  I'm looking for just a simple ListBox with build-in Drag & Drop. I think that Silverlite 4 Toolkit has something like that. The BoxList should be able to: reorder by draging & droping items drag item from one BoxList to another display preview (ghost version) of dragged item show drop location (like a line between items where the dragged will be inserted) I hope there is some solution from microsoft (in toolkit for example), but if not I all be happy with any working solution.   I need to print the contents of a datagridview, simple text in rows and columns, with GDI+ in .NET to paper. To do this, I need to iterate over the rows, draw lines, iterate over the columns, calculate width, height, wrap the contents if contents do not fit on one line, etc. This is all possible, but is there a library that simplifies the drawing of tables in GDI+ and abstracts some of the difficulties away?

  I have 3 files. xxx which imports xxx2 and xxx2 imports xxx3 which one raises OppsError exception. xxx3.py: class OppsError(Exception):pass def go(): raise OppsError() xxx2.py: import xxx3 xxx3.go() xxx.py: try: import xxx2 except xxx3.OppsError: print 'ops' When i run xxx.py i get error NameError: name 'xxx3' is not defined. Is importing xxx3 inside xxx only way to catch OppsError?

  I want compress jpeg files using Java. I do it like this: Read the image as BufferedImage Write the image to another file with compression rate. OK, that seems easy, but I find the ICC color profile and the EXIF information are gone in the new file and the DPI of the image is dropped from 240 to 72. It looks different from the origin image. I use a tool like preview in OS X. It can perfectly change the quality of the image without affecting other information. Can I done this in Java? At least keep the ICC color profile and let the image color look the same as the origin photo?

  I have two floats in Python that I'd like to subtract, i.e. v1 = float(value1) v2 = float(value2) diff = v1 - v2 I want "diff" to be computed upto two significant figures, that is compute it using %.2f of v1 and %.2f of v2. How can I do this? I know how to print v1 and v2 up to two decimals, but not how to do arithmetic like that. thanks.

  I have a file in a folder like this: installer-x86_64-XXX.XX-diagnostic.run The XXX.XX is a version number and I need the version number only. How to do it in linux? I have this code: #!/bin/bash current_ver=$(find /mnt/builds/current -name '*.run'|awk -F/ '{print $NF}') So this gives me just the name of the file correctly (minus the location, which I dont want). But how do I only get the XXX.XX version number into a variable such as $version
