  • Scrolling Panel Printing Issue

    Hi I have a site where we have the content in scrolling panels to make it neater and line up. The issue comes when trying to print the contents of my panel hidden by the scroll. Here is my panel <asp:Panel Height="400px" ID="pnlContent" class="ContentPanel ScrollBars="Vertical" runat="server" > <!-- Content bla bla bla --> </asp:Panel> Here is my media="print" style sheet code for the ContentPanel .ContentScroller { overflow:visible; } The overflow:visible does not seem to remover the ScrollBars="Vertical" Any ideas on how to get this hidden content to print?

  • Why the input and the select do not get the same width?

    I have a table with two rows. The first row contains an input and the second row contains a select. Even though I have set their widths to be 100%, the select box is a few pixels smaller than the input.   • Recommended lightweight jQuery lightbox plug-in?

    I need a lightbox plugin that is styled similar to FancyBox but will allow me to add text to the same white background as the image. Lightweight because I don't want many features as it's going to be added to an already heavy JS page. Preferably without Ajax features as I'll be handling this myself. Therefore I'm ruling out the use of Thickbox, Fancybox and jQuery UI. Basically I want the plugin to be a currently supported light-box jQuery plug-in that handles all the cross browser styling issues which I can then customise.

  • video player for HTML 5 page not loading

    I'm using VideoJS to as my video player for a project I've been working on. Basically I have a div, and I wanted to have the video player within that div, however when I load the page nothing happens, and the video is never played. In fact, the video is never loaded nor shown in the page. I basically copied the example from VideoJS' page.     Here is something that has bogged me down for quite sometime. I have created two fiddles so you can test live: Fiddle #1: http://www.jsfiddle.net/Jdk9R/2/ Fiddle #2: http://www.jsfiddle.net/d5PEu/ Looking at the Fiddle #1 you can make out that if the text is not formatted properly with spaces, the text overflows the border. How do i make this function similar to fiddle #2? Or is this unavoidable?

  • 3 DIV's - Center Middle and Others taking up rest of room

    I need to have 3 DIV's - you can see 3 colors in the above image. The middle DIV needs always be 960px and alls needs to be centered (you can see the 2 grey lines above). The other 2 DIV's need to take up all the other available space. If I zoom in and out of the page the red and yellow DIV's need to expand with the page while the middle green one remains centered. I've tried DIV solutions and Table solutions and I can't get it to fit.     I'm trying to center an image in php. I'm currently using this line of code echo '<img src="newimage.jpg" width="110" height="120" class="centre">'; However, this seems to have no effect. I've also tried using something like this, img.center { display: block; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto; } <img src="newimage.jpg" alt="Suni" class="center" /> but this merely gives me a syntax error, how do I go about fixing this?   • IE font size decrease does not cause select box height to decrease

    I have a font resize function on my page which increases the font size via javascript for the entire page. This works fine in most browsers except IE. When decreasing the font size after increasing it, the select boxes new height does not decrease, even though the font size is decreasing on it. Instead the smaller font appears to be padded with white space. Any ideas as to what IE is doing here, and a work around?

  • Why does one column seem to load first in Wordpress?

    I have a Wordpress site that is doing something very bizarre. If you go to: http://digitaldemo.net/joy/krippen-a-b-c/ When it loads, the main content div loads on the right hand side of the page and then once the sidebar loads, THEN it gets pushed over to where it ought to be. It's only really noticable in Firefox, but I'd like to find out what is causing it and fix the issue. Any ideas? Many thanks!

    I know the various websites around the tinternet, that allow you to customize a loading.gif etc, but what I wanted to know... Is there a way, aside from creating a gif with adobe etc, to create custom text loading... So instead of the ubiquitous spinner, you can specify text that animates whilst an image loads. I have searched high and low, and not found anything. Nearest I got was a jquery spinner, but thats not what I am after. Wondered if any of you guys had come across this before. If so, what did you do to customize it.. Example: Sometimes you may see the following animated ( as a gif ) L...... LO..... LOA.... LOAD... LOADI.. LOADIN. LOADING I know the above is done by creating a loop of animations, but wondered if there was a more upto date method of creating custom loading messages, perhaps using jquery ... I have seen it done in flash etc
