  • heroku complaining about my public key created by ssh-keygen2

    I am trying to access my heroku app from work (windows machine). I installed cygwin on the machine and generated ssh-key as well. However, I get the below error: C:heroku keys:add "C:\cygwin\home\4541450\[email protected]" Uploading ssh public key C:\cygwin\home\4541450\[email protected] Enter your Heroku credentials. Email: [email protected] Password: Uploading ssh public key C:\cygwin\home\c54550\[email protected] ! Contents Invalid public key / Contents Invalid public key / Fingerprint can 't be blank I generated the ssh key with the command below. ssh-keygen2 "[email protected]" -t rsa ssh-keygen is not available with this cygwin.

    This is probably a silly question, but here it goes.Imagine you have the following classes: public class C { } public class D : C { //A subclass of C } public class A { C argument; } Now, I want to have a class B, that inherits from A.This class would obviously inherit the "argument" field, but I wish to force the "argument" field in B to be of type D, rather than C.Since D inherits from C this shouldn't create any problems. So, how would achieve this in c# ?

    Hello, I am trying to show and hide a few form fields dependent on the value of one of my select fields, I am looking to use arrays to to hold what should be show and what should not be show for each select value, to save me from a massive switch statement, but cannot figure out to do it.   • readObject() vs. readResolve() to restore transient fields

    According to Serializable javadoc, readResolve() is intended for replacing an object read from the stream. But is it OK to use it for restoring transient fields, like so: private Object readResolve() { transientField = something; return this; } as opposed to using readObject(): private void readObject(ObjectInputStream s) { s.defaultReadObject(); transientField = something; } Is there any reason to choose one over other, when used to just restore transient fields?

    Hello, I'm abit new to programming Android App's, however I have come across a problem, I can't find a way to make global variables -unlike other coding like php or VB.NET, are global variables possible? If not can someone find a way (and if possible implement the way into the code I will provide below) to get a value from the variable 'songtoplay' so I can use in another Public Void...     I am trying to extend the User model so that I can add my own custom fields but I keep getting an error stating: 'NoneType' object has no attribute '_default_manager' whenever I try to use user.get_profile() to add values to the custom field i.e. whenever I use it like so: user = User.objects.create_user(username, email, password) user.first_name = fname user.last_name = lname user.save() uinfo = user.get_profile() uinfo.timezone = "Asia/Pune" uinfo.save() I have already followed the steps given at http://stackoverflow.com/questions/44109/extending-the-user-model-with-custom-fields-in-django/965883#965883 with no luck.

    Hi all, Using jQuery validation plugin, how can I configure it so that I have the error labels appear beside the input fields, and also inside a validation summary? I can make them either display besides the input fields OR inside a validation summary, but not in both. I'd like to have the error messages duplicated (one for the input field and another for the validation summary). Is it possible? If yes, how? Thanks

Its type is object, but it can be either int, long or string. I would intuitively use a ProtoInclude attribute to say "expect these types" but unfortunately they are class only attribute. Does anybody has any idea how I could work around this ? For background, the public object Key is here for historical reasons (and all over the place) so I would very much like to avoid the mother of all refactorings ;-) Any chance I could get this to Serialize, even force it to Serialize as a string ?

  • Writing white space to CSV fields in Python?

    When I try to write a field that includes whitespace in it, it gets split into multiple fields on the space. What's causing this? It's driving me insane.   • Access Rails under /app/, not /app/public/

    I'm trying to deploy Rails 2.1.2 with Apache 2.2.10 and FastCGI (yeah, bad, ancient, ugly, I know). And I know it's no programming question, but please bear with me. My application can be accessed via example.com/app/public/, but I want to access it via example.com/app/. In my .htaccess-File (in the app/-directory!) I have: RewriteEngine On RewriteBase /app/ RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f RewriteRule ^(.*)$ public/dispatch.fcgi [QSA,L] How can I forward each request going to app/ to app/public/? Every time I try this (like, with RewriteRule ^.*$ public/$1 [QSA]) I get a routing error: No route matches "/app/" with {:method=>:get} Help?

  • Wordpress Install on OS X Snow-Leopard under Sites/public for use with capistrano

    I would like to put my local OS X wordpress site in my ~users/Sites/public directory, instead of the ~users/Sites so i can properly setup a capistrano deployment. When i try this i can visit the site locally by visiting http://localhost/public and everything looks and works great but if i ever try to go to http://localhost/public/wp-admin to administer my local copy of wordpress it tries to redirect me back to http://localhost/wp-admin which doesn't exist. Do you know how I might be able to work around this problem?

    Is it possible to have final transient fields that are set to any non-default value after serialization in Java? My usecase is a cache variable — that's why it is transient. I also have a habit of making Map fields that won't be changed (i.e. contents of the map is changed, but object itself remains the same) final. However, these attributes seem to be contradictory — while compiler allows such a combination, I cannot have the field set to anything but null after unserialization. I tried the following, without success: simple field initialization (shown in the example): this is what I normally do, but the initialization doesn't seem to happen after unserialization; initialization in constructor (I believe this is semantically the same as above though); assigning the field in readObject() — cannot be done since the field is final.   • How to name application specific fields in couchdb

    I tried adding my own fields with names like _myappvar and _myotherappvar to documents to distinguish them from data fields. At first it worked but at certain points futon complains. What is the right way to go? I am using couchdb 0.9.0, this may be old, butI will not be able to upgrade in this iteration.
