  • How do I fix this JBoss EJB client authentication issue?

    I have an EJB deployed under JBoss (we're moving a project to it from Weblogic), I can get an EJBHome reference to the EJB via a JNDI lookup. The login-config.xml is set to use the module org.jboss.security.auth.spi.BaseCertLoginModule. When my client code tries to invoke the create method via reflection, calling invoke, I get an InvocationException which wraps an AccessException, which wraps a final exception of javax.security.auth.login.FailedLoginException: Password Incorrect/Password Required at org.jboss.security.auth.spi.UsernamePasswordLoginModule.login(UsernamePasswordLoginModule.java:213).... Am I missing some client code to use BaseCertLoginModule instead of UsernamePasswordLoginModule? Thanks in advance, any suggestions appreciated, apologies for not posting the entire stacktrace but it's on a secured network without internet access.

    Hello, I need to convert some code done by someone else, to work in my mvc model It is using some functions like EOD that I don't understand. Does that still work in a class? Primarely, my question focusus on the json output. I hope this was somewhat clear enough? The php manual warns that in some cases you don't get an array output, instead you get an object. So, with the EOD syntax, I am not really sure.     I am trying to detect a midair collision problem (simultaneous editin) using selenium.   • Controling virtualbox internet access?

    I am finally going through the process of moving my XP into a vbox (host linux). The thing is that I am migrating a virtually clean install. So aside from the occasional antivirus scan, I want to make sure that my XP is not sending malware data (keystoke.logs, spam etc. ) out silently ( and thus having picked up some virus ). To that end I want to limit XP to contacting my LAN and a few internet sites. ( mainly sites that require proprietary windows only software to access, AV sites and Windows update ). I want XP to only access preapproved addresses. If it is trying to contact a nonapproved address, I want it somehow logged and access restricted until I allow access. I also don't want to have to decide whether to allow access to a site at my leisure. To keeps things clear let me give an example: I start my vbox/XP ( which I call MYXP) running on my linux box ( called MYLINUX connecting to the net through a linksys wrt54g ) and connects via samba to my LAN ( since my LAN seems to be possessed of every evil thing, it's address is 192.168.666. ). At the moment my configuration is set so that I allow MYXP to access 192.168.666 and www.MYANTIVIRUS_UPDATES.com and www.MS_UPDATES.com. Then on the VM I start a program which tries to make a connection to www.playmygame.com . www.playmygame.com is on my preapproved list so the connection goes through. Later I check attempted accesses and discover that it also tried to connect to www.mygame_high_scores.com I figure this is OK so I add www.mygame_high_scores.com to my approved list. Later, I again check address and discover that my VM/XP tried to access www.mygame_steals_your_identity.com. I do some checking and discover the address is registered to someone in Kiev, Nigeria. Since this doesn't sound kosher to me, I replace the MYXP VM with one that was backed up before I installed mygame. I remove www.playmygame.com and www.mygame_high_scores.com from my access list for MYXP. It should acomplish this with little overheard. When I am not running the VM ideally it should not have any overhead. Suggestions?

  • Telerik RadEditor working issue under VS2008

    I've a SharePoint portal for tracking questions in a list. When I open an list item in IE8 Telerik Editor works fine. But if I open this page inside VS2008 in browser mode this control starts to do unexpected actions. It's the Telerik RadEditor for Sharepoint v. 5.3.2.0. Is it a bug of VS2008 or a bug of Telerik RadEditor? Steps to reproduce: Install Telerik RadEditor in SharePoint portal Create a List with Rich editing field and create a new item Paste or type a text into Rich editing field and save changes Open VS2008 Click on any link in start page to open browser window Open created list item in VS in editing mode Mark a part of text in Rich editing field Marked text disappears. Undo button of control shows some paste actions

  • Why do I get Detached Entity exception when upgrading Spring Boot 1.1.4 to 1.1.5

    On updating Spring Boot from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5 a simple web application started generating detached entity exceptions. Specifically, a post authentication inteceptor that bumped number of visits was causing the problem. A quick check of loaded dependencies showed that Spring Data has been updated from 1.6.1 to 1.6.2 and a further check of the change log shows a couple of issues relating to optimistic locking, version fields and JPA issues that have been fixed. Well I am using a version field and it starts out as Null following recommendation to not set in the specification. I have produced a very simple test scenario where I get detached entity exceptions if the version field starts as null or zero. If I create an entity with version 1 however then I do not get these exceptions. Is this expected behaviour or is there still something amiss? Below is the test scenario I have for this condition. In the scenario the service layer that has been annotated @Transactional. Each test case makes multiple calls to the service layer - the tests are working with detached entities as this is the scenario I am working with in the full blown application. The test case comprises four tests: Test 1 - versionNullCausesAnExceptionOnUpdate() In this test the version field in the detached object is Null. This is how I would usually create the object prior to passing to the service. This test fails with a Detached Entity exception. I would have expected this test to pass. If there is a flaw in the test then the rest of the scenario is probably moot. Test 2 - versionZeroCausesExceptionOnUpdate() In this test I have set the version to value Long(0L). This is an edge case test and included because I found reference to Zero values being used for version field in the Spring Data change log. This test fails with a Detached Entity exception. Of interest simply because the following two tests pass leaving this as an anomaly. Test 3 - versionOneDoesNotCausesExceptionOnUpdate() In this test the version field is set to value Long(1L). Not something I would usually do, but considering the notes in the Spring Data change log I decided to give it a go. This test passes. Would not usually set the version field, but this looks like a work-around until I figure out why the first test is failing. Test 4 - versionOneDoesNotCausesExceptionWithMultipleUpdates() Encouraged by the result of test 3 I pushed the scenario a step further and perform multiple updates on the entity that started life with a version of Long(1L). This test passes. Reinforcement that this may be a useable work-around. I have multiple subfolders (http://www.site.com/es and http://www.site.com/de) that each have a respective .htaccess file. When accessing these folders, the .htaccess file does this to "silently" redirect the user and add the appropriate php variable: ------- Options +FollowSymlinks RewriteEngine on RewriteOptions MaxRedirects=10 rewriterule ^http://www.site.com/es/$ http://www.site.com/?l=es [P,R=301] rewriterule ^(.*)$ http://www.site.com/$1?l=es [P,R=301] ------- When someone accesses the root directory: http://www.site.com, I want to add a ?l=en suffix "silently" to the url.     I have a list of Accommodation objects bound to a Repeater, and then a nested Repeater which has the various attendee groups listed [e.g. Default, Seniors, Juniors]. This is all output fine, with the values displayed as LinkButtons, which when clicked gets sent to a code-behind event handler. Here is an example of the output to give you a picture [with some er... interesting attendee group names]: In the event handler, I test the object parameter to see which Repeater has been sent, as the outer repeater's links can also be clicked [so the Accommodation would be set, but no Attendee Group]. Is there a way to get a HiddenField from the outer RepeaterItem that contains the currently clicked inner repeater's LinkButton? E.g. From the image, I click the Attending link in the Women section. So the EventArgs via FindControl can get me the hidden field which contains the Attendee Group's ID, which is good, but I also need the Accommodation ID [to know whether it was either Wimbledon Hotel Inn or New Acc]

  • How to setup .htaccess to rewrite to different folder

    I'm moving my site to a new host but I need to have my current server continue to handle requests (not all files can be moved to the new server). So I added a parked domain to my old server (old.mydomain.com) and I want all requests to it to be written to the files from the old site. My old site (mydomain.com) was hosted internally in a folder (/public_html/mydomain/) and I want all requests to old.mydomain.com to be rewritten to the same folder. So if mydomain.com/blog was internally at /public_html/mydomain/blog I now want old.mydomain.com/blog also to reach /public_html/mydomain/blog. Here is the .htaccess that I'm trying to use: RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} ^old\.mydomain\.com/* RewriteRule ^(.*)$ mydomain/$1 [NC,L] but for some reason as soon as I add the $1 in the rewrite rule I get an internal error. Any ideas?

  • Identify cause of hundreds of AJP threads in Tomcat

    We have two Tomcat 6.0.20 servers fronted by Apache, with communication between the two using AJP. Tomcat in turn consumes web services on a JBoss cluster. This morning, one of the Tomcat machines was using 100% of CPU on 6 of the 8 cores on our machine. We took a heap dump using JConsole, and then tried to connect JVisualVM to get a profile to see what was taking all the CPU, but this caused Tomcat to crash. At least we had the heap dump! I have loaded the heap dump into Eclipse MAT, where I have found that we have 565 instances of java.lang.Thread. Some of these, obviously, are entirely legitimate, but the vast majority are named "ajp-6009-XXX" where XXX is a number. I know my way around Eclipse MAT pretty well, but haven't been able to find an explanation for it. If anyone has some pointers as to why Tomcat may be doing this, or some hints on finding out why using Eclipse MAT, that'd be appreciated!

    Hi, I have a website A.com and a domain at B.com with a widget inside an iframe getting data from A.com. I want to allow x-domain cookies to be passed from a.com to inside the iframe using ASP.NET My understanding is that - I can do this in IE using P3P Headers - such that the A.com cookie is passed to the iframe and session | cookie data is preserved. The P3P headers have to be sent from the A.com and from the iframe. Is this correct ? In dev, my understanding is if I "accept all cookies" in IE - then P3P headers won't matter anyway and so this should all just work. If I put on Medium Security then P3P is required.

I think file_get_contents() is bringing back data that isn't XML, maybe some Javascript files judging by the iPhone parts in the errors. Is there any way to just get back the XML from that page? Without any HTML or anything? Thanks :)

In MATLAB, if you are trying to use Java objects/methods, there are equivalents to Java object creation / method call / etc.: Java: new com.example.test.Foo(); MATLAB: javaObject('com.example.test.Foo'); Java: com.example.test.Foo.staticMethod(); MATLAB: javaMethod('staticMethod', 'com.example.test.Foo'); Java: SomeEnum e = com.example.test.SomeEnum.MY_FAVORITE_ENUM; MATLAB: ?????   • Cap deploy doesn't work all the sudden; something to do with FactoryGirl and assets

    I've been cap deploying my app all throughout it development, and this last time I tried to deploy it, it didn't work. Here's what happened: * executing `deploy:assets:precompile' * executing "cd /var/www/oneteam/releases/20121006153136 && bundle exec rake RAILS_ENV=production RAILS_GROUPS=assets assets:precompile" servers: ["electricsasquatch.com"] [electricsasquatch.com] executing command ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] rake aborted! ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] uninitialized constant OneTeam::Application::FactoryGirl ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] ** [out :: electricsasquatch.com] (See full trace by running task with --trace) It looks like it failed on the deploy:assets:precompile command. I don't get why that command would have tried to do anything with FactoryGirl, though. Any ideas?

  • ASP.NET Nested Repeater Accessing elements

    I have a list of Accommodation objects bound to a Repeater, and then a nested Repeater which has the various attendee groups listed [e.g. Default, Seniors, Juniors]. This is all output fine, with the values displayed as LinkButtons, which when clicked gets sent to a code-behind event handler. Here is an example of the output to give you a picture [with some er... interesting attendee group names]: In the event handler, I test the object parameter to see which Repeater has been sent, as the outer repeater's links can also be clicked [so the Accommodation would be set, but no Attendee Group]. Is there a way to get a HiddenField from the outer RepeaterItem that contains the currently clicked inner repeater's LinkButton? E.g. From the image, I click the Attending link in the Women section. So the EventArgs via FindControl can get me the hidden field which contains the Attendee Group's ID, which is good, but I also need the Accommodation ID [to know whether it was either Wimbledon Hotel Inn or New Acc]

    Hello, I did tons of methods to figure out how to make this mod rewrite but i was completly unsuccessful. I want a .htaccess code that rewrite in the following method: http://www.mydomain.com/apple/upcoming/2 --- http://www.mydomain.com/handler.php?topic=apple&orderby=upcoming&page=2 This is easy to do, but the problem is that all parameters are not required so the link has different levels of parameters each time like this: http://www.mydomain.com/apple/popular/2 -- topic=apple&orderby=popular&page=2 http://www.mydomain.com/apple/2 -- topic=apple&orderby=&page=2 http://www.mydomain.com/all/popular/2 -- topic=all&orderby=popular&page=2 http://www.mydomain.com/apple/upcoming/ -- topic=apple&orderby=upcoming&page= So briefly, the url has 3 optional parameters in one static order: (topic) (orderby) (page) Note: the ORDERBY parameter can be "popular" or "upcoming" or nothing.   • Linux - Create ftp account with read/write access to only 1 folder

    Hey guys.... I have never worked on linux and dont plan on working on it either - The only command I probably know is "ls" :) I am hosting my website on Eapps and use their cpanel to setup everything so never worked with linux. Now I have this one time case - where I need to provide access to a contractor to fix the CSS issues on my website. He basically needs FTP (read/write) access to certain folders. At a high level - this is my code structure /home/webadmin/example.com/html/images /css /js /login.php /facebook.php /home/webadmin/example.com/application/library /views /models /controllers /config /bootstrap.php /home/webadmin/example.com/cgi-bin I want the new user to be able to have access to only these folders /home/webadmin/example.com/html/js /home/webadmin/example.com/html/css /home/webadmin/example.com/application/views He should not be able to view even the content of other folders including files like bootstrap.php or login.php etc If any sys admins can help me set this account up - will really appreciate it.
