    Hello I have created a setup for my windows application in .NET 2008 After building the same i have the .msi and setup.exe files in my release folder. The problem i am facing is : I can install the application using the msi installer files from the shared network folder. But when i copy the installer locally and tried to install it, i get the following error: Error reading file.Please Try again.     How do I write a batch process on the Mac for pdf2swf, I want to convert all pdfs in a folder into swf. But pdf2swf doesn't have a option to convert a folder of pdfs to swfs, you have to do it one at a time.     Namely I have: Environment.SpecialFolder.ApplicationData Environment.SpecialFolder.CommonApplicationData Environment.SpecialFolder.LocalApplicationData I am unclear as to were these point to in Windows XP and/or Windows Vista. What I found so far is that the ApplicationData points to the ApplicationData Folder for the current user in XP and the roaming application data folder in Vista. I would also like to know if there are general guidelines on when to use which.

But most programs store their settings in the sub-folder "anwendungsdaten" (German, application data). Is there a way to get the direct path to this folder?     I'm trying to specify a relative directory in the web.xml file. I basically want it to read the "data" folder underneath "web-inf", but nothing I've tried seems to work. "/data" translates to the data folder in the root directory (I'm using windows). "data" translates to "C:\Program Files\Eclipes\data" "${CATALINA_HOME}/[etc...]" doesn't seem to work either. Any ideas?

    I installed LAMP on Ubuntu 10.04. Now whenever I try to access http://localhost/ I get this message: Forbidden You don't have permission to access / on this server. Apache/2.2.14 (Ubuntu) Server at localhost Port 80 I tried changing the permissions of the var/www/ folder by clicking ALT-f2, typing in "gksu nautilus" and right clicking the folder and changing the permissions but I still get a 403 forbidden error. Any idea what's going on?

    Hi, I have created a standalone XUL application, and I copied "NPSWF32.dll"(flash plugin dll) to the "plugins" folder under the browser. When I launch the application, flash content is not getting displayed. If I set the MOZ_PLUGIN_PATH to the "plugins" directory before launching the application, everything is working as expected.     I've created a program in C# which creates users and adds them to groups, everything is working fine. But I also want to create a "home folder", which is on another server, and the share will be like this: 81file01/users/username. And of course set the rights of the folder to the newly created AD-user. Now we're using a vb-script to do this, and this part is done with Subinacl, but is there a way to do this through my c# code? I'm using .net 3.5 by the way :)

    Is there a way of running an ASP.NET website in a subfolder of the website? As an example, say I wanted to run the screwturn wiki (http://www.screwturn.eu/) in a folder called "wiki" on my website, can I alter the web.config of the screwturn website to tell it that it is running in the "wiki" folder? (like saying that "~/" = "/wiki/") The wiki would then find its assemblies that are in "~/bin" in "/wiki/bin" and the same for all other folders below the new root.

    I am a new bee to sencha 2.I wanted to run a basic application using sencha touch but unable to load the application. Here is what I have done. I have downloaded the notesApp from miamicoder and i am trying to run the first chapter. I have attached the folder structure in the screenshot. Please have a look to understand the folder structure. I used to to the same thing in sencha 1 and I was getting success but I am getting below error if I am trying to do the same with sencha 2. I am getting errors as below.
