    I am using CCNET on a sample project with SVN as my source control. CCNET is configured to create a build on every check in. CCNET uses MSBuild to build the source code. I would like to use the latest revision number to generate AssemblyInfo.cs while compiling. How can I retrieve the latest revision from subversion and use the value in CCNET? Edit: I'm not using NAnt - only MSBuild.

  • Autoinstall of Microsoft Security Essentials give random error message

    I'm using wpkg to auto install Microsoft security essentials on WinXP. At the first login after the installer finishes I get an error message as msseces.exe starts. After a reboot the message goes away. The error message indicates a random access restriction. "An error has occured in the program. Try to open it again. If this problem continues, you'll need to reinstall Microsoft Security Essentials from the Microsoft Download Center. Error code: 0x80070005" Firstly: Does anyone know why I get this error message? Second: How do I debug this kind of problems? The event log doesn't seem to contain anything useful. Is there a tool to detect and list denied system calls?

I am woking on an Android application and I was wondering if there is a good way to take a route that I have created using Google Maps (snapping to roads) and use the API display this route on an Android application? Is there an option every image_tag, javascript_include_tag and stylesheet_link_tag would automatically add a prefix to that static domain?   • Difference between jruby AOT classes with --java flag and without

    When I compile a ruby file to a java class using jrubyc, I get different output when compiling with just jrubyc and with jrubyc --java (to generate the java file) and just javac. Why? Example: First Method: $ jrubyc --java myscript.rb $ javac -cp .:./jruby-complete.jar myscript.java Second Method: $ jrubyc myscript.rb I'd expect the generated classes to be exactly the same, but they're not. What's jrubyc doing under the covers? Thanks!

  • Multiple Memcached server /etc/init.d startup script that works ?

    I install memcached server via source and can get standard start up script installed for 1 memcached server instance, but trying several scripts via google, can't find one that works to manager auto start up on boot for multiple memcached server instances.   • How do you composite an image onto another image with PIL in Python?

    I need to take an image and place it onto a new, generated white background in order for it to be converted into a downloadable desktop wallpaper. So the process would go: 1) Generate new, all white image with 1440x900 dimensions 2) Place existing image on top, centered 3) Save as single image In PIL, I see the ImageDraw object, but nothing indicates it can draw existing image data onto another image. Suggestions or links anyone can recommend?

  • Why screen freezes in Windows 7 and Vista?

    On Windows 7 and Vista I use auto-hide task bar and turn off graphic card after 1-2 minutes. When I want to use my desktop again screen freezes sometimes for 10 seconds. What I do does not effect anything immediately but cursor moves. For example if I click Firefox bookmark it opens when screen unfreezes. This happens at any of my computers and about a month after new installation. I don't think that problem is related with the drivers.

    I have a IHttpHandler that acts as a source to a jQuery Autocomplete input field. In the constructor of the handler I generate an index that remains fairly static between request (needs to be rebuilt maybe once a day). How can I cache the the index between calls? Debugging indicates that the constructor is called for each request. I've set IsReusable to "false".

  • Binding a property to change the listbox items foreground individually for each item

    I'm trying to change the foreground color of the items in the ListBox individually for each item, I've already posted a similar question but this one is more concrete. I hoped that the state of the color is reserved for each item added to the ListBox, so I tried to create a property (in this case "HotkeysForeground"), bind it and change the color when the items are added in the "HotkeyManager_NewHotkey" event, the problem it's changing the foreground color for all the items in the ListBox. How can I do that per item ?   • Control truetype font tracking in fontforge

    Hello. I'm designing a font intended to be used mainly as a subtitle font. It's a sans-serif font not unlike Helvetica. The em size is 2000 (I know it "should" be 2048 for a truetype font), the ascent/descent are 1600/400. Most glyphs don't go higher than 1450 though, with the exception of accented Latin characters. There lies the issue: when my font includes accented Latin characters, the tracking (line -of-text intradistance, but correct me if I got the term "tracking" wrong) skyrockets. I can't seem to find a way to control that. As my intended design goes, I don't mind if I have a descender (e.g. "g") above and an accented capital Latin letter below and they almost touch. It's something that does not happen very often, anyway. How can I control tracking? It seems it's auto-calculated.

  • Can I force NFS automounts to use NFSv3?

    I have a linux server that is exporting NFSv4 as well as NFSv3. I have a Fedora14 client that is defaulting to NFSv4 when automounting NFS shares off of the linux server, and it seems to be causing some problems. All my other linux clients on the network are mounting via NFSv3 without issue, so is there a way I can tell automount to mount the share via v3? I am pulling my automount maps via LDAP, with an entry in my /etc/auto.master file like so: +auto_master, so I assume it's a bit different than listing options with a regular automount map? (.i.e. /home --nfsvers=3 fileserver:/DATA)
