• why is apache2/mono/mod_mono/www-data eating up all my CPU?

  On windows it eats up nothing. On my VM when i visit a page i see this (using the tops cmd) 8155 www-data 20 0 64368 34m 9.8m S 70.6 3.4 0:20.54 mono and it doesnt stop. After i close my page and do nothing for minutes it continues to eat all of my CPU. Doing anything inside the VM lags. Why?

I've tried searching the Internet for a way to do this, and it looks like this is an easy thing to do on Linux and Mac OS X (one command in the terminal) but I'm not sure how to do it on Windows 7.
