    I recently installed Platform builder 7 by Microsoft. It is a plugin for VS2008. The plugin adds the following menu: I want to remove several items from this menu and I would also like to add some button from it to a toolbar. The problem is that when I do customize I only get "advanced command placeholder" shortcut for the whole bunch. Like this: How do I access the internals of these commands menu?

    I've been trying to figure out the syntax for an if / else if statement in jquery, but googling gives me mixed messages... There are some sites that say I need a plugin, and others that suggest that it's already possible. Trying those suggestions give me jquery errors in the jquery.js file, so I'm wondering, do I need a plugin or not? Does someone have an example of an if () { //do something } else if () { //do something else } else { //do something } in jquery?

    Hi, I want to create a image strip slider using jquery. I have used jcarousel plugin for my image gallery and light box plugin to get preview of selected image. Now, my task is when any of the image is selected i can drag to either side. i.e I can select the image and drag to any direction within that image container. If any one can help me on this??? I have found a few that are quite nice, but one of my requirements is that I can provide a json/xml/etc source of available days/times and the control should only allow selections of available days/times. Is anyone aware of a plugin that does this, or at least a plugin that could be modified to do this? Thanks!

  • Error when deploying site of a maven multi module project with FTP

    I have a multi module project. When I launch mvn site:deploy, the deployment of the base module works fine, but it fails to create the directory of the module sites on the FTP server: [INFO] Error uploading site Embedded error: Required directory: '/myremoteftprepository/myproject-mymodule' is missing When I create the missing directory by hand, it works fine, but I would like to avoid that. It is surprising that the deploy command do not create it. Do you how to force this directory creation? Is it a bug in the wagon-ftp plugin?     For development, I guess it is fine to use a plugin like https://github.com/stephenplusplus/grunt-wiredep But for production I would like to use CDN where such exists. Does it exist a Grunt plugin that goes through the bower.json file and replaces this with a CDN-link from the most popular ones (and if a component is present in more than one CDN, then pick one based on rank-setting or random or something).

Update: using another computer, it redirects me to /asset/grails_logo.png

  • Recommended ways of Importing a maven project to IDE ?

    Many IDEs supports to import maven projects directly, but maven has a maven-eclipse-plugin, when you run : mvn eclipse:eclipse It will generate eclipse project settings ,then you can import as generic eclipse project. Which one is better? I prefer the first one, as my IDE is eclipse 3.5 shiped with WTP 3.1 and m2eclipse, I don't know if maven-eclipse-plugin support WTP 3.1 project settings ? If I don't import correct project settings, I don't think eclipse will recognize my project,when I deploy a web application, it ususally can't find webroot folder.

    I am using this jquery plugin for a carousel controller http://sorgalla.com/projects/jcarousel/, it is based on jquery release 1.2.1 I also need to have tabs on the page, but when including the current jquery release in the page, the carousel stops working. Is there a way to have them both live together on the same page, or is there a way to have tabs work under realease 1.2.1? I rather not rebuild the carousel on another plugin, since this one is already skinned and works just as needed.

    I'm looking for a good multi-thread-aware debugger, capable of showing performance charts of application threads on Linux, don't know if such a thing exists, perhaps as a Eclipse plugin.   • Vim (Windows) - new help files do not work

    I have downloaded several new plugins which come with a help file. None of them seem to work from within Vim. I have the Windows version of gVim and the install dir contains a folder called: vimfiles vim72 Both folder contain a plugin and doc folder. Where am I supposed to put the plugin? So when I use :help [helpfile], it says it cannot find it, but I can see it in the doc folder.
