• Why is my Zimbra mail going into the spam folder of yahoo, hotmail etc.?

  All mail from my new Zimbra mail server is going into spam and junk folder of Yahoo or Hotmail. Any suggestion to deliver them direct into inbox? Below is the header part of my mail from yahoo...   We are putting out a call for abstracts to present at the Fall 2010 Microsoft ASP.NET Connections conference in Las Vegas, Nov 9-13 2009. The due date for submissions is April 26, 2010. For submitting sessions, please use this URL: http://www.deeptraining.com/devconnections/abstracts Please keep the abstracts under 200 words each and in one paragraph. No bulleted items and line breaks, and please use a spell-checker. Do not email abstracts, you need to use the web-based tool to submit them. • PHP crashing on occasion - APC error?

  Any thoughts on this? We've had this happen twice recently. Basically, every page throws a fatal error, fixed by an apache restart. Here's what's in the log, repeated over and over. • Why did numbered list stop working after I hit Enter?

  I have a numbered list like: 1.0 Excel 2010 1.1 Introduction to Excel 2010 1.1.A. A general overview of Excel 2010, geared towards beginners 1.1.B. There are 3 videos in this series I put the cursor at the end of the last line on 1.1.B and hit Enter. The next line should begin with 1.1.C but nothing appears when the cursor returns to the next line. Another example, if I put the cursor at the end of 1.1.A and hit enter, I should get a new 1.1.B and the original 1.1.B should be renamed to 1.1.C. After hitting enter, a new 1.1.B doesn't appear and the previous 1.1.B drops all the way to the next page. So the next bullet number that should come up doesn't come up. I tried Microsoft Fix It to reset the Registry and that didn't work either. This is very frustrating. Does anybody know how to fix this?

  Hi Blog Readers,Every now and then I seem to have one of those low life Viagra sellers using my domain for spam emailing people.I have done everything I can think of to try and prevent then from doing this, but they seem to keep doing it.   Hi guys, just a quick question, I'm kind of confused. I've had set-up my own certification authority and I can create requests and signed them. But, I'm not sure, what I need to give to Apache, currently I've got: CA Private key CA Certificate Website Private key Website Certificate Website Certificate Request (I think I do not need it, but just to be clear) Until today I was using snakeoil certificate, but I've decided to have more SSL services, than CA looks as good solution, so my Apache was configured well, but now I am not sure what I shall provide to apache in following rules: SSLCertificateKeyFile /path/to/Website Private Key SSLCertificateFile /path/to/CA Certificate But than I got [Mon Dec 27 12:09:33 2010] [warn] RSA server certificate CommonName (CN) `EServer' does NOT match server name!? [Mon Dec 27 12:09:33 2010] [error] Unable to configure RSA server private key [Mon Dec 27 12:09:33 2010] [error] SSL Library Error: 185073780 error:0B080074:x509 certificate routines:X509_check_private_key:key values mismatch Something tells me than the warning is quite weird, because "EServer" is a common name of CA, so I think I shall not use CA Certificate in SSLCertificateFile, shall I? Do I need to create Certificate from Website private key or something else?

  So recently I have had to make the transition from the SharePoint 2007 codebase to SharePoint 2010 codebase. Needless to say there hasn't been much difficulty in the changeover. However in a set of code that I was playing around with and transitioning I did find one change that might cause some pain to others out there that have been programming against the PublishingWeb object in the Microsoft.SharePoint.Publishing namespace. The 2007 snippet of code that work just fine in 2007 looks like: using (SPSite site = new SPSite(url)) using (SPWeb web = site.OpenWeb()) {      PublishingWeb publishingWeb = PublishingWeb.GetPublishingWeb(web);     publishingWeb.ExcludeFromNavigation(true, itemID);     publishingWeb.Update(); } The 2010 update to the code looks like: using (SPSite site = new SPSite(url)) using (SPWeb web = site.OpenWeb()) {     PublishingWeb publishingWeb = PublishingWeb.GetPublishingWeb(web);     publishingWeb.Navigation.ExcludeFromNavigation(true, itemID); //--Had to reference the Navigation object.     publishingWeb.Update(); } The purpose of the code is to keep a page from showing up on the global or current navigation when it is added to the pages library. However you see that the update to the 2010 codebase actually makes more "object" sense. It specifies that you are technically affecting the Navigation of the Publishing Web, instead of the Publishing Web itself. There are some tricks and some configuration modifications you must do to get things work. Fortunately these steps are simple one. 1. Move your application to IIS or IIS Express If your application uses development web server that ships with Visual Studio then make your application use IIS or IIS Express. • Small change in MVVM Light Toolkit templates for Blend 4 RC

  Ah, the joy of new releases… You will find that the MVVM Light Toolkit works fine with Visual Studio 2010 RTM and Blend 4 RC except for a few adjustments: Blend templates The path to the Expression Blend 4 project templates changed. If you start Expression Blend 4 RC now, you will likely not see the MVVM Light templates in the New Project dialog.   New Project dialog with MVVM Light To restore the templates, follow the steps: Open Windows Explorer Navigate to C:\Users\[username]\Documents\Expression (or simply type My Documents in Windows Explorer and then open the Expression folder). Change the name of the “Blend 4 beta” folder into “Blend 4”. That’s it, you should now see the templates in the New Project dialog in Blend 4. Note that since the new name is “Blend 4”, I hope that I won’t need to do the same exercise when Blend 4 RTM is released! Windows Phone 7 templates Since the Windows Phone 7 tools are not ready yet for Visual Studio 2010 RTM and Blend 4 RC, the templates in the Silverlight for Windows Phone folders will not work. You will get an error if you try to create a new such project in the newly released environment. I hesitated to remove these templates from the current packages, but honestly that is a lot of trouble for a very short time before the tools for Windows Phone 7 are released (note: I don’t have any information as to when these tools will be released). In the mean time, just don’t create a WinPhone7 application. Reminder: If you want to write code for Windows Phone 7, you need to keep the Visual Studio 2010 RC as well as Expression Blend 4 beta. • Multiple instances of Intellitrace.exe process

  Not so long ago I was confronted with a very bizarre problem… I was using visual studio 2010 and whenever I opened up the Test Impact view I would suddenly see my pc perf go down drastically…  Investigating this problem, I found out that hundreds of “Intellitrace.exe” processes had been started on my system and I could not close them as they would re-start as soon as I would close one.  That was very weird.  So I knew it had something to do with the Test Impact but how can this feature and Intellitrace.exe going crazy be related?  After a bit of thinking I remembered that a teammate (Etienne Tremblay, ALM MVP) had told me once that he had seen this issue before just after installing a MOCKING FRAMEWORK that uses the .NET Profiler API…  Apparently there’s a conflict between the test impact features of Visual Studio and some mocking products using the .NET profiler API…  Maybe because VS 2010 also uses this feature for Test Impact purposes, I don’t know… Anyways, here’s the fix…  Go to your VS 2010 and click the “Test” menu.  Then go to the “Edit Test Settings” and choose EACH test setting file applying the following actions (normally 2 files being “Local” and TraceAndTestImpact”: -          Select the Data And Diagnostic option on the left -          Make sure that the ASP.NET Client Proxy for Intellitrace and Test Impact option is NOT SELECTED -          Make sure that the Test Impact option is NOT SELECTED -          Save and close   Edit Test Settings   Problem solved…  For me having to choose between the “Test Impact” features and the “Mocking Framework” was a no brainer, bye bye test impact…  I did not investigate much on this subject but I feel there might be a way to have them both working by enabling one after the other in a precise sequence…  Feel free to leave a comment if you know how to make them both work at the same time!   Hope this helps someone out there !

  We've been experiencing some problems with our Subversion server after upgrading to Ubuntu 10.04. When trying to access a repository, regardless of client (I've tried git-svn and svn on Windows as well as svn on Ubuntu 10.04, from different computers and network locations), I get a 400 bad request. • Anyone had any issues getting a disk to start on a Walrus storage sytem?

  Hi folks, I'm trying to get a Eucalyptus system up and running and have managed to get the cloud controller and node controller running fine, with an instance running in the cloud system, but without any persistent storage. When I try and create a volume I get euca-create-volume -s 10 -z cluster1 VOLUME vol-5F5D0659 10 creating 2010-05-31T09:10:11.408Z but when I try and see the volume I get euca-describe-volumes VOLUME vol-5F5D0659 10 cluster1 failed 2010-05-31T09:10:11.408Z VOLUME vol-5FE9065E 10 cluster1 failed 2010-05-31T09:02:56.721Z I've dug all over the place, but can't seem to turn up a reason the creation would fail or where to start looking to see what the issue might be. Anyone have any ideas where to even start looking for the answer to this? Ta Peter.

The checksums.md5 has a bunch of checksums and filenames: ;Created by program ;2010 f12f75c1f2d1a658dc32ca6ef9ef3ffc *My Windows & Files (2010)\[bak]\testing.wmv 53445e1a0821b790872e60bd7a166887 *My Windows Files' 2 (2012)\[bak]\testing.wmv 53445e1a0821b790872e60bd7a166887 *My Windows Files ˜nicóde (2012)\[bak]\testing.wmv ;Finished I want to use this checksums.md5 to verify the files that I've copied to my machine: but I'm on a Linux, so I need to convert the names inside checksums.md5 from Windows to Linux to use the md5sum utility from the shell. The first line in my example would become: f12f75c1f2d1a658dc32ca6ef9ef3ffc My\ Windows\ \&\ Files\ \(2010\)/\[bak\]/testing.wmv Is there some application for this (converting a file listing, from windows cmd notation, to linux shell notation) or will I need to create a bash script using sed that just "replaces" what is "wrong" with the filenames?

• command prompt DIR with wildcard returns unexpected results

  I am running 2003 server (latest service pack). When i type this on the command line: dir 2010* or dir 2010*.* i receive this as the result: 02/01/2011 02:34 PM 2,460 2011-02-01-14-34-23-807.mdn 02/02/2011 08:59 AM 3,757 2011-02-02-08-59-32-604.req 02/01/2011 09:16 AM 235 2011-02-01-09-16-35-104.dat 02/02/2011 05:06 PM 460 2011-02-02-17-06-05-166.log 02/01/2011 03:31 PM 66,570 2011-02-01-15-31-27-838.dat 02/01/2011 03:16 PM 145 2011-02-01-15-16-51-135.log 02/01/2011 08:52 PM 1,608,916 2011-02-01-20-52-57-416.req 7 File(s) 1,682,543 bytes 0 Dir(s) 42,891,452,416 bytes free can anyone tell me why? i was expecting to see a list of only files that begin with "2010". there are no such files in the directory, so i wasn't expecting to see anything. i must either misunderstand how DIR handles wildcards or i'm doing something stupid.
