The div.miniTabs and div.switchers are the divs that includes the tabs links (tabs headers) and I putted them in the snippet to change the default selected tab class from .selected to .active and .activePanel Now, what I would love to add is a nice fadeIn and fadeOut effects to the content of my tabs while browsing through them.     Hi, My friend's account for some Facebook game was suspended on the grounds that he had Greasemonkey installed on his browser. He is asked to uninstall Greasemonkey and account has been restored. My question is how can a web server detect a client side plugin presence? I assume that Greasemonkey or greasemonkey scripts operate on the client side only so it would not be possible for the server to detect it. Thanks.

    I'm trying to Display individual elements of an Object I have created. It is a simple Java program that allows users to add and keep track of Player Details. In this posting I will show you solution to this problem. I don’t want to go to deep in details about this problem. I think it’s enough for this posting to mention that this problem is related to one small conflict between .NET web service support and Axis. Of course, Jira team is trying to solve it but until this problem is solved you can use solution provided here. There is good solution to this problem given by Jira forum user Kostadin. Solution is simple – you have to use SOAP extension class to replace new class names with old ones that .NET found from WSDL.   • C# Assembly.GetTypes() - ReflectionTypeLoadException

    We implement a plugin framework for our application and load plugin assemblies using Assembly.Loadfrom. We then use GetTypes() and further examine the types with each plugin file for supported Interfaces. A path for the plugins is provided by the user and we cycle through each of the files in the folder to see if it (the plugin) supports our plugin interface. If it does, we create an instance, if not we move onto the next file. We build two versions of software from the one code base (appA_1 and appA_2). Loading the plugins works well when the plugins are loaded by the application that was built at the same time as the plugin file. However if we build appA_2 and point to the plugin folder of appA_1, we get an exception when GetTypes() is called. A basic version of our code is; var pluginAssembly = Assembly.LoadFrom(FileName); foreach (var pluginType in pluginAssembly.GetTypes()) { We get a "ReflectionTypeLoadException" exception. This is concerning because we want our application to be able to load the types of any plugin, built by anyone. Is there something we are missing?

  • Remoting server forcibly closing client connections in the middle of remote calls

    Hello everyone. I have a system consisting of a server accepting remoting calls from clients with TCP as the underlying transportlayer. It normally works like a charm, but if I increase the no. of clients, the server starts at random to close the TCP connections in the middle of the calls. Not all calls are interrupted this way. That is really unexpected behaviour...   • Null Reference getting REMOTE_ADDR

    I have an ASMX web service running under IIS7 in classic mode. This service has the following code: try { env.ExternalIP = HttpContext.Current.Request.ServerVariables["REMOTE_ADDR"]; } catch (Exception ex) { LogWriter.WriteError(ex); env.ExternalIP="000.000.000.000"; } This results in the following stack trace. I only modified the names of usercode call stack here to protect the innocent: Message: An Exception of type: NullReferenceException occured in method: GetAdditionalServerVar ExceptionMsg: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. ===Stack Trace=== at System.Web.Hosting.ISAPIWorkerRequestInProc.GetAdditionalServerVar(Int32 index) at System.Web.Hosting.ISAPIWorkerRequestInProc.GetServerVariable(String name) at System.Web.HttpRequest.AddServerVariableToCollection(String name) at System.Web.HttpRequest.FillInServerVariablesCollection() at System.Web.HttpServerVarsCollection.Populate() at System.Web.HttpServerVarsCollection.Get(String name) at System.Collections.Specialized.NameValueCollection.get_Item(String name) at MyService.MyMethod() I'm at a loss here as this is very basic plain vanilla code. I suppose it's time to burn up one of our support tickets with Microsoft.
