How to remove $ from associate array using Json_decode in php?

I am trying to use the youtube API to pulldown some videos for my site. Currently am running this code here: //Youtube Videos Pull Down $youtubeURL = "http://gdata.youtube.com/feeds/api/videos?alt=json&q=cats+cradle+chapel+hill&orderby=published&max-results=10&v=2"; $youtubeSearch = file_get_contents($youtubeURL, true); $youtubeArray = json_decode($youtubeSearch, true); Not having any problems accessing certain elements of the associative array however youtube's api is putting $ in many of its array elements .. such as [media$group] Anytime I try to access an array with one of the $ elements in it, it doesn't work. Suggestions? I have tried preg_replace but can't seem to get my expression right.

Hi All, I'm passing Data using JSON to iPhone and iPad. One Field of Data is HTML. The problem is the encoding. I have a div fading in using fadeTo. It works great in Firefox and IE9. It does not work in IE8. My client deals with government contracting so their website needs to be compatible with IE 8 and IE 7. I am using Modernizr with html5shiv built in. I am loading Modernizr in the footer of a WordPress theme that was custom built for this project. I'm not missing a doctype or any other obvious code. My problem is very simple. My problem is to send a structure between a program in C to a C# program. I made a struct in C#: public struct NetPoint { public float lat; // 4 bytes public float lon; // 4 bytes public int alt; // 4 bytes public long time; // 8 bytes } Total size of the struct must be 20 bytes. When I do a sizeof() of this struct: System.Diagnostics.Debug.WriteLine("SizeOf(NetPoint)=" + System.Runtime.InteropServices.Marshal.SizeOf(new NetPoint())); The debug console shows: SizeOf(NetPoint)=24 But I expected to have 20 bytes. Why do I see a difference?

Unable to bind in asp.net grid Template Column

I am having trouble accessing the data field. I receive the error: Databinding methods such as Eval(), XPath(), and Bind() can only be used in the context of a databound control. Hello, I am developing a library in C++ where users/programmer will extend a class BaseClass that has a method initArray. This method should be implemented by the user/programmer and it should normally initialize all elements of the array m_arr. Here is a snipplet, modified to this example: class BaseClass { public: BaseClass(int n) { m_arr = new double[n]; size = n; }; virtual ~BaseClass(); int size; double* m_arr; virtual int initArray(); }; Sometimes, the user/programmer implements a initArray that does not initialize some elements of m_arr. What I would like is to create a function in my library that checks if initArray did initialize all elements of m_arr. This function should be called by a sanity-check rutine at runtime. My question: is it possible to detect changes on this array? I can only think of initializing the array with some invalid values (like NaN or Inf), call initArray and check that all values have changed. Thanks for your ideas, David

Does Visual Studio 2010 on x64 crash often? Or is it just on my PC?

MY VS2010 crashes dozens of times a day. Compare that to 2008 and 2005 which were rock solid. Is 2010 known to be susceptible to crashing? Or could it be my environment? I'm using x64 as a dev box for the first time. The only plugin I has so far is Ankh. It crashes when doing different things. One I've noticed so far that always happens is if I press the key sequence alt-f-s-up (or any cursor key) it will crash every time.

I need to add a tooltip/alt to a "td" element inside of my tables with jquery. Can someone help me out? I tried: var tTip ="Hello world"; $(this).attr("onmouseover", tip(tTip)); where I have verified that I am using the "td" as "this". Edit:I am able to capture the "td" element through using the "alert" command and it worked. So for some reason the "tip" function doesn't work. Anyone know why this would be?

Mimic Sublime Text multiselect in Notepad++ using autohotkey

In sublime text 2 you can multi select(cursor) lines by holding ctrl+alt+arrow key (up/down). In notepad++ you can accomplish the same thing by holding ctrl and clicking the additional lines(areas) you would like to edit. I figured I could use a autohotkey script to accomplish the same functionality. So I tried #IfWinActive, ahk_class Notepad++ ^!Down::^Click but each time that I try to load the script I get Error at Line 2 Line Text: ^Click Error: This line does not contain a recognized action the program will exit then I tried #IfWinActive, ahk_class Notepad++ ^!Down::send ^Click but that shows up as ETXClick in notepad++ What more do I need to get this script to work only for Notepad++
