  I know this has been asked multiple times before, but I've tried those things and still am not having any luck. For the mechanize gem, I keep getting the "Missing these required gems" error when I run db:migrate on my production server. Here's the full error: Missing these required gems: mechanize You're running: ruby 1.8.6.111 at /usr/bin/ruby1.8 rubygems 1.3.5 at /home/user/.gem/ruby/1.8, /usr/lib/ruby/gems/1.8 Output of which ruby is /usr/bin/ruby Output of which gem is /usr/bin/gem When I run gem list mechanize (1.0.0) is definitely in the list. What am I doing wrong here?

  I've seen other questions about this exception, but all of them seem to be resolved with the solution that a row with the primary key specified already exists. This doesn't seem to be the case for me. I have tried replacing all single quotes in my strings with double quotes, but the same problem occurs.   I am using g++ to compile some code. Error 1: invalid conversion from ‘int’ to ‘std::_Ios_Openmode’ Error 2: initializing argument 2 of ‘std::basic_filebuf<_CharT, _Traits* std::basic_filebuf<_CharT, _Traits::open(const char*, std::_Ios_Openmode) [with _CharT = char, _Traits = std::char_traits]’ As far as I could tell from a Google search, g++ is actually breaking the C++ standard here. Which I find quite astonishing, since they generally conform very strictly to the standard. Is this the case? Or am I doing something wrong. • keep open windows console after a python syntax error

  File associations on my machine (winxp home) are such that a python script is directly opened with the python interpreter. If I double click on a python script a console window runs and every thing is fine - as long as there is no syntax error in the script. In that case the console window opens up for a moment but it is closed immediately. Too fast to read the error message. Of course their would be the possibility to manually open a console window and to execute the script by typing python myscript.py but I am sure that there is a more convenient (i.e. "double click based") solution.

  i have oracle11g desktop. For my project I create 3 databases via configuration assistant tools. Then I delete one of them and after this I have the error: ora-12560. By mistake both of my databases have the same pasword, for example: when i want to connect one of these data bases with system user, i have one pasword and perhaps the databases dont know connect which one. I start all services set oracle_sid=orcl. I run lsnrctl tnsping check tansname.ora & my listener.ora and I logon with sysdba@oracle_sid but i have this error again pleas help me tnx

  When loading up a solution in VS2008 I get this message: An error was encountered while opening associated documents the last time this solution was loaded. Document load is being skipped during this solution load in order to avoid that error. It shut down immediately the first time I opened it. The next time I opened it, VS popped up a message box but did not shut down at first; however, it did shut down when I clicked a usercontrol or ASPX page. How can I find which document is causing the problem? Thanks...

  Hi, I am migrating a website over to a new server, its in ASP and uses several Access databases, the site and CMS can read, display the data, and even edit and update existing data entries, but when I want to add a new entry, I get an error... • Twitter API + OAuth - 401 error developing locally using reverse SSH tunnel

  I'm developing a django application which lets users connect their Twitter account. As I'm developing locally, I have set up a reverse SSH tunnel so that the Twitter API has a valid callback url (myserver.net): ssh -nNTR :6969:localhost:8000 myserver.net On successful authentication, Twitter passes back its OAuth access tokens to myserver.net, which in turn attempts to access Twitter's API, which returns a 401 error. I assume that because the callback is different to the address which is accessing the API (myserver.net / localhost), Twitter denies me access. I have tried this: export http_proxy="http://myserver.net:3128" Where myserver.net:3128 is running a Squid Proxy server to tunnel Twitter's API requests from my development machine so they appear to be coming from myserver, but receive the same 401 error. When I deploy to a server with a proper hostname / static IP address it works fine. What else do I need to do?

  While trying to implement the second answer to a previous question, I am receiving an error. I have implemented the methods just as the post shows, and the first three work properly. The fourth one (HomeController_Delete_Action_Handler_Should_Redirect_If_Model_Successfully_Delete) gives this error: Could not find a parameter named 'controller' in the result's Values collection. My local machine is a running vista home edition and the production environment is windows server 2003. The application is written in asp.net 3.5, wierdly under the asp.net config tab in iis, 3.5 doesn't show up in the drop down list, although that version of the framework is installed. The error is not being thrown in my code, it happens during serialization. I called the method on the proxy, I have checked the arguments and they are OK. I have also logged the SOAP request and response, and they both look OK as well. I am really at a loss here. Any ideas? • Cannot get admob working: configChanges error

  I know there are some topics about it, but the reason I start this one is I appear not to be able to solve it with solutions given. I want to add admob to my project. I downloaded GoogleAdMobAdsSdk-6.2.1 and added it to my project. When I startup it says You must have AdActivity declared in AndroidManifest with configChanges. So solution found, set it to: android:configChanges="keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation|screenLayout|uiMode|screenSize|smallestScreenSize" and <uses-sdk android:minSdkVersion="3" android:targetSdkVersion="15" /> Clean it, try again. But now I get an error saying following although my targetSdkVersion is set to be min 12, I really don't know why I am still getting this error: String types not allowed (at 'configChanges' with value 'keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation| screenLayout|uiMode|screenSize|smallestScreenSize') Any ideas on this? There might be another setting wrong which I looked over?

  Is it possible to debug SharePoint calculated column formulas? I am trying with a really simple SharePoint calculated formula =IF([YTD]<[Budget], "OK", "Not OK"). This being a Danish installations of SharePoint I believe the fomula should look like this: =HVIS([YTD]<=[Budget]; "OK"; "Not OK") But this just leaves with the same syntax error or not supported error. I have tried all combinations of IF/HVIS, with/without the square brackets, comma/semicolon, single quotes/double quotes, but nothing works. The formula =YTD<=Budget works.
