• Cisco VPN Client Behind ASA 5505

  I'm trying to get connected to another ASA via Cisco VPN Client. I am behind an ASA 5505 myself and I am tryihng to VPN to a 5510. I get the message: Secure VPN Connection terminated locally by the Client. Reason 412: The remote peer is no longer responding. I can connect to the other ASA if I use a normal cheap Linksys. • XSLT big integer (int64) handling msxml

  When trying to do math on an big integer (int64) large number in xslt template I get the wrong result since there is no native 64-bit integer support in xslt (xslt number is 64-bit double). I am using msxml 6.0 on Windows XP SP3.   Hi I'm having a problem passing an entity collection back from LLBLGen to silverlight. My contract looks like this. I don't even know if this is possible. • How can I run BitchX when I don't have ssh or shell access?

  I just installed an IRC bot, B****X (Don't ask, I don't know - the real name is not censored). I did all of the configuration and chmod'ed the pl files to 755, but running it won't work. My host does not allow SSH/Shell (which is how the documentation says to runs he script), but just going to the URL usually works because of this. However, I get a 500 (Internal Server Error) error. Using a sample from MDSN, I've gotten as far as trying to add the delegate, but after the call to the service binding, I get nothing back...no success or fail....nothing. The LayoutGrid is set a DataContext in which there is a Ladders list as a property. This Ladders list is set as the ItemsSource for the PART_datagrid. <Grid x:Name="LayoutRoot"> <DataGrid x:Name="PART_datagrid" ItemsSource="{Binding Ladders}"> ... <DataGridTemplateColumn> <DataGridTemplateColumn.CellTemplate> <DataTemplate> <Button Name="DeleteLadder" Click.Command="{Binding ElementName=LayoutRoot, Path=DataContext.DeleteLadderCommand}" /> Now in one of the DataGridTemplateColumns I have a button which should invoke a Command thats present in the LayoutGrid's DataContext. • How can an iPhone access another non-iPhone device over wireless or bluetooth?

  I'm trying to figure out if an iPhone can connect to another non-iPhone device over wireless or bluetooth and have seen conflicting information. Much of what I've found was before version 3.0 of the SDK came out, when it certainly wasn't possible. Looking at questions like this mention you can't connect to an arbitrary device unless if it's part of the "Works for iPhone" device. Do I need hardware that is part of this program? Looking through the Apple documentation, it mentions connecting two iPhones, not an iPhone to another Bluetooth device. Then there are articles like this that includes this quote ...and with the newly-announced "standard support" should allow file transfer between the iPhone and a computer, as well as between nearby iPhones Other questions mention Bonjour, and the Apple documentation talk about connecting to Bonjour devices, but can an iPhone connect to any Bonjour device? Does it have to have a wifi connection, or can it use Bluetooth? Even if I could use Bluetooth to connect to another device, it won't be available on first generation iPhones and iTouches, I believe. Is that correct? I'm thinking of an iPhone application that would need to communicate with other non-iPhone devices in the area, probably using Bluetooth, but possibly a direct wireless connection. What are the possibilities and limitations of this approach? Is it not possible to have an iPhone connect to an arbitrary Bluetooth device? Does the other device have to be on a wireless Bonjour network that? I'm trying to figure out if it's even possible for this to work or if it's not worth the effort.

  Hey guys, I have an app that uses Spring security and BlazeDS. Flex 3.2 is used for the client app. Generally client app makes service calls using RemoteObjects. However, for certain cases client app is sending a request to a URL. We're using Annotated Controllers for URL mapping.   I am building my portfolio website simply using HTML, Flash, and the Mootools Javascript framework. I have decided to implement a theme changing feature using Javascript and cookies. When the user clicks on the "Change Theme" link, a mediaboxAdvanced lightbox appears, containing a real-time form which allows you to change the theme on the portfolio. (ie, a person that has been released has a previous booking modified due to incorrect information). There should not be locking contention between Person and Booking whenever a Booking needs to be updated. One other business requirement is that a Booking can never occur for a Person more than once at a time. Due to this, I'm concerned about querying the query database on the read side as there could potentially be some inconsistency there (due to using CQRS and having an eventually consistent read database). Should the aggregate roots be allowed to query the event-sourced backing store for objects (lazy-loading them as needed)? Are there any other avenues of implementation that would make more sense?

• What can i do about an ObjectDisposedException in a dll i cannot access?

  Hey guys, I'm using a dll to monitor calls (Atapi.dll). Sometimes when events occur, there's an ObjectDisposedException. This seems to be random, i don't know what causes it. I can't debug it and i don't have the source code to it. The events that cause the exception are call events (conencting calls) through Tapi 2.0. It does not causes my app to crash. If i press on the continue button of the window visual studio is generating, the app continues ignoring the exception, but i'd rather not see it happening. I tried catching all code (not much) i have writting, but nothing catches it, and it also says i cannot debug it, because it is thrown in the dll. Does anyone have any idea how to solve or get pass this obstacle? Thanks in advance.

I expected that newly copied node appears in the nodes (for example) at line 08. But this is not true. When dojoUnique1 is target of drag and drop, nodes at line 08 contains only dojoUnique1. I want to modify some attributes of newly copied nodes on the event of onDndDrop. Please let me know how such a thing is realized.

• What type of things can cause sgen msbuild task to fail intermittantly with Access Violation?

  In our MSBuild file for our project we sgen an assembly containing classes used during xml serialization. The classes are generated via xsd.exe. We use the following SGen task configuration. <SGen ToolPath="$(SdkPath)" ShouldGenerateSerializer="true" UseProxyTypes="false" BuildAssemblyName="AssemblyName.dll" BuildAssemblyPath="Outputs" ContinueOnError="false" /> Intermittantly the following error is thrown when executing the msbuild script on our build server. Originally this error might have occurred once out of every 50 (CI) builds, recently the frequency has been increasing and it now occurs maybe 5-6 out of every 10 builds. The size of the assembly that is being Sgenned is about 410k (circa 35,000 lines of generated code), and when successfull the serialization assembly is about 1.7M in size. When it fails, the output is as follows: Unhandled Exception: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt. E:\Path_ToBuild_Workspace\SolutionBuild.MSBuild(74,5): error MSB6006: "sgen.exe" exited with code -1073741819. We are using Hudson to manage our builds, so the msbuild and sgen processes are therefore spwaned by the Hudson.exe. There's not much out there on the interwebs regarding this type of error from SGen. Certainly nothing concrete.
