    Hello, I am getting an issue wherein I am using FCKEditor, and once I type in something, in the source of FCKEditor, something like below is getting iserted automatically. <input type="hidden" id="gwProxy" /><!--Session data--><input type="hidden" id="jsProxy" /> <div id="refHTML">&nbsp;</div> Some hidden tag is getting inserted, which isnot getting diplayed here in my question.     I'm playing around with Microsoft's CodeContracts and encountered a problem I was unable to solve. I've got a class with two constructors: public Foo (public float f) { Contracts.Require(f > 0); } public Foo (int i) : this ((float)i) {} The example is simplified. I don't know how to check the second constructor's f for being 0. Is this even possible with Contracts?

What is the best way to do it? var folder = '/project1/src'; var extension = 'html'; var cb = function(err, results) { // results is an array of the files with path relative to the folder console.log(results); } // This function is what I am looking for. It has to recursively traverse all sub folders. findFiles(folder, extension, cb); I think a lot developers should have great and tested solution and it is better to use it than writing one myself.

    Hi! I'm looking for a tool that will tell/resolve for every function all the call paths (call it "routes") to it. For example: void deeper(int *pNumber) { *pNumber++; } void gateA(int *pNumber) { deeper(pNumber); } void gateB(int *pNumber) { gateA(pNumber); } void main() { int x = 123; gateA(&x); gateB(&x); } See? I need a tool that will tell me all the routes to deeper(), and more if possible. By saying "more" I mean that it will tell me if the pointer is the same as been provided to the calling function.   • Porting existing code from C# 2.0 to C#3.0 and .Net 3.5 (possibly .net 4.0)

    Our one and only enterprise application suite has been developed over last 3 years using C# 2.0 on .Net 3.0. We use winforms and WCF heavily. The development tools is VS 2005 Pro / TFS 2005 / Resharper 3.1 As technical lead I obviously understand the benefits in a move to C#3.0 and .Net 3.5. But I want to convince management for a move to C#3.0, .Net 3.5, VS 2008 and TFS 2008. They will obviously be interested in things like productivity, cost, quality etc. Please suggest me some ideas on how best to make my case. Given that this may not happen till mid next year am I better off to hold till VS 2010 and .Net 4.0 is out.

  • unittest in python: ignore an import from the code I want to test

    I have a python program that imports pythoncom (and uses pythoncom.CoCreateInstance from it). I want to create a unittest for the program logic without it importing pythoncom (so I can run the test on Linux as well). What options are there? Can I do it without modifying the system under test? What I found so far: sys.modules["pythoncom"] = "test" import module_that_imports_pythoncom My problem with it is if I have: from pythoncom.something import something I'll get: ImportError: No module named something.something And sys.modules["something.something"] or sys.modules["pythoncom.something.something"] doesn't work. Any ideas?

    Hi, I am writing a C++ number crunching application, where the bottleneck is a function that has to calculate for double: template<class T> inline T sqr(const T& x){return x*x;} and another one that calculates Base dist2(const Point& p) const { return sqr(x-p.x) + sqr(y-p.y) + sqr(z-p.z); } These operations take 80% of the computation time. I wonder if you can suggest approaches to make it faster, even if there is some sort of accuracy loss Thanks

    For J2me It strikes me as odd that you need an extra "api key" and so on. But actually, what I really want is NOT create an extra facebook application that needs to be registered on Facebook. I don't want to create any extra configuration effords necessary for the user of my application to undergo. All my user should need is his well-known login data for facebook. Everything else should be completely transparent to him. So, I thought maybe would u can do the login process, creating a request to the REST server via http. I know this would provide me with an XML. I hope that the this API will somehow automatically transform that XML into an intuitive object model that represents the facebook user data of the respective user. So, I would expect something like userData = new FacebookData(new FacebookConnection("user_name", "password")). Done. If you get, what I mean. No api key. No secret key. Just the well-known login data. Practically, the equivalent to thunderbird webmail, which allows you to access your MSN hotmail account via Thunderbird. Thunderbird webmail will automatically converts the htmls obtained from a hotmail browser login into the data structure usually passed on to a mail client. Hope you get what I mean. I was expecting the equilalent for the your API.

  • Stop Entity Framework from updating edmx model with a column that isn't needed

    I have rowguids in all my tables to help with change tracking in all my tables. I don't want/need these tables in my edmx or my entities. However, I do still need to make changes to other things sometimes so everytime i go to update model from database in the edmx it adds all the rowguids in all my tables everytime and i have to manually delete each one. Is there a way to handle this from happening? Is there a way I can maybe edit the T4 to maybe ignore that 'rowguid' column? Database first Entity framework

I have testing if the page is recognizing the script using the alert function, but the script is not executing.
