    I am building a social reader Facebook application using Django where I am using Google Data API (Blogger API). But I am unable to deal with the authorization step to use the API (currently using ClientLogin under development). I tried to read the OAuth documentation but couldn't figure out how to proceed. I don't want my users to provide any login credentials for google.. which makes the app completely absurd. So, can anyone help me on my project and tell me what kind of authorization I should actually use and how ? (I am using gdata lib)

It's a blank in that page but in the old server with old version it is working fine. I am not a developer so I have no clue on this.     I've been tinkering with fingerprint-gui as well as X/xrandr resolution settings. When I start my machine, it boots up normally. As soon as X and gnome have finished starting, it logs me off automatically and brings me back to the gdm login prompt with the user list. Then I am, however, able to log in using "Ubuntu Desktop Fail-safe". I've checked the list of start-up applications, but everything seems fine there. I can't yet put my finger on what exactly might be responsible for this: X, gnome or some messed up pam.d settings. So far I've checked /var/logs/X11/xorg.0.log, /var/logs/auth.log and ~/.xsession-errors. In addition, I don't quite seem to understand the "interplay" between X, GDM, GNOME, GNOME-policykit, PAM.d and all that. Are there any other relevant log files that could point me to what's broken? Specs: Ubuntu 10.10 Maverick Meerkat IBM/Lenovo Thinkpad R60, ATI Radeon x1400 Mobility all updates installed Linux User 1 year+,

    I know it sounds simple but I have 2 problems. On the first sheet I can delete the worksheet by clicking on the tab dropdown and clicking delete, but it reappears when I leave and come back.     Let say I have foo.bar domain, and I force the user to use the https over http. The question is as browsers just accept and load the forwarded/new page(when the request for http://foo.bar - https://foo.bar), does the google bot(or other search engines) accept the forwarded page and index the new page and just ignore the old page? in other word, does search engines accept https beside the http? thanks in advance.

    I share my computer with someone who does not have a google account, I do not want them to be able to click on chrome and potentially access my saved data (ie. passwords/CC info). Everytime I attempt to logoff chrome (not my email, chrome itself), I only get the option to delete or change user. I just want my info off, do I have to delete my account each time or is there a way to just log my infomation off chrome?

Every time that I start up Firefox with the intent to go to a specific page, I end up typing half the URL in the Google search box when iGoogle steals focus away from the URL bar.
