that I copied the app.config file for the sample(modified the names for my app), added the appropriate references. I followed all the tutorials and added the appropriate tags and structure in my app code. Everything runs without any errors, but the clients only get messages from themselves and not from the other clients. The sample chat application does run just fine with multiple clients. The only difference I could find is that the server on the sample is targeting the framework 2.0, but I assume that is wrong and it is building it in at least 3.0 or the System.ServiceModel reference would break. Is there something that has to be registered that the sample is doing behind the scenes or is the sample a special project type? I am confused. My next step is to copy all my classes and logic from my app to the sample app, but that is likely a lot of work.     I am trying to set up a class with commonly used tasks, such as preparing strings for input into a database and creating a PDO object. I would like to include this file in other class files and extend those classes to use the common class' code. However, when I place the common class in its own file and include it in the class it will be used in, I receive an error that states the second class cannot be found. For example, if the class name is foo and it is extending bar (the common class, located elsewhere), the error says that foo cannot be found. But if I place the code for class bar in the same file as foo, it works.     Hi, I an trying to setup Forms Based Authentication using ASPNetSQLMembershipProvider. In 2010 Beta 2, I was able to do this in classic mode, and it worked. With the RTM, it is no longer supported under classic mode, and I must switch to Claims based Authentication. So I created a new web application, and configured everything in sharepoint to work with FBA, But I can't get it to work. Anyone managed to do this? Thanks, Itay.

Ideally I would like the output to be returned as a response when the client sends a request to the server socket with a passphrase. How do I go about doing that? Is doing this a good idea? Does it create security vulnerabilities on the computer? How can I block connections to the socket from other computers? What is a good place to read about javascript sockets? My google searches have been pretty fruitless but then maybe I'm not using the right keywords.

The problem is that the script tag gets an empty namespace attribute added to it. I haven't found any information regarding this that I understand. Why does XSLT add an empty namespace?
