• Open flash chart not working

  I'm trying to implement Open Flash Chart in my website but it doesn't work. The chart just start loading for a second and the loader animation disappear and nothing happening (Only a black swf area). i've downloaded the latest version which is 2 and here is my folders scheme: // ROOT // ?   I'm creating an application in Objective-C and I need to get the metadata from a SHOUTcast stream. Unfortunately it keeps returning these headers: Date = "17 Apr 2010 21:57:14 -0200"; "Max-Age" = 0; What I'm doing wrong?

• DLL Config in Mono

  Hi, I'm trying to pick up Svn.NET (http://www.pumacode.org/projects/svndotnet/) library for use in my Mono project. I tried compiling its mockapp - svnmockapp project (http://www.pumacode.org/projects/svndotnet/browser/trunk/SvnMockApp) , I am able to get the references right and get it compiled right. I understand that it references 2 other modules libapr (libapr-1.so.0) and svn_client (libsvn_client-1.so.0) , by which I've created PumaCode.SvnDotNet.dll.config in /bin/Debug . That is all I've done to tried to try to get the mockapp at least outputting something to show that it is indeed interfacing SVN. Nevertheless, it is not working. • LazyInitializationException when adding to a list that is held within a entity class using hibernate

  Right so i am working with hibernate gilead and gwt to persist my data on users and files of a website. my users have a list of file locations. i am using annotations to map my classes to the database. i am getting a org.hibernate.LazyInitializationException when i try to add file locations to the list that is held in the user class. this is a method below that is overridden from a external file upload servlet class that i am using. when the file uploads it calls this method. the user1 is loaded from the database elsewhere. the exception occurs at user1.getFileLocations().add(fileLocation);   I want to returns matches from a regular expression string. The regex string is: (?<TICKER>[A-Z]+)(?<SPACE>\\s)(?<MONTH_ALPHA_ABBREV>Jan|Feb|Mar|Apr|May|Jun|Jul|Sep|Oct|Nov|Dec)(?<SPACE>\\s)(?<DAY>\\d+)(?<SPACE>\\s)(?<YEAR_LONG>[2][0][0-9][0-9])(?<SPACE>\\s)(?<STRIKE_DOLLAR>\\d+(?=[.]))[.](?<STRIKE_DECIMAL>(?<=[.])\\d+)(?<SPACE>\\s)(?<PUTCALL_LONG>Call|Put) And I want to get matches for all of the group names and all of the items within square brackets (including the square brackets) outside of open and closed parenthesis. I have this regex: ((?<=[<])([A-Z]|[_])+(?=[>]))|(\\[.\\]) But this returns square bracket items within the parenthesis.   What should be the regex for matching date of any format like 26FEB2009 30 Jul 2009 27 Mar 2008 29/05/2008 27 Aug 2009 What should be the regular expression for that ? I have regex that matches with 26-Feb-2009 and 26 FEB 2009 with but not with 26FEB2009. So if any one know then please update it.   Hi Guys, I'm using SWFUpload and Paperclip on Rails 2.3.5 to upload images and videos. How can I store the capture date of images and duration of videos? The following works correctly in irb: irb(main):001:0> File.new('hatem.jpg').mtime => Tue Mar 09 16:56:38 +0200 2010 But when I try to use Paperclip's before_post_process: before_post_process :get_file_info def get_file_info puts File.new(self.media.to_file.path).mtime # =>Wed Apr 14 18:36:22 +0200 2010 end I get the current date instead of the capture date. How can I fix this? Also, how can I get the video duration and store it with the model? Thank you.

  I'm having a hardtime trying to install pyactivemq (link) on my osx leopard. Following a tutorial (in portuguese) on compiling it ends up ok, but when I run the tests i receive only a crypt message: "Fatal Python error: Interpreter not initialized (version mismatch?)" There is not much information on the web about using pyactivemq on osx, but what I could find is that is something related to wrong linking when boost compiles. I'm running: Mac OS 10.5.8 MacPorts 1.8.2 APR 1.3.9 Xcode 3.1.4 Boost 1.41.0 (installing for python 2.5) Activemq-cpp 2.2.6 pyactivemq 0.1.0 If someone has any info on this it would be helpful

  I'm looking for a version numbering scheme that expresses the extent of change, especially compatiblity. Apache APR, for example, use the well known version numbering scheme <major>.<minor>.<patch> example: 4.5.11 Maven suggests a similar but more detailed schema: <major>.<minor>.<patch>-<qualifier>-<build number> example: 4.5.11-RC1-3732 Where is the Maven versioning scheme defined? Are there conventions for qualifier and build number? Probably it is a bad idea to use maven but not to follow the Maven version scheme ... What other version numbering schemes do you know? What scheme would you prefer and why?

Usually to set titles for headers in a UITableView you would implement the following method like so: - (NSString *)tableView:(UITableView *)tableView titleForHeaderInSection:(NSInteger)section { id <NSFetchedResultsSectionInfo> sectionInfo = [[<#Fetched results controller#> sections] objectAtIndex:section]; return [sectionInfo name]; } where [sectionInfo name] returns a NSString. my sectionKeyPath is based on an NSDate and this all works fine apart from the section headers it gives me are the raw date description strings (e.g. 12/12/2009 12:32:32 +0100) which look a bit of a mess in a header! So I want to use a date formatter on this to make a nice header like "Apr 17 2010" but I can't do that with the [sectionInfo name] as this is NSString! Any Ideas? Many Thanks

  I am trying to parse a date that looks like this: 2010-04-05T17:16:00Z This is a valid date per http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3339.txt. The 'Z' literal "imply that UTC is the preferred reference point for the specified time." If I try to parse it using SimpleDateFormat and this pattern: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ss It will be parsed as a Mon Apr 05 17:16:00 EDT 2010 SimpleDateFormat is unable to parse the string with these patterns: yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssz yyyy-MM-dd'T'HH:mm:ssZ I can explicitly set the TimeZone to use on the SimpleDateFormat to get the expected output, but I don't think that should be necessary. Is there something I am missing? Is there an alternative date parser?

• How do I access a tomcat 5.5 installation via localhost running on Virtual PC 2007?

  I have a tomcat installation of 5.5 up and running on a Virtual PC with a fresh XP pro SP3. Launching tomcat gives the standard messages: INFO: Find registry server-registry.xml at classpath resource Apr 12, 2010 11:43:44 AM org.apache.catalina.startup.Catalina start INFO: Server startup in 3576 ms However, I cannot for the life of me connect to http://localhost:8080. I've also tried http://127.0.0.1:8080 with no success. This is on the virtual PC itself that I cannot connect to the server - I haven't bothered to try it on the host machine. Can anyone provide any information on why this may be happening? It's a fresh install of tomcat using Sun's JRE 5.0 (I know, EOL, technical requirements make me have to use 5.0 and not a newer JRE).

  I have tester.php file which I want to run on the browser and I have created symlink to it in my public_html folder, but still when I try to run it, its not working and gives me following error message. Access forbidden! You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server. If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster. Error 403 web.upc03.dev.com Sun Apr 4 22:41:23 2010 Apache I am not sure as to why am I getting this error message, I have check all file permissions settings and it seems to be fine. My File permissions settings are: lrwxrwxrwx for tester.php Is there something that should be done other way or is this not the proper approach ?

  I have a HTML-page, that's encoded in ISO-8859-1 and a Prototype-AJAX call that's build like this: new Ajax.Request('api.jsp', { method: 'get', parameters: {...}, onSuccess: function(transport) { var ajaxResponse = transport.responseJSON; alert(ajaxResponse.msg); } }); The api.jsp returns its data in ISO-8859-1. The response contains special characters (German Umlauts) that are not displayed correctly, even if I add a "encoding: ISO-8895-1" to the AJAX-request. Does anyone know how to fix this? If I call api.jsp in a new browser window separately the special characters are also corrupt. And I can't get any information about the used encoding in the response header. The response header looks like this: Server Apache-Coyote/1.1 Content-Type application/json Content-Length 208 Date Thu, 29 Apr 2010 14:40:24 GMT Notice: Please don't advice the usage of UTF-8. • Compiling zip component for PHP 5.2.11 in MAMP PRO

  Helo I installed MAMP PRO on my Macbook Pro (10.6) some time ago. Now I would like to use zip functions in php. I found that I must add zip.so to my extension folder and edited php.ini. On my computer I have two different versions of PHP one in MAMP folder and other in user/lib which was pre-installed on my system. Now I wish to compile my zip library for MAMP version. I got zip sources for my version of PHP then in terminal called function /Applications/MAMP/bin/php5/bin/phpize so it uses mamp php version ./configure make then I moved compile zip.so to extensions/no-debug-non-zts-20060613. • Not able to open a file in php

  The following code works when invoking through the command line with php -f test.php, from root. It does not work though when being invoked via apache when loading the php page. The code chokes at fopen() and the resulting web page just says "can't open file". <?php $fp = fopen("/path/to/some_file.txt","a") or die("can't open file"); fwrite($fp,"some text"); fclose($fp); ?> I tried to play with the file permissions, but to no avail. I changed the user/group with chown apache:apache test.php and changed permissions with chmod 755 test.php.
