  • Format date in String Template email

    - by Gearóid
    I'm creating an email using String Template but when I print out a date, it prints out the full date (eg. Wed Apr 28 10:51:37 BST 2010). I'd like to print it out in the format dd/mm/yyyy but don't know how to format this in the .st file. I can't modify the date individually (using java's simpleDateFormatter) because I iterate over a collection of objects with dates. Is there a way to format the date in the .st email template?

  • How do I classify using SVM Classifier?

    - by Gomathi
    I'm doing a project in liver tumor classification. Actually I initially used Region Growing method for liver segmentation and from that I segmented tumor using FCM. I,then, obtained the texture features using Gray Level Co-occurence Matrix. My output for that was stats = autoc: [1.857855266614132e+000 1.857955341199538e+000] contr: [5.103143332457753e-002 5.030548650257343e-002] corrm: [9.512661919561399e-001 9.519459060378332e-001] corrp: [9.512661919561385e-001 9.519459060378338e-001] cprom: [7.885631654779597e+001 7.905268525471267e+001] Now how should I give this as an input to the SVM program. function [itr] = multisvm( T,C,tst ) %MULTISVM(2.0) classifies the class of given training vector according to the % given group and gives us result that which class it belongs. % We have also to input the testing matrix %Inputs: T=Training Matrix, C=Group, tst=Testing matrix %Outputs: itr=Resultant class(Group,USE ROW VECTOR MATRIX) to which tst set belongs %----------------------------------------------------------------------% % IMPORTANT: DON'T USE THIS PROGRAM FOR CLASS LESS THAN 3, % % OTHERWISE USE svmtrain,svmclassify DIRECTLY or % % add an else condition also for that case in this program. % % Modify required data to use Kernel Functions and Plot also% %----------------------------------------------------------------------% % Date:11-08-2011(DD-MM-YYYY) % % This function for multiclass Support Vector Machine is written by % ANAND MISHRA (Machine Vision Lab. • Matlab cell length

    - by AP
    Ok I seem to have got the most of the problem solved, I just need an expert eye to pick my error as I am stuck. I have a file of length [125 X 27] and I want to convert it to a file of length [144 x 27]. Now, I want to replace the missing files (time stamps) rows of zeros. (ideally its a 10 min daily average thus should have file length of 144) Here is the code I am using: fid = fopen('test.csv', 'rt'); data = textscan(fid, ['%s' repmat('%f',1,27)], 'HeaderLines', 1, 'Delimiter', ','); fclose(fid); %//Make time a datenum of the first column time = datenum(data{1} , 'mm/dd/yyyy HH:MM') %//Find the difference in minutes from each row timeDiff = round(diff(datenum(time)*(24*60))) %//the rest of the data data = cell2mat(data(2:28)); newdata=zeros(144,27); for n=1:length(timeDiff) if timeDiff(n)==10 newdata(n,:)=data(n,:); newdata(n+1,:)=data(n+1,:); else p=timeDiff(n)/10 n=n+p; end end Can somebody please help me to find the error inside my for loop. My output file seems to miss few timestamped values. %*********************************************************************************************************** Can somebody help me to figure out the uiget to read the above file?? i am replacing fid = fopen('test.csv', 'rt'); data = textscan(fid, ['%s' repmat('%f',1,27)], 'HeaderLines', 1, 'Delimiter', ','); fclose(fid); With [c,pathc]=uigetfile({'*.txt'},'Select the file','C:\data'); file=[pathc c]; file= textscan(c, ['%s' repmat('%f',1,27)], 'HeaderLines', 1, 'Delimiter', ','); And its not working % NEW ADDITION to old question p = 1; %index into destination for n = 1:length(timeDiff) % if timeDiff(n) == 10 % newfile(p,:) = file(n,:); % newfile(p+1,:)=file(n+1,:); % p = p + 1; % else % p = p + (timeDiff(n)/10); % end q=cumsum(timeDiff(n)/10); if q==1 newfile(p,:)=file(n,:); p=p+1; else p = p + (timeDiff(n)/10); end end xlswrite('testnewws11.xls',newfile); even with the cumsum command this code fails when my file has 1,2 time stamps in middle of long missing ones example 8/16/2009 0:00 5.34 8/16/2009 0:10 3.23 8/16/2009 0:20 2.23 8/16/2009 0:30 1.23 8/16/2009 0:50 70 8/16/2009 2:00 5.23 8/16/2009 2:20 544 8/16/2009 2:30 42.23 8/16/2009 3:00 71.23 8/16/2009 3:10 3.23 My output looks like 5.34 3.23 2.23 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 5.23 544. 42.23 0 0 0 3.23 Any ideas?

  • How do you create a MANIFEST.MF that's available when you're testing and running from a jar in produ

    - by warvair
    I've spent far too much time trying to figure this out. This should be the simplest thing and everyone who distributes Java applications in jars must have to deal with it. I just want to know the proper way to add versioning to my Java app so that I can access the version information when I'm testing, e.g. debugging in Eclipse and running from a jar. Here's what I have in my build.xml: <target name="jar" depends = "compile"> <property name="version.num" value="1.0.0"/> <buildnumber file="build.num"/> <tstamp> <format property="TODAY" pattern="yyyy-MM-dd HH:mm:ss" /> </tstamp> <manifest file="${build}/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF"> <attribute name="Built-By" value="${user.name}" /> <attribute name="Built-Date" value="${TODAY}" /> <attribute name="Implementation-Title" value="MyApp" /> <attribute name="Implementation-Vendor" value="MyCompany" /> <attribute name="Implementation-Version" value="${version.num}-b${build.number}"/> </manifest> <jar destfile="${build}/myapp.jar" basedir="${build}" excludes="*.jar" /> </target> This creates /META-INF/MANIFEST.MF and I can read the values when I'm debugging in Eclipse thusly: public MyClass() { try { InputStream stream = getClass().getResourceAsStream("/META-INF/MANIFEST.MF"); Manifest manifest = new Manifest(stream); Attributes attributes = manifest.getMainAttributes(); String implementationTitle = attributes.getValue("Implementation-Title"); String implementationVersion = attributes.getValue("Implementation-Version"); String builtDate = attributes.getValue("Built-Date"); String builtBy = attributes.getValue("Built-By"); } catch (IOException e) { logger.error("Couldn't read manifest."); } } But, when I create the jar file, it loads the manifest of another jar (presumably the first jar loaded by the application - in my case, activation.jar). Also, the following code doesn't work either although all the proper values are in the manifest file. Package thisPackage = getClass().getPackage(); String implementationVersion = thisPackage.getImplementationVersion(); Any ideas?

I have measures over many days starting at the same time every day.The datas are minute by minute so basically the seconds are always = 0. I want to select only the measures for the first 5 minutes of each day. I would have used the where statement but the condition would only be on the minutes and note the date is there a way to do this? Thanks

    - by Adrian
    I have problem with if condition. I write a script who should showing alert when value from field #customer-age is less than 21 (the calculated age of person). The problem is - the alert is showing every time - when the value is less and greater than 21. My html code is: <div class="type-text"> <label for="birthday">Date1:</label> <input type="text" size="20" id="birthday" name="birthday" value="" readonly="readonly" /> </div> <div class="type-text"> <span id="customer-age" readonly="readonly"></span> </div> <span id="date_from_start">23/11/2012</span> and script looks like: function getAge() { var sday = $('#date_from_start').html(); var split_date1 = sday.split("/"); var todayDate = new Date(split_date1[2],split_date1[1] - 1,split_date1[0]); var bday = $('#birthday').val(); var split_date2 = bday.split("/"); var birthDate = new Date(split_date2[2],split_date2[1] - 1,split_date2[0]); var age = todayDate.getFullYear() - birthDate.getFullYear(); var m = todayDate.getMonth() - birthDate.getMonth(); if (m < 0 || (m === 0 && todayDate.getDate() < birthDate.getDate())) { age--; } return age; } var startDate = new Date("1935,01,01"); $('#birthday').datepicker({ dateFormat: 'dd/mm/yy', dayNamesMin: ['Nie', 'Pon', 'Wt', 'Sr', 'Czw', 'Pt', 'Sob'], dayNames: ['Niedziela','Poniedzialek','Wtorek','Sroda','Czwartek','Piatek','Sobota'], monthNamesShort: ['Sty', 'Lut', 'Mar', 'Kwi', 'Maj', 'Cze', 'Lip', 'Sie', 'Wrz', 'Paz', 'Lis', 'Gru'], changeMonth: true, changeYear: true, numberOfMonths: 1, constrainInput: true, firstDay: 1, dateFormat: 'dd/mm/yy', yearRange: '-77:-18', defaultDate: startDate, onSelect: function(dateText, inst) { $('#customer-age').html(getAge(new Date(dateText))); var cage = $('#customer-age').val(); if (cage < 21) { alert('< 21 year'); } else { } }, maxDate: +0 }); The workin code you can check on http://jsfiddle.net/amarcinkowski/DmYBt/

  • Joda Time cannot subtract one hour

    - by Leoa
    In my android program, I have a spinner that allows the user to select different times. Each selection is processed with Joda time to subtract the minutes. It works fine for minutes 0 to 59 and 61 and greater. However, when 60 minutes is subtracted, the time is not updated, and the original time is shown. How do I get Joda time to subtract 60 minutes? Spinner: public class MyOnItemSelectedListener implements OnItemSelectedListener { public void onItemSelected(AdapterView<?> parent, View view, int pos, long id1) { String mins = parent.getItemAtPosition(pos).toString(); int intmins=0; // process user's selection of alert time if(mins.equals("5 minutes")){intmins = 5;} if(mins.equals("10 minutes")){intmins = 10;} if(mins.equals("20 minutes")){intmins = 20;} if(mins.equals("30 minutes")){intmins = 30;} if(mins.equals("40 minutes")){intmins = 40;} if(mins.equals("50 minutes")){intmins = 50;} if(mins.equals("60 minutes")){intmins = 60;} if(mins.equals("120 minutes")){intmins = 120;} String stringMinutes=""+intmins; setAlarm(intmins, stringMinutes); } else { } public void onNothingSelected(AdapterView parent) { mLocationDisplay.setText(" " + location); } } public void setAlarm(int intmins, String mins) { // based alarm time on start time of event. • CTE Join query issues

    - by Lee_McIntosh
    Hi everyone, this problem has me head going round in circles at the moment and i wondering if anyone could give any pointers as to where im going wrong. Im trying to produce a SPROC that produces a dataset to be called by SSRS for graphs spanning the last 6 months. The data for example purposes uses three tables (theres more but the it wont change the issue at hand) and are as follows: tbl_ReportList: Report Site ---------------- North abc North def East bbb East ccc East ddd South poa South pob South poc South pod West xyz tbl_TicketsRaisedThisMonth: Date Site Type NoOfTickets --------------------------------------------------------- 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 abc Support 101 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 abc Complaint 21 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 def Support 6 ... 2010-12-01 00:00:00.000 abc Support 93 2010-12-01 00:00:00.000 xyz Support 5 tbl_FeedBackRequests: Date Site NoOfFeedBackR ---------------------------------------------------------------- 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 abc 101 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 def 11 ... 2010-12-01 00:00:00.000 abc 63 2010-12-01 00:00:00.000 xyz 4 I'm using CTE's to simplify the code, which is as follows: DECLARE @ReportName VarChar(200) SET @ReportName = 'North'; WITH TicketsRaisedThisMonth AS ( SELECT [Date], Site, SUM(NoOfTickets) AS NoOfTickets FROM tbl_TicketsRaisedThisMonth WHERE [Date] >= DATEADD(mm, DATEDIFF(m,0,GETDATE())-6,0) GROUP BY [Date], Site ), FeedBackRequests AS ( SELECT [Date], Site, SUM(NoOfFeedBackR) AS NoOfFeedBackR FROM tbl_FeedBackRequests WHERE [Date] >= DATEADD(mm, DATEDIFF(m,0,GETDATE())-6,0) GROUP BY [Date], Site ), SELECT trtm.[Date] SUM(trtm.NoOfTickets) AS NoOfTickets, SUM(fbr.NoOfFeedBackR) AS NoOfFeedBackR, FROM Reports rpts LEFT OUTER JOIN TotalIncidentsDuringMonth trtm ON rpts.Site = trtm.Site LEFT OUTER JOIN LoggedComplaints fbr ON rpts.Site = fbr.Site WHERE rpts.report = @ReportName GROUP BY trtm.[Date] And the output when the sproc is pass a parameter such as 'North' to be as follows: Date NoOfTickets NoOfFeedBackR ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2010-07-01 00:00:00.000 128 112 2010-08-01 00:00:00.000 <data for that month> <data for that month> 2010-09-01 00:00:00.000 <data for that month> <data for that month> 2010-10-01 00:00:00.000 <data for that month> <data for that month> 2010-11-01 00:00:00.000 <data for that month> <data for that month> 2010-12-01 00:00:00.000 122 63 The issue I'm having is that when i execute the query I'm given a repeated list of values of each month, such as 128 will repeat 6 times then another value for the next months value repeated 6 times, etc. argh!
