  Hi, I am wondering, if I create a new HttpRequest, and put the content of a simple file inside this request, would I be able to read the content on the server side by aspx page? in other words would that be equivalent to upload control? Thanks!

  Problem - I have Point of Sale V9 -intuit When ringing up a customer by using a barcode scanner for 1 item and the customer wants multiple of that same item but the receipt shows a long list of that same item. How can I get that program to set it where it would just self update without having to physically touching the keyboard or mouse I would pretty much want it to be user friendly Also if there is a code for this where do I put in the code?

• Javascript AJAX function returns undefined instead of true / false

  I have a function that issues an AJAX call (via jQuery). In the complete section I have a function that says: complete: function(XMLHttpRequest, textStatus) { if(textStatus == "success") { return(true); } else { return(false); } } However, if I call this like so: if(callajax()) { // Do something } else { // Something else } The first is never called. If I put an alert(textStatus) in the complete function I get true, but not before that function returns undefined.

  I wrote up some instructions for freezing a non-native gem in a Rails app today: install the gem sudo gem install fastercsv put the reference in the environment.rb (I think this is only necessary to do unpack with no GEM specified) config.gem "fastercsv" unpack the gem rake gems:unpack GEM=fastercsv uninstall the gem sudo gem uninstall fastercsv I know this must be the long way around: how can I unpack the gem without installing it first? Also: What's the difference between rake gems:unpack GEM=fastercsv and gem unpack fastercsv?

  hello .. i have the same code as wx Doodle pad in the wx demos i added a tool to paste images from the clipboard to the pad. using wx.DrawBitmap() function , but whenever i refresh the buffer .and call funtions ( drawSavedLines and drawSavedBitmap) it keeps putting bitmap above line no matter what i did even if i called draw bitmap first and then draw lines . is there anyway to put a line above the bitmap ? please inform me if i miss anything thanx in advance

Here is my multidimensional array structure: $_SESSION['cart']['add_complete'][1]['deck_id'] I am trying to create this structure, but instead of where it says 1 now, I want to find out what the last number in the add_complete array is and then add one more to it and put that in the place of the 1.   An odd request, I know. I want Javascript to pretend the user just pressed the backspace. That's all I really want, if you want more info: My last topic here, gives more explaination. In short: I press a key, javascript converts the key to the greek equivalent, then puts that key in instead. The problem is, when onKeyUp is activated, it starts a function which looks for combinable character pairs put together (for accents) and inserts that key.
