    I've been trying to get the Uploadify flash uploader (www.uploadify.com) to work with Zend Framework, with no success so far. I have placed all Uploadify files under /public/flash-uploader directory. In the controller I include all required files and libraries like this: $this->view->headScript()->appendFile('/js/jquery-1.3.2.min.js'); $this->view->headLink()->appendStylesheet('/flash-uploader/css/default.css'); $this->view->headLink()->appendStylesheet('/flash-uploader/css/uploadify.css'); $this->view->headScript()->appendFile('/flash-uploader/scripts/swfobject.js'); $this->view->headScript()->appendFile('/flash-uploader/scripts/jquery.uploadify.v2.1.0.min.js'); And then I activate the plugin like this (#photo is id of the input file field): $(document).ready(function() { $("#photo").uploadify({ 'uploader' : '/flash-uploader/scripts/uploadify.swf', 'script' : 'my-account/flash-upload', 'cancelImg' : '/flash-uploader/cancel.png', 'folder' : 'uploads/tmp', 'queueID' : 'fileQueue', 'auto' : true, 'multi' : true, 'sizeLimit' : 2097152 }); }); As you can see I am targeting the my-account/flash-upload script as a backend processing (my-account is a controller, flash-upload is an action). I've already been staring into the code for hours and I cannot see any mistake anywhere and I'm starting to be exhausted after going through the same 30 lines of code 30 times in a row.

  • iphone UITextField remembering user's previous input???

    Is there a way to remember what the user put into a UITextField and have it displayed the next time they come to that UITextField? i.e. - have them input their name the first time they come to the "Name" UITextField but have that name already displayed in that field the next time they come across that UITextField? I want the name to still be editable if they come back to the UITextField, but inputted nonetheless in case they don't need to change it the second time around.

When I display these records back from the database and into the web page, what RegExp in PHP can I use to convert these links into HTML-type anchor links? Bonus: For the algorithm to not do this with any other kind of link, just http and https.

For example: I have 3 entries in PLD_SERVERS and 18 entries in PLD_SEARCHES. The output of this query will be 18 but i need it to be 3 (as the number of PLD_SERVERS entries) with the recent date as a join field from PLD_SEARCHES.

  • How can I use django.core.files.File

    The docs for django.core.files.File imply I can do this: print File(open(path)).url but the File object has no attribute 'url' However, django.db.models.fields.files.FieldFile extends File and does have all the attributes described in the docs for File, but I can't create one without giving it a model field. All I want it something that does what the docs for django.core.files.File (link above) say it does, take a python file and give it attributes like 'url' and 'path' and 'name', can anyone help?   • Login box not shown on Ubuntu

    I've installed Ubuntu 10.04 (64bit) as a guest OS in VirtualBox, using Windows7 Professional (64bit) as host. After Ubuntu install, I did installed Xfce4 (sudo apt-get install xfce4). Logged in using a Xfce session, and when I logged out, I couldn't see the login box anymore, only the regular gnome background from login screen. Then I restarted the virtual machine, and now I'm not able to see the login box anymore, only the gnome background. Does someone knows how to solve this? Thanks in advance Update: I've tried to use Xubuntu, that comes with Xfce. And I'm facing the same problem. As a common denominator from the two cases, now I see the problem arises after I've updated the system, and then installed curl (via apt-get), zlib (make process), git (make process). But I'm not sure this can be the cause for this ... Update: I isolated the problem. The bad guy is zlib, but I don't have a clue why. In fact, it does crash not only ubuntu and xubuntu, but also Debian (Yes, I've tested all). I'll keep this question in case someone have the same problem, but I think my initial question is not valid anymore.

    Hi guys, I'm having a problem here.. I am passing this through a custom field: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E6P1Q-UycHA&autoplay=1 (notice the "autoplay=1") But when I load the video on my theme using wp_oembed_get... it displays the video fine, but it does not listen to the "autoplay=1" variable I am passing through.     This is my error I am facing TITLE: Microsoft.SqlServer.Smo Set offline failed for Database 'Go3D_Retailer ------------------------------ ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: An exception occurred while executing a Transact-SQL statement or batch. (Microsoft.SqlServer.ConnectionInfo) Unable to open the physical file "E:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL10.MSSQLSERVER\MSSQL\DATA\ftrow_Go3D_catalog.ndf". Operating system error 2: "2(failed to retrieve text for this error. Reason: 15105)". Database 'Go3D_Retailer' cannot be opened due to inaccessible files or insufficient memory or disk space. See the SQL Server errorlog for details. ALTER DATABASE statement failed. (Microsoft SQL Server, Error: 5120) Background to this error I've been trying to move my destination logshipping database to another physical server for analysis purposes. Because I do not have active directory set up, I had to hack my process by using the same username/password for both the source and destination servers to get the process to work. Following that, I used this guy's solution to move the destination database to another server. However, this error occurs when I try to bring the database back online. I don't have an E drive on my server and I have no idea why it's trying to open a file from E drive. I have over a 100gb left on my hard disk so it's definitely not a space issue. This sounds like a bug... Any ideas? I'm running SQL Server 2008 Enterprise edition on Windows Server 2008 R2 64bit

    With the code below i get a CA2104 (DoNotDeclareReadOnlyMutableReferenceTypes) warning public readonly ReadOnlyCollection<char> IllegalChars; with part of the error message change the field to one that is an immutable reference type. If the reference type 'ReadOnlyCollection' is, in fact, immutable, exclude this message. I am sure ReadOnlyCollection is immutable but my question is is there a type can i use to not have this message appear?

    I have a tab delimited file where each record has a timestamp field in 12-hour format: mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss [AM|PM]. I need to quickly convert these fields to 24-hour time: mm/dd/yyyy HH:mm:ss. What would be the best way to do this? I'm running on a Windows platform, but I have access to sed, awk, perl, python, and tcl in addition to the usual Windows tools.

On the Dynamic Data edit page for Organisation, I need to filter the dropdown for Manager to only show active records. I started out by making a custom version of DynamicData\FieldTemplates\ForeignKey_Edit.ascx and setting a UIHint to the new field template on Organisation.Manager.   • Distributed development staff needing a common IP range

    I work on a development staff that is geographically distributed, mostly all throughout the state of CA, but several key members also must travel frequently. We rely quite heavily on a 3rd party provider API for a great deal of our subsystems (can't get into who it is or what they do). The 3rd party however is quite stringent on network access and have no notion of a development sandbox. Access is restricted to 2, 3 IP numbers and that's about it. Once we account for our production servers, that leaves us with an IP or two to spare for our dev team--which is still problematic as people's home IP changes, people travel, we have more than 2 devs, etc. Wide IP blocks are not permitted by the 3rd party. Nor will they allow dynamic DNS type services. There is no simple console to swap IPs on the fly either (e.g. if a dev's IP at home changes or they are on the road). As none of us are deep network experts, I'm wondering what our viable options are? Are there such things as 3rd party hosts to VPNs? Generally I think of a VPN as a mechanism to gain access to a home office, but the notion would be a 3rd party VPN that we'd all connect to and we'd register this as an IP origin w/ our 3rd party. We've considered using Amazon EC2 to effectively host a dev environment for each dev and using that to connect. Amazon only gives you so many static IPs however (I believe 5?) so this would only be a stop gap solution until our team size out strips our IP count at Amazon. Those were the only viable thoughts that I had, but again, I'm far from a networking guy. Tried searching for similar threads, but I'm not even sure I know the right vernacular to look around for.

  • Redhat 5.5: Multi-thread process only uses 1 CPU of the available 8

    Weird situation: Redhat Enterprise 5.5 (stock install, no updates, x64) on a HP z800 workstation. (Dual Xeon 2,2 Ghz. 8 cores, 16 if you count Hyper-threading. RH sees 16 cores.) We have an application that can utilize 1, 2 or 4 threads for heavy calculations. Somehow all these threads run on the same core at 100% load (the other 15 cores are nearly idle) so there is absolutely no benefit from the extra threads. In fact there is a slight slowdown as the threads get in each others way on the single core. How do I get them to run on separate cores (if possible)? Application is 64 bit. Can't change anything about the software except changing the threads setting. Is there some obscure Linux setting I can try to change? (I'm a True64 and Aix guy. I use Linux, but have no in depth knowledge of the process scheduling on Linux.)
