  • Problems with transitionWithView and animateWithDuration

    I have problems with transitionWithView and animateWithDuration. One of my animateWithDuration blocks doesn't transition, it is a sudden change, and transitionWithView does not temporarily disable user interaction. I have checked the docs and believe I am doing everything correctly, but obviously something is wrong. Here are the two blocks of code: This is in my main View Controller ViewController which has three container views/child view controllers. This block moves one of the container views, but does not block the user from other interactions in ViewController while the transition is occurring. Edit What I am trying to accomplish is moving a container view in ViewController and set the text and image properties of a label, text view, and image view; all of which are in the main view. The details of these properties are sent via the child view controller. The transitionWithView is in a method called toggleFlavoredOiveOilsTableView which is called in didSelectRowAtIndexPath. I think the problem is that I am trying to call two different animation/transition blocks at the same time.

  • DDR3 10600 memory running at 533mhz

    I bought a second hand hp dl160 g6 a year ago with 48GB configured in it. I discovered checking with cpu-z and doublechecked with speccy the memory runs at only 533Mhz. I checked the configuration with the HP memory configurator and the banks are populated correctly for max performance. There are 12 banks populated with micron and hynix memory of 4gb, all capable of running 1333mhz. What could me wrong here? My problem is that bindings are not working inside the DataGrid, and I have no clue of why this isn't working.   • GridView with horizontal scroll

    I currently have a GridView scrolling vertically, and everything works fine. But now that I want to change my layout and have the gridview grow on its width instead of height as it grows bigger I am lost. I have tried to simply change the column width each time an item is added to the gridview. But no vertical scroll appears, even though the items are added correctly. Is there a neat way to fix this, or must I make my own gridview? :( Cheers,

    Calling setFocus(null) on the ItemizedOverlay does not 'unfocus' current marker. According to the documentation: ... If the Item is not found, this is a no-op. You can also pass null to remove focus. But even after calling mapView.invalidate() the marker is still drawn in 'selected'(focused) state.

I have written a stored procedure & application code that takes first name & last name as input parameter and return last login id as ouput parameter.   • Using JQuery to open a popup window and print

    Hello, A while back I created a lightbox plugin using jQuery that would load a url specified in a link into a lightbox. The code is really simple: $('.readmore').each(function(i){ $(this).popup(); }); and the link would look like this: <a class='readmore' href='view-details.php?Id=11'>TJ Kirchner</a> The plugin could also accept arguments for width, height, a different url, and more data to pass through. The problem I'm facing right now is printing the lightbox. I set it up so that the lightbox has a print button at the top of the box. That link would open up a new window and print that window. This is all being controlled by the lightbox plugin. Here's what that code looks like: $('.printBtn').bind('click',function() { var url = options.url + ( ( options.url.indexOf('?') < 0 && options.data != "" ) ? '?' : '&' ) + options.data; var thePopup = window.open( url, "Member Listing", "menubar=0,location=0,height=700,width=700" ); thePopup.print(); }); The problem is the script doesn't seem to be waiting until the window loads. It wants to print the moment the window appears. As a result, if I click "cancel" to the print dialog box, it'll popup again and again until the window loads. The first time I tried printing I got a blank page. That might be because the window didn't finish load. I need to find a way to alter the previous code block to wait until the window loads and then print. I feel like there should be an easy way to do this, but I haven't found it yet. Either that, or I need to find a better way to open a popup window and print from the lightbox script in the parent window, without alternating the webpage code in the popup window.

    I have discovered a strange bug with my WPF application and I am trying to determine whether it is a problem with WPF or my graphics driver so that I can report it to the appropriate company. I have a Quadro FX 1700 with the latest drivers (197.54) on a Windows XP system, running a .NET 3.5 SP1 application. I have dual monitors, and when I maximize then minimize a child window of the main window on my primary monitor, the child window gets drawn on the secondary monitor as well. It appears in both places. I made a sample application (code is below) which induces this behavior. Start the application and ensure the main window is on your primary monitor. Double-click the main window. A green child window should appear. Click the green child window to maximize. Click the green child window to minimize. Can anyone else reproduce this problem? On my system the green child restores, but then it's drawn on both my primary and secondary monitors, rather than just the primary monitor. I would like to allow user to resize form in all directions except vertically.Moreover I would like to allow vertically resize in upward direction, but not downward. I have tried to use maximumsize by setting it to: Me.maximumsize = new size(0,me.height) I set width to 0 because I want to allow user to change form width. Unfortunately it doesn't work. Any ideas?
