  • osx web service spawns icon in taskbar - osx - while drawing image

    I have a web endpoint that displays an image of a string... When the following code is run (in tomcat) it spawns a java icon in the taskbar on OSX. Not sure if it is a problem, or whats going on.   • WinForms Web Browser control forcing refocus?

    I'm trying to automate a web process where I need to click a button repeatedly. When my code "clicks" that button (an HtmlElement obtained from the WebBrowser control I have on my form) then it brings focus back to my application, more specifically the WebBrowser control. I wish to better automate this process so that the user can do other things while the process is going on, but that can't happen if the window is unminimizing itself because it's attaining focus. The code associated with the clicking is: HtmlElement button = Recruiter.Document.GetElementById("recruit_link"); button.InvokeMember("click"); I've also tried button.RaiseEvent("onclick") and am getting the exact same results, with focus problems and all. I've also tried hiding the form, but when the InvokeMember/RaiseEvent method is called, whatever I was working on loses focus but since the form is not visible then the focus seems to go nowhere. The only non-default thing about the webbrowser is it's URI being set to my page and ScriptErrorsSuppressed being set to True.

  • WPF Focus In Tab Control Content When New Tab is Created

    I've done a lot of searching on SO and google around this problem, but can't seem to find anything else to try. I have a MainView (window) that contains a tab control. The tab control binds to an ObservableCollection of ChildViews (user controls). The MainView's ViewModel has a method that allows adding to the collection of ChildViews, which then creates a new tab. When a new tab is created, it becomes the active tab, and this works fine. This method on the MainView is called from another ViewModel (OtherViewModel). What I am trying to do is set the keyboard focus to the first control on the tab (an AutoCompleteBox from WPFToolkit*) when a new tab is created. I also need to set the focus the same way, but WITHOUT creating a new tab (so set the focus on the currently active tab). (*Note that there seem to be some focus problems with the AutoCompleteBox--even if it does have focus you need to send a MoveNext() to it to get the cursor in its window. I have worked around this already). So here's the problem. The focusing works when I don't create a new tab, but it doesn't work when I do create a new tab. Both functions use the same method to set focus, but the create logic first calls the method that creates a new tab and sets it to active. Code that sets the focus (in the ChildView's Codebehind): IInputElement element1 = Keyboard.Focus(autoCompleteBox); //plus code to deal with AutoCompleteBox as noted. In either case, the Keyboard.FocusedElement starts out as the MainView. After a create, calling Keyboard.Focus seems to do nothing (focused element is still the MainView). Calling this without creating a tab correctly sets the keyboard focus to autoCompleteBox. Any ideas? Update: Bender's suggestion half-worked. So now in both cases, the focused element is correctly the AutoCompleteBox. What I then do is MoveNext(), which sets the focus to a TextBox. I have been assuming that this Textbox is internal to the AutoCompleteBox, as the focus was correctly set on screen when this happened. Now I'm not so sure. This is still the behavior I see when this code gets hit when NOT doing a create. After a create, MoveNext() sets the focus to an element back in my MainView. The problem must still be along the lines of Bender's answer, where the state of the controls is not the same depending on whether a new tab was created or not. Any other thoughts?

  • Add animation when user control get visible and collapsed In Wpf

    I have two xaml files MainWindow.xaml and other user control WorkDetail.xaml file. MainWindow.xaml file has a textbox, button, listbox and reference to WorkDetail.xaml(user control which is collapsed). Whenever user enter any text, it gets added in listbox when the add button is clicked. When any items from the listbox is double clicked, the visibility of WorkDetail.xaml is set to Visible and it gets displayed. In WorkDetail.xaml (user control) it has textblock and button. The Textblock displays the text of selected item and close button sets the visibility of WorkDetail window to collapsed. Now i am trying to animate WorkDetail.xaml when it gets visible and collapse. When any items from listbox is double clicked and WorkDetail.xaml visibility is set to visible, i want to create an animation of moving WorkDetail.xaml window from right to left on MainWindow. When Close button from WorkDetail.xaml file is clicked and WorkDetail.xaml file is collapsed, i want to slide the WorkDetail.xaml file from left to right from MainWindow.     Hi, I have been working on creating a Grid View of images, with images being present in the Assets folder. http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1933015/opening-an-image-file-inside-the-assets-folder link helped me with using the bitmap to read it. All the cells of the grid view have a same image picked from the set of images. Can anyone tell me how to iterate through the cells and still have different images ? Matrix A in this case would be of dimension 100 x 100, and element A(i,j) would have a value in the range 0 to 1, representing the similarity of pixel i to j in terms of intensity. I am using OpenCV for image processing and the development environment is C on Linux.   • Setting a WebControls TabIndex based on the ControlId of another control

    I have an ASP.NET Webforms site that is regularly having features added. The majority of time a new WebControl is added to the page and I need to increment the TabIndex to all subsequent controls on the page. I'd prefer a more robust solution than choosing an arbitrary gap between the initial assigned tab indexes. Setting the tab indexes using the designer tab order functionality is one option but I'd prefer to stay in the source view. Ideally, if I had three check boxes I'd like to be able to define the tabindex based off the previous controls tabindex. I want to be able to bind my WinForm's control property (Button.Enabled) to a custom DependencyProperty of the hosted WPF user control (SearchResults.IsAccountSelected). Is it possible to bind a System.Windows.Forms.Binding to a property managed by a DependencyProperty? Also, since I know the System.Windows.Forms.Binding watches for INotifyPropertyChanged.PropertyChanged events - will a property backed by a DependencyProperty automatically fire these events or will I have to implement and manage the sending of PropertyChanged events manually?

    I've just upgraded to .NET 4 and my ASP.NET Chart Control no longer displays. All I've done is to switch the System.Web.DataVisualization assembly from, 3.5 to 4.0. Any help greatly appreciated.

  • Flash -> ByteArray -> AMFPHP -> Invalid Image !??

    Hi, Im loading images into Flash and using JPGEncoder to encode the image to a ByteArray and send this to AMF PHP which writes out the bytearray to a file. This all appears to work correctly and I can download the resulting file in Photoshop CS4 absolutely fine. When i try to open it from the desktop or open it back in Flash it doesnt work... Picasa my default image browser says "Invalid" Here is the code i use to write the bytearray to a file - $jpg = $GLOBALS["HTTP_RAW_POST_DATA"]; file_put_contents($filename, $jpg); That's it ... I use the NetConnection class to connect and call the service, do I need to say Im sending jpg data? I assumed that JPGEncoder took care of that. How can I validate the bytearray before writing the file? Do I need to set MIME type or something .. excuse the slightly noob questions, a little knowledge can be a dangerous thing.     I need to get information about applied CSS styles in HTML page. I used AxWebBrowser and iterate IHTMLDOMNode. I'm able to get all the data I need and move the code into my application. The problem is that this part is running inside of the background worker and I got exception when trying to instantiate the control. AxWebBrowser browser = new AxWebBrowser(); ActiveX control '8856f961-340a-11d0-a96b-00c04fd705a2' cannot be instantiated because the current thread is not in a single-threaded apartment. Is there any way how to solve this or other option than AxWebBrowser?
