  • Is there a Moria like theme for Visual Studio 2010?

    Is there some cool Moria like theme for Visual Studio 2010? Mine is highlighting gray font with gray background! I just can't configure it on Tools-Options-Environment-Fonts and Colors menu. Visual Studio doesn't seem to show an item for this "highlighting keyword/tag system". You select a variable on variable called myVar, and it highlights all with the same name but with a grayer color and gray background. I just can't read it and can't set it.

    I have so many problems with using crystal reports over the internet. I admit that the web viewer looks good and the reports you can produce with it are really good but... I have issues with diffrent versions on diffrent servers The development tools are worse than access I dont understand it.     Hi I'm out of setting up an TFS server and I want to set some check-in rules. I for example want to be able to set rules about method lenght, complexity and so on, I found NDepend very convenient can I somehow use NDepend to run some rules on the files trying to check in. I also want to be able to bypass the rules sometimes. Are there any blogs or discussions around this, if it wont work with NDepend are there any other tools or ways I can use?

  • Oracle: Is there a way to get the column data types for a view?

    For a table in oracle, I can query "all_tab_columns" and get table column information, like the data type, precision, whether or not the column is nullable. In SQL Developer or TOAD, you can click on a view in the GUI and it will spit out a list of the columns that the view returns and the same set of data (data type, precision, nullable, etc). So my question is, is there a way to query this column definition for a view, the way you can for a table? How do the GUI tools do it?

In CVS, for exmple the characters // $id$ Will Automaticly expand to // $id: ClassName.java, v 1.1 2004/02/05 00:36:42 ismene Exp $ So now I would like to do something similar with VSS for our SQL scripts I have been googling around for the answer but can't find it. Is this possible? can someone maybe point me in the right direction?

Normally this is a good thing of course, but for this particular case - that's just a waste of space. What are options to intentionally mess around with hg repository history and weed it out?

    Hi all, I have an method in the tableview controller class. It consists few of the UIColor and UIFont class names. I am unit testing that metohd. But when i build that test target i am getting this error: "/Developer/Tools/RunPlatformUnitTests.include:451:0 Test rig '/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/SDKs/iPhoneSimulator3.0.sdk/Developer/usr/bin/otest' exited abnormally with code 133 (it may have crashed)." Any idea about this? Thanks in advance.

  • Problems Installing Eclipse and Ruby Plugin

    I installed Eclipse on my Ubuntu machine and then the Ruby Development Tools (RDT), but it would crash when I try to alter certain features, like having line numbers, how far back to have history, and the code coloring scheme didn't work fully. I decided to try to uninstall Eclipse by doing sudo aptitude remove Eclipse and then sudo aptitude install eclipse but instead it installed it back with the broken Ruby plugin. I also tried aptitude purge but that didn't help either. How can I freshly reinstall Eclipse and get a properly working Ruby plugin?
