  • SQL statements in seperate file

    Hello, I'm working on .net project and writing an application that interacts with database. I currently have some SQL statements in the code and I want to put these statements in separate file with solution. So, later when the application gets deployed, and if I want to update SQL statements, I could just update the statements in the file and just replace the file instead of redeploying the whole solution.     Hi, Let's say I have the following file tree: / include/ library/ a.hpp b.hpp src/ a.cpp b.cpp And the following /src/a.cpp file: #include "a.hpp" #include "b.hpp" I always open Vim at the root directory. So when I want to load a.hpp I do : :tabnew include/library/a.hpp or: :tabnew **/a.hpp I'd like to map <F4> to open the file under the cursor in a new tab, using a recursive search. I tried the following mapping command: :map <F4> :tabnew **/expand("<cfile>")<cr> But obviously, this can't work, as it tries to open the file "/expand(" instead. Any clue on how I could do that ? I'm using this code to access the 'images' directory for all files inside 'grails-app': ApplicationHolder.application.parentContext.getResource("file/misc").file; I'm having this error when I access it in a 'src' class: application has private access in org.codehaus.groovy.grails.commons.ApplicationHolder Any comment on why is this happening? How can I access "file/misc" when app is deployed to tomcat?

    My code was quite sufficient for reading xls file in C# (using Microsoft.Jet.Oledb.4.0) but when I tried to read Office 2007 (xlsx) file, it didn't work. I searched and found that it could be read using Microsoft.ACE.Oledb.12, I tried and it worked. Can anyone tell me the difference between the two ? and why xlsx file can not be read using Microsoft.Jet.Oledb.4.0 Provider.

    I have no knowledge on MySQL and I have received a .bak file from one of my customer and he asked me to "import" this file using MySQL. I installed MysQL Community Server free download which installs MySQL Command Line Client. Now I don't know how to Import this .bak file and can't read the necessary data that I need. I tried installation of MySQL EE free trial as well but it doesn't give me anything that I can invoke the DB GUI so I can import the .bak file either. I'm frustrated now and can't go anywhere.     I have the following command that I run on cygwin: find /cygdrive/d/tmp/* -maxdepth 0 -mtime -150 -type d | xargs du --max-depth=0 > foldersizesreport.csv I intended to do the following with this command: for each folder under /d/tmp/ that was modified in last 150 days, check its total size including files within it and report it to file foldersizesreport.csv however that is now not good enough for me, as it turns out inside each /d/tmp/subfolder1/somefile.properties /d/tmp/subfolder2/somefile.properties /d/tmp/subfolder3/somefile.properties /d/tmp/subfolder4/somefile.properties so as you see inside each subfolderX there is a file named somefile.properties inside it there is a property SOMEPROPKEY=3808612800100 (among other properties) this is the time in millisecond, i need to change the command so that instead of -mtime -150 it will include in the whole calculation only subfolderX that has a file inside them somefile.properties where the SOMEPROPKEY=3808612800100 is the time in millisecond in future, if the value SOMEPROPKEY=23948948 is in past then dont at all include the folder in the foldersizesreport.csv because its not relevant to me. so the result report should be looking like: /d/tmp/,subfolder1,<itssizein KB> /d/tmp/,subfolder2,<itssizein KB> and if subfolder3 had a SOMEPROPKEY=34243234 (time in ms in past) then it would not be in that csv file. so basically I'm looking for: find /cygdrive/d/tmp/* -maxdepth 0 -mtime -150 -type d | <only subfolders that have in them property in file SOMEPROPKEY=28374874827 - time in ms in future and not in past | xargs du --max-depth=0 > foldersizesreport.csv

Does some notepad-like application exist that open such files and transform them to readable code/data ? Any more information which will clarify about these files will be very helpful.   • Secure Copy File from remote server via scp and os module in Python

    I'm pretty new to Python and programming. I'm trying to copy a file between two computers via a python script. However the code os.system("ssh " + hostname + " scp " + filepath + " " + user + "@" + localhost + ":" cwd) won't work. I think it needs a password, as descriped in How do I copy a file to a remote server in python using scp or ssh?. I didn't get any error logs, the file just won't show in my current working directory. However every other command with os.system("ssh " + hostname + "command") or os.popen("ssh " + hostname + "command") does work. - command = e.g. ls When I try ssh hostname scp file user@local:directory in the commandline it works without entering a password. I tried to combine os.popen commands with getpass and pxssh module to establish a ssh connection to the remote server and use it to send commands directly (I only tested it for an easy command): import pxssh import getpass ssh = pxssh.pxssh() ssh.force_password = True hostname = raw_input("Hostname: ") user = raw_input("Username: ") password = getpass.getpass("Password: ") ssh.login(hostname, user, password) test = os.popen("hostname") print test But I'm not able to put commands through to the remote server (print test shows, that hostname = local and not the remote server), however I'm sure, the conection is established. I thought it would be easier to establish a connection than always use "ssh " + hostname in the bash commands. I also tried some of the workarounds in How do I copy a file to a remote server in python using scp or ssh?, but I must admit due to lack of expirience I didn't get them to work.   • Jquery Ajaxform with input type=file and multifile

    Im using ajax form with multifile. However ajaxform just seems to quietly die and does not do anything if using multifile. Multifile is just a jquery plugin that builds a list of input type=file so that you can upload multiple files at once, before which you can add/delete your file upload list. I've looked at multifile and made one change to ensure that it generated a unique name as well as id which it didn't do before and i've checked the form elements multifile is building which all appear to be correct. From looking at ajaxform, it seems that it shoulld just generate the iframe as normal and post the multiple input type=file but it does nothing. Has anyone else experienced problems with multiple input type=file uploads

  • Paperclip - Validate File Type but not Presence

    I am using paperclip to handle my file uploads, and in one situation I don't want the file to be mandatory. I do however want to make sure it is a specific file type when it is present. I have this: class TestModel < ActiveRecord::Base #stuff has_attached_file :sound #etc... validates_attachment_content_type :sound, :content_type => ['audio/mp3', 'application/x-mp3'] end And when I have no sound file present, it tells me it is not one of the valid content types. I've tried adding '' to the :content_type array, which also doesn't work! I also attempted creating a lambda procedure for the :if property, but I can't get it to run without some kind of error. Anything missing here?

  • Zero KB SQLite File created by Core Data on application start up

    I'm developing an iPhone application using Core Data. I had everything working and had to make an adjustment to the database schema and change the relationships through the xcdatamodel file. I deleted the my project's sqlite file in Library/Application Support/iPhone Simulator/3.1.3//Documents. Build and run the application, it creates the sqlite file, but its empty with a file size of 0 KB. At a minimum the table information should be in there. There are no errors/warning in the console. Anyone have an idea what is wrong?

  • POST data disapearing on large file upload

    I'm having issues with a file uploading utility in my PHP application. When sending large files (9MB+) over the form, I get a very odd behaviour: the POST data I've included in the form dissapears, including the file information. I've already increased all PHP limits I could (time limit, max input time, post max size, memory limit and upload max filesize) and I still can't get the proper behaviour. I've tried replacing the regular HTTP forms with a Flash-based solution (SWFUpload, www.swfupload.org), still the same behaviour. I've tried multiple files of similar sizes and its definitely not a particular file issue. I've debugged the POST vars sent using Firebug, and the correct variables are still there in the header, together with the file. What could be going on here?
