    autoexp.dat does not seem to take affect in Visual Studio C++ 2005 debugger. I am not trying to add any custom rules. Just want commonly used stuff like stl::string, to display in a friendlier manner. Does anyone know. how I can accomplish this? Is this just question of specifying a path to the autoexp.dat file somewhere. The file is available under the Visual Studio installation directory.

    Hello, When I add new event handler for any event, VS creates method like Button_Click. But ReSharper underlines this method as Warning, because all methods should not have any delimeters such as "_". How can I customize rules of ReSharper so that it doesn't underline such methods? Or may be I should rename such methods? Thanks in advance.

  • Setting up httpd.conf / mod_rewrite to auto-load codeigniter?

    I'm sorry to ask this here, as I'm sure the solution is fairly easy but for the life of my I can't setup httpd.conf on my apache server to automatically load the code_igniter files. Instead I'm having to go into the folder itself localhost/trunk/etc/etc until I get index.php - which messes with some of the relative paths (our backend coder is gone for the week so I can't ask him, but he has already setup the rewrite rules on our development server).

  • Is there a way to prevent a string of letters with no spaces from overflowing out of its correspondi

    The question is pretty straight forward, I have tried using a span with rules set to clear:both; and display:block;, at the bottom of each list entry where the text is being inserted in with no luck. I am not really sure what to do on this. I don't expect to many entries with long consecutive letter strings but for example if someone does lolololololol or ahaahahahhhhhhhhhhhhaaaaaaaa for like 100 letters, it will overflow. If anyone can give me a pointer I would really appreciate it.

How would it be any different from throwing in a label in the UI and populating the errors on the server side?     I have a problem that I have been trying to figure out and haven't been able to get past it because Chrome/FireFox/IE do not publicly publish their "rules" for pop up blocking when it comes to JavaScript, Flash, etc. I am trying to trigger a window.open() when a user clicks anywhere on page. So the way it works, a role (aka user) can be granted (rule: 1) access to a controller, a role can inherit (rule: 3) access from another role or a role and be denied (rule: 2) access to a controller. (A user is a resource and a controller is a resource) Access to actions are granted / denied using the extras column. This all works, its not a problem with setting up the ACL within zend. What I am now trying to do is show the relationships; to do that I need to find the lowest level a role is granted access to a controller stopping if it has explicitly been removed. I plan on listing the roles. When I click a role, I want it to show all the controllers that role has access to. Then clicking on a controller shows the actions the role is allowed to do. So in the example above, a guest is allowed to view the index action of the index controller along with the login action. A member inherits the same access, but is then denied access to the login action and register action. A moderator inherits the rules of a member. So if I were to select the role moderator. I want to see the controller index listed. If I click on the controller, it should show the allowed actions as being action: index. (which was originally granted to the guest, but hasn't since been dissallowed) Is there any examples to doing this. I am obviously working with the Zend MVC (PHP) and MySQL. Even just a persudo code example would be a helpful starting point - this is one of the last parts of the jigsaw I am putting together. P.S. Obviously I have the ACL object - is it going to be easier to interigate that or is it better to do it my self via PHP/MySQL? The aim will be, show what a role can access which will then allow me to add or edit a role, controller and action in a GUI style (that is somewhat the easy bit) - currently I am updating the DB manually as I have been building the site.

I am using this: RewriteEngine On RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -s [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -l [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} -d RewriteRule ^.*$ - [NC,L] RewriteRule ^.*$ index.php [NC,L] This works find when I access through HTTP, however, nothing is served when accessing through HTTPS. I am using a single directory for HTTP and HTTPS content. I would not want to force HTTPS either. How can I fix this?

  • cakephp datetime insertion behaviour

    hi everyone this is a cakePHP question about datetime database insertion mismatch, i jumped in to this project while the whole thing is already built around 70%. here's what happen, every time i insert a data that contain a datetime, the inserted time doesn't match the inputted date, and the mismatch has no pattern or what ever, in some table the differences is 5 hours, while in others it could be 12 hours, 7 hours, or even 15 hours. i have traced this by investigating the controller, the model, the app_controller, everything but i don't find anything that indicate a datetime insertion rules. if the view : echo $form->input('start_date', array('label' => __l('start date')); i can't even find in the controller anything like: $this->data['current_controller']['start_date'] = $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']; when i use pr($this-data); to print the posted data, this is shown: [start_date] => Array ( [month] => 02 [day] => 16 [year] => 2011 [hour] => [min] => [meridian] => ) so i figured doing something like: $yearMonDay = $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['year']."-"; $yearMonDay .= $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['month']."-"; $yearMonDay .= $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['day']; if(!empty($this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['hour'])){ $hourMinSec = $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['hour'].":"; $hourMinSec .= $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['min'].":"; $hourMinSec .= $this->data['current_controller']['start_date']['meridian']; }else{ $hourMinSec = "00:00:00"; } $this->data['Deal']['start_date'] = $yearMonDay." ".$hourMinSec; just to make sure the funny thing is that those posted datetime is inserted into the database with the mismatch value anyway. it's getting pretty frustrating, is there any suggestion on where else should i find the codes that define how the datetime should be inserted? or probably give me a clue on how to override those mismatched insertion rules? thanks
