  • Cap deploy doesn't work all the sudden; something to do with FactoryGirl and assets

    I've been cap deploying my app all throughout it development, and this last time I tried to deploy it, it didn't work. Here's what happened: * executing `deploy:assets:precompile' * executing "cd /var/www/oneteam/releases/20121006153136 && bundle exec rake RAILS_ENV=production RAILS_GROUPS=assets assets:precompile" servers: ["electricsasquatch.com"] [electricsasquatch.com] executing command ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] rake aborted! ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] uninitialized constant OneTeam::Application::FactoryGirl ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] (See full trace by running task with --trace) It looks like it failed on the deploy:assets:precompile command. I don't get why that command would have tried to do anything with FactoryGirl, though. Any ideas?

    I'm working on VSTO addin for outlook 2003.Outlook can read the startup section from Outlook.exe.config. <startup> <supportedRuntime version="v1.0.3705" /> <supportedRuntime version="v1.1.4322" /> <supportedRuntime version="v2.0.50727" /> </startup> But it is not able to read the system.diagnostics section of the config file. Basically i'm trying add trace listeners as i have explained here.Am I missing any thing here.

    i have a rails app which makes heavy use of activeresource and httparty to make api calls. Is there any library/extension to log the requests and parse them, so that log analysis becomes easier and automated. RailsLogAnalyser is good but what about extra calls, what are the conventions? Something like a opensource/self-hosted alternative to newrelic, but with extensions to plug in your own logging.

    Hello, I did tons of methods to figure out how to make this mod rewrite but i was completly unsuccessful.   • Issues while downloading document from Sharepoint using JAVA

    I am trying to download a file from Sharepoint 2007 sp2 document library using GetItem method of the Copy webservice. I am facing the following issues : In the local instance ( Windows Vista ) I can save only 10.5 Kb of any file. The webservice is returning only 10.5 Kb of data for any file. On the production server, I am able to List the documents using some credentials but when I am trying to download a document using the same credentials I get a 401 : Unauthorized message. I can download the document using the Sharepoint website successfully.

  • Linux - Create ftp account with read/write access to only 1 folder

    Hey guys.... I have never worked on linux and dont plan on working on it either - The only command I probably know is "ls" :) I am hosting my website on Eapps and use their cpanel to setup everything so never worked with linux. Now I have this one time case - where I need to provide access to a contractor to fix the CSS issues on my website. He basically needs FTP (read/write) access to certain folders. At a high level - this is my code structure /home/webadmin/example.com/html/images /css /js /login.php /facebook.php /home/webadmin/example.com/application/library /views /models /controllers /config /bootstrap.php /home/webadmin/example.com/cgi-bin I want the new user to be able to have access to only these folders /home/webadmin/example.com/html/js /home/webadmin/example.com/html/css /home/webadmin/example.com/application/views He should not be able to view even the content of other folders including files like bootstrap.php or login.php etc If any sys admins can help me set this account up - will really appreciate it.     I've tried searching but couldn't come up with a defined way on how to add your own packages to a GWT project. My tree structure looks like this: -com.mycompany -public MyApplication.html MyApplication.gwt.xml -com.mycompany.client MyApp.java -com.mycompany.gui TableLayout.java The answer I've seen out there says to add the packages relative to the root directory of the gwt.xml file, like so: <module> <inherits name="com.google.gwt.user.User" /> <entry-point class="com.mycompany.client.MyApp" /> <source path="client" /> <source path="gui" /> </module> It then complains: Unable to find type 'com.technicon.client.MyApp' Hint: Previous compiler errors may have made this type unavailable Hint: Check the inheritance chain from your module; it may not be inheriting a required module or a module may not be adding its source path entries properly Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong and how to fix this?

  • Can I use the CSS :visited pseudo class on 'wildcard' links?

    Let's say I have a site with multiple links as follows: www.example.com/product/1 www.example.com/product/2 www.example.com/product/3 I also append tracking info to links from time to time so that I can see how my site is being used, e.g, if somebody visits the products page from the product browser I would set a ref parameter: www.example.com/product/1&ref=pb www.example.com/product/2&ref=pb www.example.com/product/3&ref=pb The problem with this is that if the user visits a link of the first type and then views a link of the second type then the :visited pseudo class doesn't seem to apply because the browser only seems to match on exact URLs. Is there any way to have "wildcards" apply to links in this sense, so that when the user sees either the first type or the second type of link that it is highlighted? Note: I cannot change this "ref" architecture; it is inherited.

    Hello all I am trying to implement routing in cakephp. I want the urls to mapped like this... www.example.com/nodes/main - www.example.com/main www.example.com/nodes/about - www.example.com/about So for this I wrote in my config/routes.php file.. Router::connect('/:action', array('controller' => 'nodes')); Now, I got the thing going but when I click on the links, the url in browser appears like www.example.com/nodes/main www.example.com/nodes/about Is there some way where I can get the urls to appear the way they are routed? Setting in .htaccess or httpd.conf would be easy - but I don't have access to that. Regards Vikram

For ex in class JobTimeEvent, IJobtimeEvent needs a property of type ITimeEventHandler but why IJobTimeEventHandler type is not allowed which derived from ITimeEventHandler
