  I am trying to create an array or list that could handle in theory, given adequate hardware and such, as many as 100^100 BigInteger entries. The problem with using an array or standard list is that they can only hold Integer.MAX_VALUE number of entries. How would you work around this limitations? A whole new class/interface? A wrapper for list? another data type entirely?

  I'm using PayPal Website Payments Standard. Whenever the user lands on PayPal with the variables I sent, it shows a PayPal Login form and at the bottom it shows "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account (where available)." I want it to default to always ask for credit card and maybe say "Have PayPal? Use that!". Any ideas?

  In programming, when we say "the 7th Least Significant Bit", do we have a standard of whether it is bit 7 or bit 6 (if we start from bit 0). Because if we say "the 2nd Least Significant Bit", it sounds like it is bit 1 (counting from bit 0 again), so if 2nd means bit 1, then 7th means bit 6, not bit 7.

Or, to be more precise, the lists of mandatory aggregates for SQL 1992, 1998, 2003, 2008 and 2011 - with 2011 being the most important to me. I set IndexField to NOT_ANALYZED_NO_NORMS and Field.Store.YES When I look at my index in LUKE, the fields are as I expected, a value such as: 'SKU Number', yet when I search for 'SKU' or 'SKU*' nothing comes up.
