• Some problem running NUnit

  I have NUnit installed at this directory. C:\Program Files\NUnit 2.5.5\bin\net-2.0 When I try to run my unit test (mut.dll) in some random directory. I get the following error. I have to copy the mut.dll under the NUnit directory in order to run it. ProcessModel: Default DomainUsage: Single Execution Runtime: net-2.0 Could not load file or assembly 'nunit.framework, Version=2.5.5.10112, Culture=n eutral, PublicKeyToken=96d09a1eb7f44a77' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified. What's wrong? Is there anything that I have to configure to run NUNit under any directory?

• Oracle Data Pump import to a sql file error :ORA-31655 no data or metadata objects

  Hello, I'm using Data Pump to export/import data, one requirement is to import data to a sql file. The OS is window. I made the follow export : expdp system/password directory=dpump_dir dumpfile=tablesdump.dmp content=DATA_ONLY tables=user.tablename and it works, I can see the file TABLESDUMP.DMP in the directory path. then when I tried to import it to a sql file: impdp system/password directory=dpump_dir dumpfile=tablesdump.dmp sqlfile=tables_export.sql the log show : ..... ORA-31655 no data or metadata objects selected for job ..... and the sql file is created empty in the directory path. I'm not DBA, I'm a Java developer , Can you help me? Thks

  I am trying to run a plugin designed for Vuze using Java. • How to use routing in a ASP MVC website to localize in two languages - But keeping exiting URLs

  We have a couple ASP MVC websites just using the standard VS templates default settings - Working as wanted. But now I want to localize these website ( They are now in Dutch and I will add the English language ) I would like to use routing and not Resource because: 1. Languages will differ in content, numbers of pages, etc. 2. The content is mostly text. I would like the URLs to look some thing like this - www.domain.com/en/Home/Index, www.domain.nl/nl/Home/Index. But the last one should also work with - www.domain.nl/Home/Index - Witch is the exciting URLs. I have implemented Phil Haacks areas ViewEngine from this blogpost - http://haacked.com/archive/2008/11/04/areas-in-aspnetmvc.aspx. But only putting the English website in the areas and keeping the Dutch in old structure. Witch are served as Phils default fallback. But the problem is here that I have to duplicate my controllers for both language's. So I tried the work method described in this tread - http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1712167/asp-net-mvc-localization-route. It works OK with the ?en? and /nl/ but not with the old URLs.   I have the code: import os import sys fileList = os.listdir(sys.argv[1]) for file in fileList: if os.path.isfile(file): print "File >> " + os.path.abspath(file) else: print "Dir >> " + os.path.abspath(file) Located in my music folder ("/home/tom/Music") When I call it with: python test.py "/tmp" I expected it to list my "/tmp" files and folders with the full path. But it printed lines like: Dir >> /home/tom/Music/seahorse-gw2jNn Dir >> /home/tom/Music/FlashXX9kV847 Dir >> /home/tom/Music/pulse-DcIEoxW5h2gz This is, the correct file names, but the wrong path (and this files are not either in my Music folder).. What's wrong with this code?

• Remove Activity as Default Launcher

If I select make this my default and chose my activity, I am stuck In my activity as desired. The problem is, when I leave the activity, I try to remove my activity from the default launcher, but am unsuccessful. I have tried: ComponentName componentName = new ComponentName( "com.example.exampleactivity", "com.example.exampleactivity.class"); pm.setComponentEnabledSetting(componentName, PackageManager.COMPONENT_ENABLED_STATE_DEFAULT, PackageManager.DONT_KILL_APP); And: PackageManager pm = getActivity().getPackageManager(); ComponentName name = new ComponentName(this, "com.example.exampleactivity.class"); pm.setComponentEnabledSetting(name, PackageManager.COMPONENT_ENABLED_STATE_DISABLED, 0); But my designation for the home is never removed. Does anyone have a working way to fix the above? I only wan't the home button to be default for a specific activity, not my entire application. When I leave the activity, it should be removed and restored to default.

• How many repositories should I use to maintain my scripts under version control?

  I mainly code small programs for myself, but recently, I've been starting to code for my peers on my team. To that end, I've started using a Mercurial repository to maintain my code in some form of version control (specifically, Tortoise-Hg on Windows). I have many small scripts, each in their own directory, all under one repository. However, while reading Joel's Hg Tutorial, I tried cloning a directory for one of my bigger scripts to create a "stable" version and found I couldn't do it because the directory wasn't itself a repository. So, I assume (and please correct me if I'm mistaken) that in order to use cloning properly, I'd have to create a repository for each script/directory. But.. would that be a "good idea" or a future maintenance nightmare waiting to happen? Succinctly, do I keep all my (unrelated) scripts in one repository, or should I create a repository for each? Or some unknown third option?

  Run a recursive listing of all the files in /var/log and redirect standard output to a file called lsout.txt in your home directory. Complete this question WITHOUT leaving your home directory. An: ls -R /var/log/ /home/bqiu/lsout.txt I reckon the above bash command is not correct. This is what I've got so far: $ ls -1R .: cal.sh cokemachine.sh dir sort test.sh ./dir: afile.txt file subdir ./dir/subdir: $ ls -R | sed s/^.*://g cal.sh cokemachine.sh dir sort test.sh afile.txt file subdir But this still leaves all directory/sub-directory names (dir and subdir), plus a couple of empty newlines How could I get the correct result without using Perl or awk? Preferably using only basic bash commands(this is just because Perl and awk is out of assessment scope)

  Is there a way in Java to construct a File instance on a resource retrieved from a jar through the classloader? My application uses some files from the jar (default) or from a filesystem directory specified at runtime (user input). I'm looking for a consistent way of a) loading these files as a stream b) listing the files in the user-defined directory or the directory in the jar respectively Edit: Apparently, the ideal approach would be to stay away from java.io.File altogether. Is there a way to load a directory from the classpath and list its contents (files/entities contained in it)?

• GoDaddy Subdomain Hosting Issue/Question with Disk Access (C#/ASP.NET 3.5)

  This isn't a very complicated scenario really, but as I start to type out the problem I'm realizing how convoluted it can become textually. Let me try and be very clear: First, the set up... I have a C#/ASP.NET web application that is publicly facing on my main domain (www), let's call it www.mysite.com. Nothing fancy, just a front-end that connects to SQL to display records. Then, I have a second C#/ASP.NET web application that is secured using forms authentication running on a subdomain, let's call it admin.mysite.com. This is a very light-weight CMS system to administer the public site. Now, the problem... Both of these sites run fine for basic tasks, however, my problem arises when I try to gain access to the file system for uploading. GoDaddy requires subdomains to run as a virtual directories under the main application in IIS (so the subdomains actually resolve/re-direct to www.mysite.com/admin when you type in admin.mysite.com), but because of this I am unable to write to my website root from the subfolder. Let me explain a little more... The CMS system (running as a virtual directory) gives the admin the ability to upload photos for display on the main site, the target folder of which is www.mysite.com/images - when attempting disk access from the root app, I am able to write to the virtual directory, but cannot do the opposite -- that is, write to the root from the virtual directory, getting security violations. If I can only upload to the /admin/ virtual directory, the entire point is moot because it's a secured folder that the public can't see! The only solution I can think of is to upload the files to the /admin/ virtual directory, then call a URL in the root that moves files from /admin/ back to the root, but that is entirely ghetto. I hope this post makes sense. Anyone else experience anything like this? The bottom line is that it seems virtual directories ONLY have access to themselves, and not their parent directories, no matter what credentials are used. Thanks!

I added some php code to my HEADER.html (which is in the root directory / ), I am trying to add to htaccess: AddType application/x-httpd-php .html .php .htm This not working, I think because the HEADER.html is in the root. If I try add the AddType... to the /.htaccess (and not to the /stackoverflow/.htaccess) it is overwriting my /stackoverflow/.htaccess rules. Why? How I can add AddType rule to my /stackoverflow/.htaccess to Apache parse html file as php file?

  I am using jquery ui tabs, which requires the tabs to be <li> elements, by default at least. But Zend Soap Client tries to directly connect it.   I have a PHP-based web app that I'm trying to apply Apache's mod_rewrite to. Original URLs are of the form: http://example.com/index.php?page=home&x=5 And I'd like to transform these into: http://example.com/home?x=5 Note that while rewriting the page name, I'm also effectively "moving" the question mark. When I try to do this, Apache happily performs this translation: RewriteRule ^/([a-z]+)\?(.+)$ /index.php?page=$1&$2 [NC,L] But it messes up the $_GET variables in PHP. For example, a call to http://example.com/home?x=88 yields only one $_GET variable (page => home). Where did x => 88 go? However, when I change my rule to use an ampersand rather than a question mark: RewriteRule ^/([a-z]+)&(.+)$ /index.php?page=$1&$2 [NC,L] a call like http://example.com/home&x=88 will work just as I'd expect it to (i.e. both the page and x $_GET variables are set appropriately). The difference is minimal I know, but I'd like my URL variables to "start" with a question mark, if it's possible. I'm sure this reflects my own misunderstanding of how mod_rewrite redirects interact with PHP, but it seems like I should be able to do this (one way or another). Thanks in advance! Cheers, -Chris

• Ubuntu 12.04 OpenCL with Intel and Radeon?

  I want to setup my Ubuntu 12.04 with OpenCL(Open Computing Language) support for i7 2600k and Radeon HD5870. My Monitor is connected to the integrated Graphics of the i7. Intel OpenCL SDK is installed and working. Iteration of avaliable OpenCL devices shows 2 entries for Intel. As recommended I installed AMD APP SDK 2.6 first and then the fglrx driver. I installed fglrx from Ubuntu repositories. This works fine till here. When I run aticonfig --inital -f and restart the system I get into trouble. • django powering multiple shops from one code base on a single domain

  Hey, I am new to django and python and am trying to figure out how to modify an existing app to run multiple shops through a single domain. Django's sites middleware seems inappropriate in this particular case because it manages different domains, not sites run through the same domain, e.g. : domain.com/uk domain.com/us domain.com/es etc. Each site will need translated content - and minor template changes. The solution needs to be flexible enough to allow for easy modification of templates. The forms will also need to vary a bit, e.g minor variances in fields and validation for each country specific shop. I am thinking along the lines of the following as a solution and would love some feedback from experienced django-ers: In short: same codebase, but separate country specific urls files, separate templates and separate database Create a middleware class that does IP localisation, determines the country based on the URL and creates a database connection, e.g. /au/ will point to the au specific database and so on. in root urls.py have routes that point to a separate country specific routing file, e..g (r'^au/',include('urls_au')), (r'^es/',include('urls_es')), use a single template directory but in that directory have a localised directory structure, e.g. /base.html and /uk/base.html and write a custom template loader that looks for local templates first. (or have a separate directory for each shop and set the template directory path in middleware) use the django internationalisation to manage translation strings throughout slight variances in forms and models (e.g. ZA has an ID field, France has 'door code' and 'floor' etc.) I am unsure how to handle these variations but I suspect the tables will contain all fields but allowing nulls and the model will have all fields but allowing nulls. The forms will to be modified slightly for each shop. Anyway, I am keen to get feedback on the best way to go about achieving this multi site solution. It seems like it would work, but feels a bit "hackish" and I wonder if there's a more elegant way of getting this solution to work. Thanks, imanc

  Okay, I have decided the only way I can do what I want to do with WiX (thanks to an old installer I didn't write that I now have to upgrade) is with some CUSTOM ACTIONS. Basically, I need to back up a file before the RemoveExistingProducts and restore that file again after RemoveExistingProducts. I think this is what's called a "type 2 custom action." The sequencing I think I understand, however, what I don't understand is first of all how I pass data to my C# action (the directory the file is in from the WiX) and how to reference my C# (DTF?) action with the Binary and CustomAction tags. Also, does all this need to be in a tag? All the examples show it that way.
