  Hello. I just restarted my Windows 7 PC to find all my pinned shortcuts have disappeared from the start menu and taskbar. I've looked here "C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\User Pinned" And it seems the shortcuts are still there. Is there maybe a service that isn't running, which is causing this problem? Thanks.

  Hello All, I have Fedora Core 10 installed on a PC, occupying the whole disk (no free space). I want to add Ubuntu 10.04 desktop edition. Does Ubuntu 10.04 allow you to resize existing partitions during the installation process in order to free up some space for the Ubuntu installation?   Hello, I have Data protection manager (DPM) 2010. I did a backup of my system which has been saved into different partitions. The computer running DPM crashed and is not allowing me to restore the backup. However, i still have all the backups as partitions.   Hello i guess i did something bad. i'm 150% new to dedicaced servers and i was editing the cfg file of putty. I didn't know how to save the file (:w and :q) so i quit putty. It crashed the file, i opened it again and saved it. but now, putty tells me : Access denied. How to fox that? :O Thanks,

  Hello in which location and file does firefox save, the last windows I had opened (when firefox crashed). I have a complete "hot dump" copy of a file system and need to restore the state firefox was when the system crasehd but I cant not restore the full backupitself. I can only extract the files of firefox, but I do not know in which files i have to search for the urls that were last opened when the snapshop of the whole filesystem was done. thanks!!!
