  • Split String in C#

    I thought this will be trivial but I can't get this to work. Assume a line in a CSV file: "Barak Obama", 48, "President", "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" string[] tokens = line.split(',') I expect this: "Barak Obama" 48 "President" "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC" but the last token is 'Washington DC' not "1600 Penn Ave, Washington DC". Is there an easy way to get the split function to ignore the comma within quotes?

  • I am geting message when i am loading VS

    when loading up a solution in VS2008 I get: An error was encountered while opening associated documents the last time this solution was loaded. Document load is being skipped during this solution load in order to avoid that error. First time when i open it shout down immediatlym then next time when I open it popups this message box it is not shouting down, once I click any usercotrols or ASPX page it is shutting off again.. How can I find which document is causing the problem? Thanks...

    Hi: I Suddenly found that I have no idea about the concept of data format and the encoding. For exmpale, what is the differences about the ascii/binary/base64/text-xml ? For a real case, I am working with a web service whose parameter I have to define,however one of the parameter should be ascii,another is binary and the last is netcdf. So,how to define it? ALso I wonder the ascii needed parameter can be a .txt or .dat ?

    I am evaluating several technologies for an open source app for the google app engine. I'm searching for information regarding OSGI on googles app engine. I have found Lemmon but it seems to be a dead project. The last checkin was in mid 2009... :-/ There is also a eclipse blog entry from april 2009, but it's not a real success story. Has anyone successfully used OSGI in a GAE app?

    Hello, I need to print last 20 characters of string, but only whole words. Delimiter is a space "". Let's consider this example: string="The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog" echo $string | tail -c20 returns s over the lazy dog. And I need it to return over the lazy dog instead.     I need to search for lines in a CSV file that end in an unterminated, double-quoted string. For example: 1,2,a,b,"dog","rabbit would match whereas 1,2,a,b,"dog","rabbit","cat bird" 1,2,a,b,"dog",rabbit would not. I have very limited experience with regular expressions, and the only thing I could think of is something like "[^"]*$ However, that matches the last quote to the end of the line. How would this be done?

  • Speed Problem with Wireless Connectivity on Cisco 877w

    Having a bit of a weird one with my local LAN setup. I recently installed a Cisco 877W router on my DSL2+ connection and all is working really well.. Upgraded the IOS to 12.4 and my wired clients are streaming connectivity superfast at 1.3mb/s. However, there seems to be an issue with my wireless clients - I can't seem to stream any data across the local wireless connection (LAN) and using the Internet, whilst responsive enough isn't really comparable with the wired connection speed.   • Errors Installing PIL on Mac OS Tiger

    I'm trying to install the Python Imaging Library on Mac OS X 10.4, but I get errors. I'm not sure where the error starts, it's just a huge wall of text when executing sudo python setup.py install. But the last few lines are: ... collect2: ld returned 1 exit status lipo: can't open input file: /var/tmp//ccNKvQpP.out (No such file or directory) error: command 'gcc' failed with exit status 1 I've googled, but none of the results are working.
