  • MODx changing my image path

    In the MODx WYSIWYG whenever I click the Image icon to insert an image, followed by browse image it generates the wrong path: /data/12/1/111/99/1111262/user/1169144/htdocs/images/image.jpg instead of assets/images/image.jpg I have checked my Resource URL and Resource Path and they both look correct. Has anyone ever experienced MODx rewriting your paths to the server vs what it should be? Thanks in advance.

  • How can I convert this column value to an integer?

    My C# code looks like this: myNum = dt.Columns[0]; myNum is an integer and dt is a datatable. The value in column 0 of dt is a string ("12"), but I'd like to convert it to an integer. How can I do this? I've tried: myNum = int.Parse(dt.Columns[0]); ...but that doesn't work. Any ideas?

    I have some code from a function subl $24, %esp movl 8(%ebp), %eax cmpl 12(%ebp), %eax Before the code is just the 'ENTER' command and afterwards there's an if statement to return 1 if ebp eax or 0 if it's less. I'm assuming cmpl means compare, but I can't tell what the concrete values are. Can anyone tell me what's happening?

    Since input and raw_input() stop the program from running anymore, I want to use a subprocess to run this program... while True: print raw_input() and get its output. This is what I have as my reading program: import subprocess process = subprocess.Popen('python subinput.py', stdout=subprocess.PIPE, stderr=subprocess.PIPE) while True: output=process.stdout.read(12) if output=='' and process.poll()!=None: break if output!='': sys.stdout.write(output) sys.stdout.flush() When I run this, the subprocess exits almost as fast as it started.     if I have 4 variables startTime; endTime; startMerid; endMerid; startMarid and endMarid are either going to be 'AM' or 'PM'. but startTime and endTime are going to be strings like 'dd:dd' so it may be start:12:30 PM and end:5:30 PM How can I validate that the end time is not before the start time? I executed it (it's in a stored proc) for over 12 minutes without it finishing.

But keep getting string out of bounch exeption and i start wondering if i am handling this in the wrong way. Anyone that can put me in the right direction in how to solve this?

So I want the most popular letter to be first. How would I do this?

    Basically I have to write a program to generate random numbers to simulate the rolling of a pair of dice. This program should be constructed in multiple files. The main function should be in one file, the other functions should be in a second source file, and their prototypes should be in a header file. First I write a short function that returns a random value between 1 and 6 to simulate the rolling of a single 6-sided die.Second, i write a function that pretends to roll a pair of dice by calling this function twice. My program starts by asking the user how many rolls should be made. Then I write a function to simulate rolling the dice this many times, keeping a count of exactly how many times the values 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12(each number is the sum of a pair of dice) occur in an array. Later I write a function to display a small bar chart using these counts that ideally would look something like below for a sample of 144 rolls, where the number of asterisks printed corresponds to the count: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Next, to see how well the random number generator is doing, I write a function to compute the average value rolled.     Suppose I have variables for positions like const float latitude = 51.+11./60.+33.0461/3600.; const float longitude = 12.+50./60.+31.9369/3600.; and use them frequently in the program. Does the compiler precompute that? (This example should not produce much overhead, but you get the point.) Bonus point for pointing out location. ;) TIA
