    Hi I have a stackpanel that has a dynamic amount of images that are added programatically, Is there a way I can set a hover/click effect programatically on these images. I would like for the image to "glow" when clicked. How do i do that in silverlight? I've noticed the Image.Effect property, but I'm not really sure how to use it.

  • Why do custom styled Google Maps (v3) not support marker animation (pin drop)?

    For example, I cannot combine the concepts of this simple example: link text with the concepts of this example: link text, which uses the styled V3 api. In Chrome I get an error saying that: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'DROP' of undefined And it refers to this line of code: animation: google.maps.Animation.DROP, When I replace the javascript link reference to use the version of the API from the first example, the error goes away, but I lose the custom styling.     I'm having an issue with the treeview control from the silverlight 4 toolkit. I can't get it to view to display my data correctly, the toplevel items are shown but the childnodes are nowhere to be seen. More info: I have a wcf service that delivers a list of Categories with nested subcategories to my viewmodel (I made sure to explicitly include my subcategory data).   • How to stop DataGridView from polluting my Designer file with column controlls?

    I'm sure you know the problem, as soon as a BindingSource is connected to a DataGridView the DataGridView generates columns for each Property found in the Type of the BindingSource's DataSource and adds that crap to the Form.Designer.cs file. We only use run time generated columns, the clutter in the designer file is just waste of code, so how can we stop this "feature" of the DataGridView in WinForms?
