Nokia recently "upgraded" their PC Suite with a music manager that isn't compatible with my phone, and frankly, PC Suite sucks so much that I'd be happy not to use it. Is there any other free software for connecting a PC to a Nokia phone? Specifically, I'm looking for something that I can use to transfer music.

    Oracle set a World Record for the Oracle E-Business Suite Standard Medium multiple-online module benchmark using Oracle's SPARC T4-2 and SPARC T4-4 servers which ran the application and database. Specifically, I like: code obfuscation their usage analytics tamper detection/notification shelf-life enforcement Now, I know that there's lots of alternatives to the first, some of which are free, but are there alternatives to the others? It's not that I don't want to pay the cost of dotfuscator suite, but I want to be informed before I write the cheque.

  • Boost.Test: Looking for a working non-Trivial Test Suite Example / Tutorial

    The Boost.Test documentation and examples don't really seem to contain any non-trivial examples and so far the two tutorials I've found here and here while helpful are both fairly basic. I would like to have a master test suite for the entire project, while maintaining per module suites of unit tests and fixtures that can be run independently. I'll also be using a mock server to test various networking edge cases. I'm on Ubuntu 8.04, but I'll take any example Linux or Windows since I'm writing my own makefiles anyways.

    I am currently learning python in preperation for a class over the summer and have gotten started by implementing different types of heaps and priority based data structures. I began to write a unit test suite for the project but ran into difficulties into creating a generic unit test that only tests the interface and is oblivious of the actual implementation.     Hello, I have a test suite to perform smoke tests. I have all my script stored in various classes but when I try and run the test suite I can't seem to get it working if it is in a class. The code is below: (a class to call the tests) from alltests import SmokeTests class CallTests(SmokeTests): def integration(self): self.suite() if __name__ == '__main__': run = CallTests() run.integration() And the test suite: class SmokeTests(): def suite(self): #Function stores all the modules to be tested modules_to_test = ('external_sanity', 'internal_sanity') alltests = unittest.TestSuite() for module in map(__import__, modules_to_test): alltests.addTest(unittest.findTestCases(module)) return alltests if __name__ == '__main__': unittest.main(defaultTest='suite') So I can see how to call a normal function defined but I'm finding it difficult calling in the suite. In one of the tests the suite is set up like so: class InternalSanityTestSuite(unittest.TestSuite): # Tests to be tested by test suite def makeInternalSanityTestSuite(): suite = unittest.TestSuite() suite.addTest(TestInternalSanity("BasicInternalSanity")) suite.addTest(TestInternalSanity("VerifyInternalSanityTestFail")) return suite def suite(): return unittest.makeSuite(TestInternalSanity) If I have def suite() inside the class SmokeTests the script executes but the tests don't run but if I remove the class the tests run. I run this as a script and call in variables into the tests. I do not want to have to run the tests by os.system('python tests.py'). I was hoping to call the tests through the class I have like any other function. This need's to be called from a class as the script that I'm calling it from is Object Oriented. If anyone can get the code to be run using Call Tests I would appreciate it alot. Thanks for any help in advance.

Other factors: Distributed team (different physical sites) Some Windows Development, some Linux Development Software, Firmware, Technical Writing need to be able to use it Recommendations on a good suite that will work together? If Open Source, best approach to run on the Windows 2008 Server?

  • selenium RC doesnt run the whole test suite

    I'm trying to run an html testSuite with Selenium RC. The browser starts, the first test runs, and it stops. It doesnt continue to the second test case. I named both the test cases with .html extension. IAm using Firefox. If i run them manually , individually from the selenium RC test runner window they run ok. what am i missing, this seems pretty simple but yet iam not able to get this working. Iam using selenium RC 1.0.3 command here java -jar selenium-server.jar -firefoxProfileTemplate"C:\Users\sicky\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\zvt0jj7c.default" -htmlsuite "*firefox" "https://4.17.8.9/" "C:\Users\sicky\Documents\selenium scripts\suite.html" "C:\Users\sicky\Documents\selenium scripts\results.html" What am i missing?   • Most performant ASP.NET web controls suite

    Personally I've been working for years with Telerik's RadControls and DevExpress ASP.NET controls. IMHO they both produce quite a lot HTML overhead on the client side thus for that I've never been highly pleased with them. I also know about Infragistics, ComponentOne, ComponentArt, etc. How are these? I'd assume they are not much different than those I mentioned. Which (commercial) controls suite generates the most compact HTML on the client side? Do you have any recommendations?

  • Specify test method name prefix for test suite in junit 3

    Is it possible to tell JUnit 3 to use additional method name prefix when looking up test method names? The goal is to have additional tests running locally that should not be run on continuous integration server. CI server doesn't use test suites, it look up for all classes which name ends with "Test" and execute all methods that begins with "test". The goal is to be able to locally run not only tests run by integration server, but also tests which method name starts with, for example "nocitest" or something like that. I don't mind having to organize tests into tests suite locally, since CI is just ignoring them.
