• Why does Module::Build's testcover gives me "use of uninitialized value" warnings?

  I'm kinda new to Module::Build, so maybe I did something wrong. Am I the only one who gets warnings when I change my dispatch from "test" to "testcover"? Is there a bug in Devel::Cover? Is there a bug in Module::Build? I probably just did something wrong. I'm using ActiveState Perl v5.10.0 with Module::Build version 0.31012 and Devel::Cover 0.64 and Eclipse 3.4.1 with EPIC 0.6.34 for my IDE. UPDATE: I upgraded to Module::Build 0.34 and the warnings are still output. *UPDATE: Looks like a bug in B::Deparse. Hope it gets fixed someday.* Here's my unit test build file: use strict; use warnings; use Module::Build; my $build = Module::Build->resume ( properties => { config_dir => '_build', }, ); $build->dispatch('test'); When I run this unit test build file, I get the following output: t\MyLib1.......ok t\MyLib2.......ok t\MyLib3.......ok All tests successful.   I am using YUI to test my JavaScript app, and want to integrate the test results into my CruiseControl build system. How can I use CruiseControl to run the tests? I initially thought about using the JUnit plugin to drive the tests, but that is a no go. Does anyone else have this working? (Please note: Changing either YUI or CruiseControl isn't an option for me.)

  Hi, I am using HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name to get a user id from 2 web application i'am developping. the problem is when i'am loggin in teh first application i get always HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name value (i put test in Application_AuthenticateRequest event) but when i log in teh 2nd application adn i ty to naviagte trough the 1st application teh HttpContext.Current.User.Identity.Name loses value. Environnement of test : Windows XP / VS.NET 2005 / Authentication forms BTW : both application are deployed in teh same machine Thank you for your help

  Hi all, I am looking to execute a password change over Net-ssh and this code seems to hang: Net::SSH.start(server_ip, "user", :verbose => :debug ) do |session| session.process.popen3("ls") do |input, output, error| ["old_pass","test", "test"].each do |x| input.puts x end end end I know the connection works because using a simple exec I can get the output from ls on the remote server, but this hangs. Any ideas? The last message from debug is that the public key succeeded.

  Hello folks, I have reinstalled in my Windows XP machine. After it is re-isntalled the audio in my machine has failed. I have installed all the device drivers in my mother board. The Realtek Sound driver is also installed. Note: Sound is working when I test the surround settings test in my RealTek program, but unable to play any audio, tried playing both in my local machine and from the internet.

Now in my test class I intanciated User added the values like : User user = new User; user.setAddress("some address"); and so I did for all 15 fields, than at the end of assigning data to User object I called in DAO to save that to database UsersDao.save(user); and save works just perfectly. My question is how do I update/delete users using the same logic? Fox example I tried this(to delete user from table users): User user = new User; user.setUserID("1s54f"); // which is unique key for users no two keys are the same UsersDao.delete(user); I wanted to delete user with this key but its obviously different can someone explain please how to do these. thank you

  I'm used to seeing temporary tables created with just the hash/number symbol, like this: CREATE TABLE #Test ( [Id] INT ) However, I've recently come across stored procedure code that specifies the schema name when creating temporary tables, for example: CREATE TABLE [dbo].[#Test] ( [Id] INT ) Is there any reason why you would want to do this? If you're only specifying the user's default schema, does it make any difference? Does this refer to the [dbo] schema in the local database or the tempdb database?
