  I have a file sharing website, and my files hosted in a server with those system specifications: 32GB RAM 12x3TB 2x Intel Quad Core E5620 I have files in this server up to 4gb for each file. 446gb is full (/36TB) [root@hosted-by ~]# df -h Filesystem Size Used Avail Use% Mounted on /dev/sda2 50G 2.7G 44G 6% / tmpfs 16G 0 16G 0% /dev/shm /dev/sda1 97M 57M 36M 62% /boot /dev/mapper/VolGroup01-LogVol00 33T 494G 33T 2% /home And take a look at this: Why is the wa% so high? • On a linux server how do you use multiple terminals over a single ssh connection?

  I often find myself opening several ssh connections in order to view several log files at a time with tail -f. This isn't a problem when I'm at home because I use public key encryption for password-less login. However, I will often use computer at my university to do this so I don't have the option of using my private key. It gets annoying to enter my password 4 or 5 times to get several terminal windows. How can I get multiple terminals over a single connection?

• ISS7 authentication doesn't work on servername

  Not sure if I put correct title but here is my problem: Local (home network) IIS 7, default web site bind to any IP on port 81, Anonymous Auth disabled, Windows Auth enabled If I go to 192.168.1.101:81/ I get asked for username and password. If I go to server:81/ nothing is being asked regardless whether connecting from local or another machine on the network. Why is that? Am I doing something wrong?

• Computer name not appearing on network

  I can connect to other computers on my home network (ubuntu + OSX machines) using the IP address, but I can't connect using the netbios name. On the mac the name appears in Finder but if I try to connect (goconnect to server smb://[email protected]) it doesn't work, while smb://[email protected] does. Same with ssh, ping and afp between the macs. This is a intermittent problem. It has worked in the past.

• Network drives don't get mapped and desktop redirection stops working when domain user becomes a member of the Local Administrator group on their PC

  We have a Small Business Server 2003 domain controller with Windows 7 workstations joined to the domain. I noticed recently that, if I make a user a local administrator on his computer, his redirected desktop and mapped network drives do not connect at login (error on login that network drives inaccessible and desktop is blank). However, it is still possible for this user to browse to his home directory where his redirected folders are located- so he still has access to that location. Does anyone have any theories as to what is going on here?

• Why does Chromium run so slow in portable mode?

  I am using Chromium on a flash drive through LiberKey and it does everything I want it to do as far as syncing my Chrome bookmarks from home, etc. But it's soooooo slow. If I open more than 1 tab, or if a tab is heavy with code such as Gmail or GMaps, then the entire program hangs for about 5-10 seconds. The account 'Paul' is present but is denied local log in so the default auto logs in locally. I am trying to remote into account Paul using RDC however it tries to log into the default account and I am presented with an an option to boot the present user off so I can log in.   I have Linux on an embedded system. There is no graphic system, but I still have graphic errors. On a normal phone you can just plug it into the wall socket then multiple people on different phones can speak a the same time.
