  • Submit form from greybox window to main window

    Hi everyone, I'm using greybox and trying the following thing: I want to make a form inside the pop-up so when the users submit's it, the request goes to the main window and the pop-up closes. I know the way to close the window is by using onclick="parent.parent.GB_hide()", but I really haven't been able to find a way to make the pop-up close and the data sent to the corresponding controller when the form is submitted. I'm using Zend FW. Thanks in advance, I really appreciate what this community does.

    Hello, i'm using CodeIgniter for developing a community board. As I'm using nested sets to get a nested forum hierarchy, I have to run a lot of queries such as: SELECT `id` FROM `forums` WHERE 1 BETWEEN `lft` AND `rgt` My problem: CodeIgniter is replacing the "1" by "`1`" because the "1" is recognized as a column name. Of course, the query does not work any more. Is there a way to get it working? thx in advance

    I couldn't install mysql I get this brew install mysql Error: You must `brew link cmake' before mysql can be installed so then I type brew ink cmake Linking /usr/local/Cellar/cmake/2.8.8... The most obvious solution is for him to get an unlimited 3G data plan. What is the best way for him to set this up? I am assuming he should get something like Verizon's MiFi 3G access point, but does this have an ethernet jack?

    I have a server running on Debian wheezy with MaraiDB and OwnCloud. Few days ago, I wanted to update the packages because of the OwnCloud updates but something went wrong. Usually in this case I'd probably try to remove and again install the problematic packages, but on a server which is used by different people it doesn't seem like a valid solution anymore.   • Can I use LGA775 heatsink on LGA1156 CPU?

    Will cooler that is designed to LGA775 CPUs install on LGA1156 CPU or are they mechanically incompatible? I'm building my first 1U server and surprise-surprise - Intel stock cooler doesn't fit (unless I'm willing to keep the case open). Places that I prefer to buy stuff from are currently out of stock on 1U 1156 heatsinks so I'm wondering if LGA775 would do the trick.

I have options between say 32GB Memory for 2 CPUs, DDR3, 1066MHz (8x4GB Dual Ranked RDIMMs) and 36GB Memory for 2 CPUs, DDR3, 1066MHz (18x2GB Dual Ranked RDIMMs) Both at the same price. Should I go for the higher ram amount or the fewer chips? This will be for a Dell PowerEdge R710 with two Intel® Xeon® E5530, 2.4Ghz, 8MB Cache, 5.86 GT/s QPI, Turbo, HT Thanks
