  • C# : Regular Expression

    - by Pramodh
    I'm having a set of row data as follows List<String> l_lstRowData = new List<string> { "Data 1 32:01805043*0FFFFFFF", "Data 3, 20.0e-3", "Data 2, 1.0e-3 172:?:CRC" , "Data 6" }; and two List namely "KeyList" and "ValueList" like List<string> KeyList = new List<string>(); List<string> ValueList = new List<string>(); I need to fill the two List<String> from the data from l_lstRowData using Pattern Matching And here is my Pattern for this String l_strPattern = @"(?<KEY>(Data|data|DATA)\s[0-9]*[,]?[ ][0-9e.-]*)[ \t\r\n]*(?<Value>[0-9A-Za-z:?*!. \t\r\n\-]*)"; Regex CompiledPattern=new Regex(l_strPattern,RegexOptions.IgnoreCase | RegexOptions.IgnorePatternWhitespace); So finally the two Lists will contain KeyList { "Data 1" } { "Data 3, 20.0e-3" } { "Data 2, 1.0e-3" } { "Data 6" } ValueList { "32:01805043*0FFFFFFF" } { "" } { "172:?:CRC" } { "" } Scenerio: The Group KEY in the Pattern Should match "The data followed by an integer value , and the if there exist a comma(,) then the next string i.e a double value The Group Value in the Pattern should match string after the whitespace.In the first string it should match 32:01805043*0FFFFFFF but in the 3rd 172:?:CRC. Here is my sample code for (int i = 0; i < l_lstRowData.Count; i++) { MatchCollection M = CompiledPattern.Matches(l_lstRowData[i], 0); KeyList.Add(M[0].Groups["KEY"].Value); ValueList.Add(M[0].Groups["Value"].Value); } But my Pattern is not working in this situation. Please help me to rewrite my Pattern.

  • Getting information from servlet created html

    - by user541597
    I have a servlet that creates an html text box and then redirects to another servlet on submit. How can I access the value of the html text box from the new servlet? I am able to access servlet variables from the new servlet but I am not aware of how to access the value of the html generated code. thanks, Here is the servlet that gets the text input public class ServletB extends HttpServlet { public void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws IOException, ServletException { response.setContentType("text/html"); String value = System.getProperty("card"); PrintWriter out = response.getWriter(); out.println("<center><h1>Your preffered method of payment is "+value+"</h1><br />"); out.println("Please Enter Card Number<input type =\"text\" name = \"number\"/><form action=\"http://codd.cs.gsu.edu:9999/cpereyra183/servlet/ServletC\"><input type =\"submit\" value=\"Continue\" /><input type=\"button\" value=\"Cancel\" /></center>"); } }} This is the servlet the first servlet redirects to all I do is try to do is output the text input public class ServletC extends HttpServlet { public void doGet(HttpServletRequest request, HttpServletResponse response) throws IOException, ServletException { response.setContentType("text/html"); String value = System.getProperty("card"); PrintWriter out = response.getWriter(); out.println(request.getParameter("number")); } }

  • C macro issue: redefinition of functions / structure

    - by Andrei Ciobanu
    Given the following code (it's a macro that generates code for a list data structure, based on the contained type). list.h #ifndef _LIST_H #define _LIST_H #ifdef __cplusplus extern "C" { #endif #define LIST_TEMPLATE_INIT(type) \ typedef struct __list_s_##type { \ struct __list_s_##type *next; \ type value; \ } __list_##type; \ \ __list_##type * __list_##type##_malloc(type value){ \ __list_##type * list = NULL; \ list = malloc(sizeof(*list)); \ list->value = value; \ return list; \ }\ \ void __list_##type##_free(__list_##type *list){\ __list_##type * back = list;\ while(list=list->next){\ free(back);\ back = list;\ }\ } #define LIST_TYPE(type) __list_##type #define LIST_MALLOC(type,value) __list_##type##_malloc(value) #define LIST_FREE(type,list) __list_##type##_free(list) #define LIST_DATA(list) (list->value) #ifdef __cplusplus } #endif #endif /* _LIST_H */ And here is how the above code works: #include <stdio.h> #include <stdlib.h> #include "list.h" /* * */ LIST_TEMPLATE_INIT(int) int main(int argc, char** argv) { LIST_TYPE(int)* list = NULL; list = LIST_MALLOC(int, 5); printf("%d",LIST_DATA(list)); LIST_FREE(int,list); return (0); } My question, is it possible to somehow be able to call : LIST_TEMPLATE_INIT(int), as many times as I want, in a decentralized fashion ? The current issue with this right now is that calling LIST_TEMPLATE_INIT(int) in another file raise compilation errors (because of function redefinition): Example of error: error: redefinition of ‘struct __list_s_int’

  • Operator overloading in generic struct: can I create overloads for specific kinds(?) of generic?

    - by Carson Myers
    I'm defining physical units in C#, using generic structs, and it was going okay until I got the error: One of the parameters of a binary operator must be the containing type when trying to overload the mathematical operators so that they convert between different units. So, I have something like this: public interface ScalarUnit { } public class Duration : ScalarUnit { } public struct Scalar<T> where T : ScalarUnit { public readonly double Value; public Scalar(double Value) { this.Value = Value; } public static implicit operator double(Scalar<T> Value) { return Value.Value; } } public interface VectorUnit { } public class Displacement : VectorUnit { } public class Velocity : VectorUnit { } public struct Vector<T> where T : VectorUnit { #... public static Vector<Velocity> operator /(Vector<Displacement> v1, Scalar<Duration> v2) { return new Vector<Velocity>(v1.Magnitude / v2, v1.Direction); } } There aren't any errors for the + and - operators, where I'm just working on a Vector<T>, but when I substitute a unit for T, suddenly it doesn't like it. Is there a way to make this work? I figured it would work, since Displacement implements the VectorUnit interface, and I have where T : VectorUnit in the struct header. Am I at least on the right track here? I'm new to C# so I have difficulty understanding what's going on sometimes.

  • C++ Problem: Class Promotion using derived class

    - by Michael Fitzpatrick
    I have a class for Float32 that is derived from Float32_base class Float32_base { public: // Constructors Float32_base(float x) : value(x) {}; Float32_base(void) : value(0) {}; operator float32(void) {return value;}; Float32_base operator =(float x) {value = x; return *this;}; Float32_base operator +(float x) const { return value + x;}; protected: float value; } class Float32 : public Float32_base { public: float Tad() { return value + .01; } } int main() { Float32 x, y, z; x = 1; y = 2; // WILL NOT COMPILE! z = (x + y).Tad(); // COMPILES OK z = ((Float32)(x + y)).Tad(); } The issue is that the + operator returns a Float32_base and Tad() is not in that class. But 'x' and 'y' are Float32's. Is there a way that I can get the code in the first line to compile without having to resort to a typecast like I did on the next line?

  • How do I show the selected item in an HTML <select> at the top

    - by Michael Meadows
    I have an HTML select that looks something like this (values are fake) <select size="40"> <option value="1">What would you do if I sang out of tune,</option> <option value="2">Would you stand up and walk out on me?</option> ... more <option value="156">Lend me your ears, and I'll sing you a song,</option> <option selected="selected" value="157">I will try not to sing out of key.</option> <option value="158">Oh, I get by with a little help from my friends.</option> ... more <option value="507">I get high with a little help from my friends.</option> <option value="509">Gonna' try with a little from my friends.</option> </select> The problem that I have is that when displaying the list after loading the page and the selected option is in the middle of the very long list, IE scrolls the selected option to the top of the list (which is what I want). Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Safari show it at the bottom (which I don't want). I have to assume that IE is doing it wrong since everyone else shows it at the bottom. How can I force the browsers to display the selected item at the top of the list. I do not want to put it at the top of the list, I just want it to scroll such that the selected option is at the top. bonus, it would be even better if I can put it fourth from the top, but I can live without that if it's too difficult.

I tried this stored procedure by entering the same values I captured from debugging. It was successful. What can be the possible error? Thanks a lot!

  • Send form with jQuery using keypress()

    - by kexxcream
    What I have so far: I have a form in PHP that contain the following: <input type="submit" id="0" name="0" value="This button"> <input type="submit" id="1" name="1" value="This button"> <input type="hidden" id="response" name="response" value="150"> The problem: I would like to send the response value together with either name=1 or name=0, depending on which button the user submit. However, this should be done using the keyboard letters A and S. If a user press the letter A then the value 0 should be submitted, and if S is pressed then the value 1 should be sent. The jQuery code: $(document).ready(function() { // listens for any navigation keypress activity $(document).keypress(function(e) { switch(e.which) { // user presses the "a" case 97: submitViaKeypress("0"); break; // user presses the "s" key case 115: submitViaKeypress("1"); break; } }); }); // shows a given element and hides all others function submitViaKeypress(element_id) { var response = $('#response').attr('value'); $.ajax({ type: "POST", url: "initiate.php", data: "response=" + response + "&" + element_id + "=" + element_id }); } Goal: That "initiate.php receive two POST variables (response and either 0 or 1).

    - by Josh K
    I have this simple Select box that is suppose to store the selected value in a hidden input, which can then be used for POST (I am doing it this way to use data from disabled drop down menus) <body> <?php $Z = $_POST[hdn]; ?> <form id="form1" name="form1" method="post" action="test.php"> <select name="whatever" id="whatever" onchange="document.getElementById('hdn').value = this.value"> <option value="1">1Value</option> <option value="2">2Value</option> <option value="3">3Value</option> <option value="4">4Value</option> </select> <input type="hidden" name ='hdn' id="hdn" /> <input type="submit" id='submit' /> <?php echo "<p>".$Z."</p>"; ?> </form> </body> The echo call works for the last 3 options (2,3,4) but if I select the first one it doesnt output anything, and even if i change first one it still doesnt output anything. Can someone explain to me whats going on, I think it might be a syntax issue.

  • manipulating radio box selection with javascript

    - by Crays
    Hi guys, i'm trying to do a poll but i designed it without any radio box in it. So i decided to make the selection being highlighted with a different background color, all is done with jquery. I set the display of the radio box to none so that it wouldn't show, gave each a unique ID. Here's the script. <form action="v_poll.php" method="post"> <ul class="voting"> <li class="voting votetext"><input type="radio" name="voting" value="a1" style="display:none;" id="a1"><a onClick="vote('a1')"Answer 1</a></li> <li class="voting votetext"><input type="radio" name="voting" value="a2" style="display:none;" id="a2"><a onClick="vote('a2')">Answer 2</a></li> <li class="voting votetext"><input type="radio" name="voting" value="a3" style="display:none;" id="a3"><a onClick="vote('a3')">Answer 3</a></li> <input type="hidden" value="1" name="id" /> <input type="submit" value="submit"> </ul> </form> <script type="text/javascript"> function vote(TheValue) { GetElementById(TheValue).checked=true; } </script> But when i checked the value of the radio box with $_POST['voting'], it is blank. Not the value assigned to the radio box. Anything i'm doing wrong? Please help. Thanks.

  • php Getting the 'new' values in an array

    - by Mark
    Trying to learn about php's arrays today. I have a set of arrays like this: $a = array ( 0 => array ( 'value' => 'America', ), 1 => array ( 'value' => 'England', ), 2 => array ( 'value' => 'Australia', ), ) $b = array ( 0 => array ( 'value' => 'America', ), 1 => array ( 'value' => 'England', ), 2 => array ( 'value' => 'Canada', ), ) I need to get the 'new' subarrays that array b brings to the table. ie, I need to return array ( 'value' => 'Canada', ) I thought I could first merge $a+$b and then compare the result to $a. $merge = array_merge($a,$b); $result = array_diff($merge,$a); But somehow that does not work. It returns array() How come? And thanks!

  • QMetaMethods for regular methods missing?

    - by oleks
    Hi, I'm new in QT, and I'm just testing out the MOC. For a given class: class Counter : public QObject { Q_OBJECT int m_value; public: Counter() {m_value = 0;} ~Counter() {} int value() {return m_value;} public slots: void setValue(int value); signals: void valueChanged(int newValue); }; I want to get a list of all methods in a class, but seem to only be getting a list of signals and slots, although the documentation says it should be all methods? Here's my code: #include <QCoreApplication> #include <QObject> #include <QMetaMethod> #include <iostream> using std::cout; using std::endl; int main(int argc, char *argv[]) { QCoreApplication app(argc, argv); const QMetaObject cntmo = Counter::staticMetaObject; for(int i = 0; i != cntmo.methodCount(); ++i) { QMetaMethod qmm(cntmo.method(i)); cout << qmm.signature() << endl; } return app.exec(); } Please beware this is my best c/p, perhaps I forgot to include some headers. My output: destroyed(QObject*) destroyed() deleteLater() _q_reregisterTimers(void*) valueChanged(int) setValue(int) Does anyone know why this is happening? Does qt not recognise int value() {return m_value;} as a valid method? If so, is there a macro I've forgotten or something like that? P.S. I'm using 4.6.2 UPDATE I forgot the implementation of the setValue method, not that it makes too much a difference to my actual question. void Counter::setValue(int value) { if(value != m_value) { m_value = value; emit valueChanged(value); } }

  • Intermittent Internet Explorer Error whilst using Javascript to traverse XML Nodes

    - by Sykth
    Hi there all, Basically I use a javascript SOAP plugin to send and receive XML from a web service. Recently I've been experiencing intermittment (1 in every 20-30 times) errors in IE when trying to access data in the XML file. Bear with me on this, I'm going to try and go into a fair amount of detail to help anyone who is willing to read this: I have a html file, with an external javascript file attached. In the javascript file I include 5 global variables: var soapRes; var questionXML; var xRoot; var assessnode; var edStage = 0; Once the html file is at a readystate I request the XML file from the web service like this: function initNextStage(strA) { // Set pl Parameters here var pl = new SOAPClientParameters(); // soap call var r = SOAPClient.invoke(url, "LoadAssessment", pl, true, initStage_callBack); } function initStage_callBack(r, soapResponse) { soapRes = soapResponse; initvalues(); function initvalues(){ xRoot = soapRes.documentElement; assessnode = xRoot.getElementsByTagName("ed")[0]; questionXML = assessnode.getElementsByTagName("question")[edStage]; } } Once this is completed the XML should be loaded into memory via the global variable soapRes. I then save values to the XML before moving one node down the XML tree, and pulling the next set of values out of it. function submitAns1() { var objAns; var corElem; var corElemTxt; questionXML = assessnode.getElementsByTagName("question")[edStage]; objAns = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[0].getAttribute("answer"); corElem = soapRes.createElement("correct"); corElemTxt = soapRes.createTextNode("value"); questionXML.appendChild(corElem); corElem.appendChild(corElemTxt); if(objAns == "t") { corElemTxt.nodeValue = "true"; } else { corElemTxt.nodeValue = "false"; } edStage++; questionXML = assessnode.getElementsByTagName("question")[edStage]; var inc1 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("sentence")[0]; var inc2 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("sentence")[1]; var edopt1 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[0]; var edopt2 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[1]; var edopt3 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[2]; var edopt4 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[3]; var edopt5 = questionXML.getElementsByTagName("item")[4]; var temp1 = edopt1.childNodes[0].nodeValue; var temp2 = edopt2.childNodes[0].nodeValue; var temp3 = edopt3.childNodes[0].nodeValue; var temp4 = edopt4.childNodes[0].nodeValue; var temp5 = edopt5.childNodes[0].nodeValue; } This is an example of our XML: <ed> <appid>Administrator</appid> <formid>ED009</formid> <question id="1"> <sentence id="1">[email protected]</sentence> <sentence id="2">[email protected]</sentence> <item id="0" answer="f" value="0">0</item> <item id="1" answer="f" value="1">1</item> <item id="2" answer="f" value="2">2</item> <item id="3" answer="t" value="3">3</item> <item id="4" answer="f" value="4">4</item> </question> <question id="2"> <sentence id="1">Beausdene 13</sentence> <sentence id="2">Beauscene 83</sentence> <item id="0" answer="f" value="0">0</item> <item id="1" answer="f" value="1">1</item> <item id="2" answer="t" value="2">2</item> <item id="3" answer="f" value="3">3</item> <item id="4" answer="f" value="4">4</item> </question> </ed> The error I receive intermittently is that "questionXML" is null or not an object. Specifically this line when I call on the submitAns1() method: questionXML = assessnode.getElementsByTagName("question")[edStage]; This solution works on FF, Opera, Chrome & Safari without any issues as far as I am aware. Am I accessing the XML nodes incorrectly? I've been toying with fixes for this bug for weeks now, I'd really appreciate any insight into what I'm doing wrong. On a side note, this is a personal project of mine - it's not university related - I'm much too old for that! Any help greatly appreciated. Regards, Sykth.

  • Email Validation... advocating the use of +, and how embarrassed would you be to have written this?

    - by Langdon
    I take full advantage of GMail's wildcard feature ([email protected]). Unfortunately it seems that most developers don't understand that + is valid in an email address. This makes trying to unsubscribe a real chore sometimes. Take TicketMaster for example... immediately you notice that they didn't even bother escaping the email address, so the text field defaults to "user [email protected]". Not a problem, we can just add the + manually. Once Submit is clicked, you'll notice the validation stops you right in your tracks. What now? Most users would have to further contact TicketMaster and attempt to explain the situation. I opened up FireBug to investigate. That's when I noticed this whopping 74 line email validation function with so much redundancy it's ridiculous. My favorite check is on line 20, informing the user that his/her email cannot have more than one @. Unreal. My second favorite part is the TWO regular expressions used! Imagine... someone was paid money for this... and by the looks of it, they were paid by the line count. //Validates the email function validateOptoutEmail(object) { var emailStr = object.value; if(emailStr == '' || emailStr == null) { alert('Email can not be empty. Please provide email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } else if(Trim(emailStr).length == 0) { alert('Email can not be empty. Please provide email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } else { var atcount=0; for(var i=0;i<emailStr.length;i++) { if(emailStr.charAt(i)=='@') atcount++; } if(atcount>1) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have more than one @'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } if(emailStr.indexOf('.') == -1) { alert('Invalid email. Email must have one dot'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } if(emailStr.indexOf('..')!= -1) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have consecutive dots'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } var dotpos=0; for(var i=dotpos;i< emailStr.length;i++) { var ichar=emailStr.charAt(i); if(ichar=='.') dotpos=i; } for(var i=dotpos+1;i< emailStr.length;i++) { var ichar=emailStr.charAt(i); if((!isNaN(ichar)) || (ichar == '_')) { alert('Invalid email. Email cannot have numbers or _ after dot'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } } var pattern2=/^([\.-]?\w+)*@\w+([\.-]?\w+)*(\.\w{2,4})+$/; var pattern1=/^[0-9a-zA-Z\-\_.]+@\w+([\.-]?\w+)*(\.\w{2,4})+$/; if (pattern1.test(emailStr)) { if(pattern2.test(emailStr)) { return true; } else { alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); } return true; } else { alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } alert('Invalid email'); object.value = ''; object.focus(); return false; } } I eventually just put a break point in FireBug and changed the value of the email address passed into the validation function. From there everything worked fine... All that said, how can we get the word out there that + is valid in an email address? Too often, I'm unable to use the email address that I want to use for certain web sites because developers simply aren't aware of what constitutes a valid email address.

  • web.xml not reloading in tomcat even after stop/start

    - by ajay
    This is in relation to:- http://stackoverflow.com/questions/2576514/basic-tomcat-servlet-error I changed my web.xml file, did ant compile , all, /etc/init.d/tomcat stop , start Even then my web.xml file in tomcat deployment is still unchanged. This is build.properties file:- app.name=hello catalina.home=/usr/local/tomcat manager.username=admin manager.password=admin This is my build.xml file. • Windows Task Scheduler fails on EventData instruction

    The Scheduled Task fails on the Event Data instruction in this XML: <ValueQueries> <Value name="eventChannel">Event/System/Channel</Value> <Value name="eventRecordID">Event/System/EventRecordID</Value> <Value name="eventData">Event/EventData/Data</Value> </ValueQueries> The other 2 fields can be passed as arguments and the EventData syntax matches other websites, so I don't know why it's failing. • Howto change Axis server-config.wsdd sothat we don't expect a SOAPAction

    - by GKForcare
    The problem I'm facing is that the client of my service will never send me a SOAPAction header. How can I tell Axis to still map to the incomming call to my service implementation anyway. I did bump into tricks like adding a Handler like this: <handler name="ReportMapper" type="java:com.mycompany.project.ReportMapper"/> <transport name="http"> <requestFlow> <handler type="ReportMapper"/> <handler type="URLMapper"/> <handler type="java:org.apache.axis.handlers.http.HTTPAuthHandler"/> </requestFlow> <parameter name="qs:list" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSListHandler"/> <parameter name="qs:wsdl" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSWSDLHandler"/> <parameter name="qs.list" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSListHandler"/> <parameter name="qs.method" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSMethodHandler"/> <parameter name="qs:method" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSMethodHandler"/> <parameter name="qs.wsdl" value="org.apache.axis.transport.http.QSWSDLHandler"/> </transport>

The mapper is found during the creation of the WSDL but when calling the service, the invoke of the handler is not used. I do need to note that when I simulate the SOAP-call using @curl@ and I do add the SOAPAction header, the invoke is called. Any help would be most appreciated.

  • Excel or OpenOffice Table Summary: how to reconstruct a table from another, with "missing" values

    - by Gilberto
    I have a table of values (partial) with 3 columns: month (from 1 to 12), code and value. E.g., MONTH | CODE | VALUE 1 | aaa | 111 1 | bbb | 222 1 | ccc | 333 2 | aaa | 1111 2 | ccc | 2222 The codes are clients and the values are sales volumes. Each row represents the sales for one month for one client. So I have three clients, namely aaa, bbb, and ccc. For month=1 their sales volumes are: aaa-111, bbb-222, and ccc-333. A client may or may not have sales for every month; for example, for the month 2, the client bbb has no sales. I have to construct a completed summary table for all the MONTH / CODE pairs with their corresponding VALUE (using the value from the "partial" table, if present, otherwise print a string "missing"). MONTH | CODE | VALUE 1 | aaa | 111 1 | bbb | 222 1 | ccc | 333 2 | aaa | 1111 2 | bbb | missing 2 | ccc | 2222 Or, to put it another way, the table is a linear representation of a matrix:                                 and I want to identify the cells for which no value was provided. How can I do that?

  • Using Active Directory through a Firewall

    - by Adam Brand
    I had kind of a weird setup today where I wanted to enable Windows Firewall on a Windows 2003 R2 SP2 computer that would act as an Active Directory Domain Controller. I didn't see one resource on the Internet that listed what would be required to do this, so I thought I'd list them here and see if anyone has anything to add/sees something that isn't necessary. Ports to Open with "subnet" scope: 42 | TCP | WINS (if you use it) 53 | TCP | DNS 53 | UDP | DNS 88 | TCP | Kerberos 88 | UDP | Kerberos 123 | UDP | NTP 135 | TCP | RPC 135 | UDP | RPC 137 | UDP | NetBIOS 138 | UDP | NetBIOS 139 | TCP | NetBIOS 389 | TCP | LDAP 389 | UDP | LDAP 445 | TCP | SMB 445 | UDP | SMB 636 | TCP | LDAPS 3268 | TCP | GC LDAP 3269 | TCP | GC LDAP Ports to Open with "Any" Scope (for DHCP) 67 | UDP | DHCP 2535 | UDP | DHCP ALSO You need to restrict RPC to use fixed ports instead of everything 1024. For that, you need to add two registry keys: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\NTDS\Parameters Registry value: TCP/IP Port Value type: REG_DWORD Value data: <-- pick a port like 1600 and put it here HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Netlogon\Parameters Registry value: DCTcpipPort Value type: REG_DWORD Value data: <-- pick another port like 1650 and put it here ...don't forget to add entries in the firewall to allow those in (TCP, Subnet scope). After doing all that, I was able to add a client computer to the AD domain (behind Windows Firewall) and log in successfully.
