    I will create multiple sale versions of the same application with push notifications feature: CoolApp (full version) CoolApp Free (free, features limited version) CoolApp InApp (free version upgradable to full via InApp Purchase) While registering for App ID in Apple Program Portal is possible to create "Bundle seed ID": "The Bundle Seed ID portion of your App ID can be utilized to share keychain access between multiple applications you build with a single App ID" Is possible to create only one App ID, for example: "XDFGYE6TR4.com.company.coolapp" and use it for all three versions of CoolApp, with enabled push notifications and in app purchases?

    Hello everyone, I need to use the functionality of an accelerometer in my iphone game. I just have to move an image by tilting the device. However most videos on youtube just show the tilt feature that is somehow inverted and forget to include the calibration. I want the user to calibrate their device to whatever position they're in.     MySQL has something like this: INSERT INTO visits (ip, hits) VALUES ('127.0.0.1', 1) ON DUPLICATE KEY UPDATE hits = hits + 1; As far as I'm know this feature doesn't exist in SQLite, what I want to know is if there is any way to archive the same effect without having to execute two queries. Also, if this is not possible, what do you prefer: SELECT + (INSERT or UPDATE) or UPDATE (+ INSERT if UPDATE fails)

I know how to check whether the user is online (by Membership.IsOnline()) and logout the current user (by FormsAuthentication.SignOut()). But I don't know how to logout the previous login session.   • Will a VB6 App Using wiaaut.dll work on Windows Vista or 7?

    I downloaded the Windows Image Acquisition Automation Layer sdk redistributable from Windows and the VB6 app I wrote to capture still images from a DSLR, wia-compliant camera works great on Windows XP. Will the same app work on Windows Vista or 7? Microsoft says, "Windows Image Acquisition Automation Library v2.0 is only supported on Windows XP with Service Pack 1 installed.", but will the APIs work on newer OSs nonetheless? I really don't want to re-write the whole thing in C++ ... Is there any other option available to me if I want to keep using VB6 but want to support newer OSs?

    Hi We got a problem with NUnit 2.5.3: nunit-console.exe does not return after finishing all tests. The process hangs forever. Example: All tests succeed, but it keeps doing something.   • Git over SSH Server in Windows, cannot find shared libraries.

    I was to setup an SSH Server to Host my Git Repository to my local area network. I followed this tutorial by TimDavis hoping that I would be able to make a secured Git Repository. I tested my connection using Putty and it was successful. My only problem was I cannot run "git" command in the console. Then I tried cloning my repository, and this was the error that outputed: /usr/bin/git-upload-pack.exe: error while loading shared libraries: libiconv2.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory Also when I ran "git" command in the Putty Bash that was connected to the SSH Server, this was the error I encountered: /usr/bin/git.exe: error while loading shared libraries: pthreadGC2.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory I seems that all my problem was about the missing libraries but I don't know how to solve it. I am using Windows 7 as an Operating System. Thanks

And I want to implement the same feature with the first image(to go to the last one). I'd like to loop the images smoothly that user won't even notice that he is making another loop. AnkhSVN is free (in more than one sense of the word) while VisualSVN costs $50. So right there unless I'm missing some great feature of VisualSVN I don't see any reason to switch.

    In sdkddkver.h of the Windows Platform SDK, there are various OS versions defined as NTDDI_*. For example, Windows XP and its service packs are defined as: #define NTDDI_WINXP 0x05010000 #define NTDDI_WINXPSP1 0x05010100 #define NTDDI_WINXPSP2 0x05010200 #define NTDDI_WINXPSP3 0x05010300 #define NTDDI_WINXPSP4 0x05010400 There are also masks which, along with the OSVER, SPVER, and SUBVER macros, allow you to pull the respective parts out of the NTDDI version. #define OSVERSION_MASK 0xFFFF0000 #define SPVERSION_MASK 0x0000FF00 #define SUBVERSION_MASK 0x000000FF I have all of these defined as constants in C# and what I'd like to do now is convert the data returned by Environment.OSVersion to a value corresponding to one of the NTDDI versions in sdkddkver.h. I could make a massive switch statement, but that's not really as future-proof as I'd like it to be. I would need to update the conversion method every time a new OS or service pack is released. I have a feeling this could be done with the help of some bitwise operators, but I'll be honest and say that those aren't my strong point. I appreciate any help!

    Here's the part I get: When you shelve in TFS, it makes a server copy of the changes so they are not lost, but does not check them into the source code trunk/branch you are working on. Question: Under what circumstances would you use the "unshelve" feature? Does it mean it will remove the shelveset from the TFS server? Can you do a get from a shelveset? Or is it really just a diff description between the shelveset and the "real" source code?

  • C# WPF fill datagrid or listview from XML file

    I have a well formed XML file I would like to fill a datagrid with. I would prefer using the AutoGenerate feature of WFPToolKit datagrid, but could hard code the columns in. The trouble I am having is getting the xml file contents into a datagrid. I had it partially working in a listview, but think a datagrid would be more suited for my needs. Can anyone provide a quick example of how to accomplish this? Thanks!
