  I am setting up an Android environment for the first time on Eclipse. I have many years of Eclipse experience, but new to Android. This is being done on an Apple Mac Mini, running MacOSX 10.6.3. I am using the latest Eclipse Classic, version 3.5.2. I am trying to get the tiny hello world program running. • Authlogic OpenID: Fetching E-Mail from Provider.

  This is a really weird problem: I have set up the authlogic_openid_selector_example app. When i register, the email id is not returned by the openid provider the first time. But if i delete the account and register again, the email id is returned. But this doesn't seem to be happening in the example hosted here: http://big-glow-mama.heroku.com/. How do i fix this problem? Has this got to do with caching? I have hosted my version of the app here: http://pingauthtest.heroku.com/ I guess the author of authlogic_openid_selector_example app (@holden) has forgotten to commit new changes. :) I looked at my development log and the first time the provider doesn't return the openid.ext1.value.ext0 which contains the email id. This is returned the second time only after having deleted the account first. Assuming that apache is serving two different sites (domain1.com and domain2.com), is it possible for apache to use unix user www-data1 when handling requests to domain1.com, and use unix user www-data2 when handling requests to domain2.com? The motivation is to isolate the code for each domain name from one another.

  My site is i18n based on the following structure: mydomain.com/en mydomain.com/en/product/blue-widgets mydomain.com/fr mydomain.com/fr/product/blue-widgets The site is internationalised not localised, therefore i don't want to GEO target specific locals just target "french" or "english" speaking users. When submitting a sitemap to the search engines should i send one sitemap with links to all the different language versions or have one separate sitemap for each language. Is that even possible?

  Is it possible to have a separate php.ini file that overrides the default php.ini file for each virtual host? I'm running Apache/2.2.14, PHP 5.3.2-1. For example I have several vhosts pointing to domains in my /var/www/ directory: /var/www/website1.com /var/www/website2.com What I'd like is to be able to place a custom php.ini file in each directory that would override the default values only for that vhost, but keep the original defaults if the value isn't specified: /var/www/website1.com/htdocs/ /var/www/website1.com/php.ini

Ive head this is possible by "getting the uri and splitting it into parts" and then just add a rewrite rule for index.php but how? could someone give an example or link a tutorial

  I'm trying to write a script in Greasemonkey that will replace a link's target with something else, but with my limited Javascript knowledge I don't really know how to do this. Basically I'm trying to find all links containing a certain string of characters (ex: //a[contains(@href, 'xx')] ), and either replace them with another link, or append something to them (replacing 'abc123.com' with 'zyx987.com' or 'abc123.com' with 'abc123.com/folder'). If you could point me on the right path I'd greatly appreciate it.

• MultiActionController no longer receiving requests?

  I was attempting to make changes to my controller, and all of a sudden, I no longer seem to receive any requests (404 when attempting to hit the servlet mapped URLs). I'm sure I've broken my web.xml or app-servlet.xml, but I just don't see where. I can access index.jsp from tomcat (http://IP/app/index.jsp), but I can't get my servlet mapping to work correctly. • ASP.NET - Trailing Slash and Tilde

  I've found what seems like a bizarre problem with IIS 6.0 and .NET 3.5. I always use the tilde for all URLs (eg: ~/mypage.aspx) so if I go to mydomain.com/mypage.aspx, everything works fine. If, however, I add a trailing slash and go to mydomain.com/mypage.aspx/, all links on the page which use the tilde get rendered as mydomain.com/mypage.aspx/otherpage.aspx instead of mydomain.com/otherpage.aspx. This happens with all controls. Has anyone had this issue before?

  Hi there. I am working on a project that i host on my server. My server is mydomain.com and i want my project to run in mydomain.com/project. I wish to put an htaccess file in the project subfolder, so that in every file of the project, / will point to mydomain.com/project instead of mydomain.com So / will be mydomain/project, /lib/img will be mydomain/project/lib/img, etc. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

  I'm googling a lot and found several workarounds, but you have to deinfe every single directory. On Apache: example.com/hi - example.com/hi/ On nginx: example.com/hi - Firefox can't establish a connection to the server at example.com:8888 where 8888 is what Apache is listening on (nginx's :80 - localhost:8888) Any ideas how to fix this and have it just forward normally like folder?
