    Hi All, I am facing a weird problem in Testing server while using applet (using embed tag) in my ASP.NET MVC application Applet works fine locally in both browsers IE and Firefox but when deployed to Testing server its throwing below exception for Firefox only (IE works fine).     Using dajngo-multilingual and localeurl. Small sample of my main page view: def main(request): #View for http://www.mysite.com/ name = Dog.objects.all()[0].full_name #this is a translated field return render_to_response("home.html", {"name" : name}) Entering http://www.mysite.com/ redirects me to http://www.mysite.com/ru/ and "name" variable gets russian localization. For now it's ok... But... Entering http://www.mysite.com/en/ shows me same russian loclized variable. During my experiments with debuger I've discovered: request.LANGUAGE_CODE is changing properly according to /en/ or /ru/ url suffix (thanx to localeurl) invoking multilingual.languages.set_default_language() makes "name" variable change loclization The question is: should I change language of django-multilingual to request.LANGUAGE_CODE in each of my view myself, or it must be solved automaticly and I've done something wrong?

    I have a website that uses the facebook, twitter, delicious share links. They contain a a url encoded url of the website that you wish to share. The problem is I then want to send the facebook/twitter/delicious url through a php redirect page. Will it work to encode a url within an encoded url? Will there be side effects? To simplify my question: www.website.com/redirect.php?url=" URLENCODED (http://www.facbook.com/sharer.php?t='URLENCODED(title)'&u='URLENCODED(http://www.hotel.com)')

  • SSL HandShakeException: No_Certificate. Using IBM's J9 JVM and Apache Tomcat

    I am developing a mobile application that is to run on a Windows Mobile PDA. The application is written in Java and to run it we are using the J9 JVM from IBM. The application communicates with an Apache Tomcat server over HTTP and we are trying to set it up now to use SSL. I have generated public/private keys for both the client and the server, exported their self signed certificates and imported them into the respective keystores. Initially I tried to just get it working using only server side authentication and that was successful. But I am now trying to get mutual authentication by setting clientAuth="true" in the server.xml file in the apache conf directory. I have enabled the SSL logging on the server and when the client connects the server reports an SSLProtocolException: handshake alert: no_certificate.     Hey, I have been searching for how to create nodes in Drupal 6. I found some entries here on stackoverflow, but the questions seemed to either be for older versions or the solutions did not work for me.   • Apache and file permissions

    I'm running LAMP on Ubuntu 8.04. Apache's username and group are www-data. I put my connection details and AES key in a file in a directory that's not web served. I chown-ed the files to www-data:www-data and set the permissions to 700. Still, the script that require()s these files will only run if I chmod the files to 755. What am I missing?

  • Authlogic OpenID: Fetching E-Mail from Provider.

    This is a really weird problem: I have set up the authlogic_openid_selector_example app. When i register, the email id is not returned by the openid provider the first time. But if i delete the account and register again, the email id is returned. But this doesn't seem to be happening in the example hosted here: http://big-glow-mama.heroku.com/. How do i fix this problem? Has this got to do with caching? I have hosted my version of the app here: http://pingauthtest.heroku.com/ I guess the author of authlogic_openid_selector_example app (@holden) has forgotten to commit new changes. :) I looked at my development log and the first time the provider doesn't return the openid.ext1.value.ext0 which contains the email id. This is returned the second time only after having deleted the account first.     which open source business intelligence solution would you recommend? All I need is to build some cubes and let the end user play with dimensions, filter data, sort, etc, and once it's done being able to export it to excel... I'd like the solution to be as simple and easy on resources as possible, and also I'd like it to be as much open source as possible, by the way. I've heard that many solutions available do have many restrictions when it comes to there community version.     I've been trying to find a solution for ages with no success. On our app, customers submit a form and on the next page we process it. Sometimes though the data never arrives. This seems to happen for just a few of our customers. Seems to happen with IE7 and using a proxy.     I am unable to load a GPX file in the DDMS eclipse plugin. When specifying a GPX file, no points are added to the emulator control list. I have tried adding KML files as well, generated in Google earth. Is there a way to get these files to work?   • Smart auto detect and replace URLs with anchor tags

    I've written a regular expression that automatically detects URLs in free text that users enter. This is not such a simple task as it may seem at first. Jeff Atwood writes about it in his post. His regular expression works, but needs extra code after detection is done. I've managed to write a regular expression that does everything in a single go. This is how it looks like (I've broken it down into separate lines to make it more understandable what it does): 1 (?<outer>\()? 2 (?<scheme>http(?<secure>s)?://)? 3 (?<url> 4 (?(scheme) 5 (?:www\.)? 6 | 7 www\. 8 ) 9 [a-z0-9] 10 (?(outer) 11 [-a-z0-9/+&@#/%?=~_()|!:,.;cšžcd]+(?=\)) 12 | 13 [-a-z0-9/+&@#/%?=~_()|!:,.;cšžcd]+ 14 ) 15 ) 16 (?<ending>(?(outer)\))) As you may see, I'm using named capture groups (used later in Regex.Replace()) and I've also included some local characters (cšžcd), that allow our localised URL to be parsed as well. You can easily omit them if you'd like. Anyway. Here's what it does (referring to line numbers): 1 - detects if URL starts with open braces (is contained inside braces) and stores it in "outer" named capture group 2 - checks if it starts with URL scheme also detecting whether scheme is SSL or not 3 - starts parsing URL itself (will store it in "url" named capture group) 4-8 - if statement that says: if "sheme" was present then www. part is optional, otherwise mandatory for a string to be a link (so this regular expression detects all strings that start with either http or www) 9 - first character after http:// or www. should be either a letter or a number (this can be extended if you would like to cover even more links, but I've decided to omit other characters because I can't remember a link that would start with some other character 10-14 - if statement that says: if "outer" (braces) was present capture everything up to the last closing braces otherwise capture all 15 - closes the named capture group for URL 16 - if open braces was present, capture closing braces as well and store it in "ending" named capture group First and last line used to have \s* in them as well, so user could also write open braces and put a space inside before pasting link. Anyway. My code that does link replacement with actual anchor HTML elements looks exactly like this: value = Regex.Replace( value, @"(?<outer>\()?(?<scheme>http(?<secure>s)?://)?(?<url>(?(scheme)(?:www\.)?|www\.)[a-z0-9](?(outer)[-a-z0-9/+&@#/%?=~_()|!:,.;cšžcd]+(?=\))|[-a-z0-9/+&@#/%?=~_()|!:,.;cšžcd]+))(?<ending>(?(outer)\)))", "${outer}<a href=\"http${secure}://${url}\">http${secure}://${url}</a>${ending}", RegexOptions.Compiled | RegexOptions.CultureInvariant | RegexOptions.IgnoreCase); As you can see I'm using named capture groups to replace link with an Anchor tag: ${outer}<a href=\"http${secure}://${url}\">http${secure}://${url}</a>${ending} I could as well omit the http(s) part in anchor display to make links look friendlier, but for now I decided not to. Question I would like for my links to be replaced with shortenings as well. So when user copies a very long links (for instance if they would copy a link from google maps that usually generates long links I would like to shorten the visible part of the anchor tag. Link would work, but visible part of an anchor tag would be shortened to some number of characters. Does the replace string support notations like that so I can stil use a singe Regex.Replace() call?

    Hi guys. I'm working through examples from a book on php/mysql development. I'm working on a linux/apache environment. I've set up a database and a user. I attempt to connect with this line of code: $db_server = mysql_connect($db_hostname, $db_username, $db_password); I get this error: Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Access denied for user 'www-data'@'localhost' (using password: YES) in /var/www/hosts/dj/connect.php on line 3 unable to connect to database: Access denied for user 'www-data'@'localhost' (using password: YES) I can only guess what is happening here: I think www-data is a username for apache. Upon the database connection, the credentials being passed in to mysql are not those of my database user, but rather apache's own credentials. Is that what is happening here? How do I pass in the credentials I've defined for my user ?

attempting to store an EntityManager object into an EntityManagerFactory field, but I don't understand how or why. My DAO classes accept both an EntityManager and EntityManagerFactory via the @PersistenceContext attribute, and they work find if I load them up and run them without the @ContextConfiguration attribute (i.e. if I just use the XmlApplcationContext to load the DAO and the EntityManagerFactory directly in setUp ()).
