Suite applications from Release 11.5.10 to Release 12.1.x.
As you begin your upgrade process, there are a number of
tools available to assist you in a successful upgrade. A successful
upgrade requires careful planning, correct upgrade processing, detailed
testing, and user (re)training prior to upgrade. Over three sessions we
will discuss the tools that you can use to assist in your upgrade tasks.
