  Hi all, I followed this tutorial to make my first app: http://icodeblog.com/2009/12/21/introduction-to-mapkit-in-iphone-os-3-0/ I would really like to know how to sort the annotations in the Table in order of distance to the user (the nearest annotation is the first one on the table) How is it possible to do that?   I created an ASPX page with search controls to the left bound as controls for an AccessDataSource. I want the data grid to be blank on the first calling of the page, but show the results for subsequent page loads. I plan to achieve this by putting [pFirstRun] = False as my first WHERE condition with the parameter pFirstRun tied to the value isPostBack. How do I achieve this? Alternatively, is there a better way to achieve this goal?

My first tier flips as required but when I flip to the first nested viewflipper its contents appear blank and I can't "flip" it my views are V1 V2 V3 - H1 , H2, H3 One I flip to V3 vertically ...   What am I doing wrong with this: $sql = "SELECT * FROM content WHERE threadName LIKE '%$filter%' ORDER BY lastUpdated desc UNION SELECT * FROM content WHERE threadName NOT LIKE '%$filter%' ORDER BY lastUpdated desc"; The first statement before the UNION works well on its own, but this one above returns: mysql_fetch_array() warning - supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource Am I right in believing that UNION will not return duplicate entries, in which case the second SELECT statement doesn't need to have the NOT LIKE but will just return everything that wasn't listed in the first statement.

  So if I have a store of parents children and the parent has a one to many relationship to children (parent.children) and they all have first names. Now, on the initial fetch for parents I can specify a sort descriptor to get them back in order of first name but how can I request the children in order? I have following code in my model. class Company include Mongoid::Document include Mongoid::Timestamps references_many :people, :stored_as => :array, :inverse_of => :companies end class Person include Mongoid::Document include Sunspot::Mongoid references_many :companies, :stored_as => :array, :inverse_of => :people end Now in Company object we get person_ids as a result of stored_as array and company_ids in Person object. Now initially I inserted lots of person in company and the ids in person_ids fields is huge. Now I deleted most of person from company down to 8 people. Now I don't get why person_ids fields of Company object storing all the deleted ids of person.
