    i'm new to this topic ... i'm using a ThreadPoolExecutor created with Executors.newFixedThreadPool( 10 ) and after the pool is full i'm starting to get a RejectedExecutionException . Is there a way to "force" the executor to put the new task in a "wait" status instead of rejecting it and starting it when the pool is freed ?     I am attempting to write a LaTeX package which leverages the minted package's \inputminted command. My \mycommand command takes two parameters, the first being a path to a file, and I want to pass the file's extension to the \inputminted command: \newcommand\mycommand[2]{ \inputminted{#1}{...} } Note that the above won't work since the full path is passed to \inputminted. Example: \mycommand{/path/to/Test.java}{blah} should invoke \inputminted{java}{...}

  • How to relink existing shared library with extra object file

    I have existing Linux shared object file (shared library) which has been stripped. I want to produce a new version of the library with some additional functions included. I had hoped that something like the following would work, but does not: ld -o newlib.so newfuncs.o --whole-archive existinglib.so I do not have the source to the existing library. I could get it but getting a full build environment with the necessary dependencies in place would be a lot of effort for what seems like a simple problem.

E.g given the following directory structure: folder1 folder2 folder3 data.zip info.txt abc.xyz folder4 folder5 data.zip somefile.exe someotherfile.dll The files data.zip and info.txt can appear everywhere in the directory structure. How can I copy the full directory structure, but only include files named data.zip and info.txt (all other files should be ignored)? The resulting directory structure should look like this: copy_of_folder1 folder2 folder3 data.zip info.txt folder4 folder5 data.zip

    I have an Appwidget displaying days until an event like: eventname (-231 days) If possible I want to display this String in one line. If the eventname is too long I want to display the full term in braces into a new line. So that it is like: longeventname (-231 days) instead of: longeventname (-231 days) (or anything similar) Is there a way to archive this? Can I make (-231 days) "atomic"? string.getLength won't work since the size of the widget will vary by device.

  • Why does /**[newline] not always insert the Javadoc template including @param and @return in Eclipse

    I'm documenting code in Eclipse and have been using the /** followed by Enter alot to insert the Javadoc template. However this does not always work for some reason, it will create the template for writing comments but it won't automatically insert the @param and @return text. If I copy the exact same method to another class it will insert the full template. It would be a big help if anyone could tell me why it won't do this in some situations.
