  Hi all Can any one help me to get logged in user's info like email id,name,city etc. with the help of Facebook uId . " Long uid = apiClient.getLoggedInUser ();" Users_getInfo is not useful. It returns No of users connected to _User & according that there info gets. If user login successfully using fb connect, Facebook gives us uid. However, I need to match the logged in user with our member's account If that member is not present in DB then want to register him and I'm trying to do that with e-mail(hashed) address and other info.

• SVN: is it possible to delete a branch that was copied removed etc for good?

  I have to remove a branch from svn history for good. Normally I would use svnadmin dump /path/to/repo |svndumpfilter --drop-empty-revs --renumber-revs exclude /branches/bad_branch However this branch was not just created, but also moved and then removed and dump script fails to process downstream information with messages like: Invalid copy source path '/branches/bad_branch' So I imagine 2 ways to cope with the problem keep only last few revisions of the history and put current repository as an archive on the web make a dump up to the revision where the 'bad_branch' was created and apply the rest of the changes as a patch, therefore losing history of a few recent commits. Is there a better, cleaner way to deal with this?

  I've written a simple Java applet to generate a technical image based upon some data in a CSV file. I'm passing in the CSV file as a parameter to the applet: <applet code = "assaymap.AssayMapApplet" archive = "http://localhost/applet_test/AssayMap.jar" height="600px" width="800px"> <param name="csvFile" value="http://localhost/applet_test/test.csv"> </applet> As far as I understood applet security restrictions, an applet should be able to read data from the host they're on. These applets here http://www.jalview.org/examples/applets.html are using the same approach of passing in a text data file as a parameter. So I'm not sure why my own applet isn't working. The error message I get thrown is: Error with processing the CSV data. java.security.AccessControlException: access denied (java.io.FilePermission http:\localhost\applet_test\test.csv read)

  I want to put some compressed data into a remote repository. To put data on this repository I can only use a method that take the name of the resource and its content as a String. (like data.txt + "hello world"). The repository is moking a filesystem but is not, so I can not use File directly. I want to be able to do the following: client send to server a file 'data.txt' server compress 'data.txt' into data.zip server send to repository content of data.zip repository store data.zip client download from repository data.zip and his able to open it with its favorite zip tool I have tried a lots of compressing example found on the web but each time a send the data to the repository, my resulting zip file is corrupted. Here is a sample class, using the zip*stream and that emulate the repository showcasing my problem. The created zip file is working, but after its 'serialization' it's get corrupted. How can I get it to validate only the fields that are referenced in the form?

  I am working on a simple java code to extract all calendar entries for a given date. I know it possible using Domingo but I would like to use only Notes.jar for this purpose. It is possible for me to create a session based on a given credentials and get the calendar object. I am looking to extract the current running notes session and use that session object to open the calendar view in the mail file and start playing with it. But I am not able to get it working. Anybody have any idea or links on this ?

  I'm having problems with external native DLL. I'm working on ASP.NET 1.1 web application and have this DLL which I load through DLLImport directives. • Installing JavaFX 2.0 in Eclipse Juno for Mac

  I'm running Mac OS X 10.6.x (Snow Leopard) right now, so I'm pretty sure that there could be some issues with supported systems, but I'm trying to install JavaFX 2.0 (or 2.1.x) in Eclipse Juno for Java EE (version 3.8). I have already installed the e(fx)clipse plugin, but I'm not sure if I'm downloading the right JavaFX .zip file from the Oracle website. I downloaded the JavaFX 2.2 beta release because it seemed to be the only release available for OS X, but I could be wrong. Once I download this archive, I'm not exactly what to do with it/where to place it so that Eclipse recognizes it as the JavaFX 2.2 SDK. I know that I have to go into preferences and set the location of the SDK file, but there doesn't seem to be any selectable .jar file or folder to set it to. Am I doing something wrong here? Any help is appreciated. Edit: I worked around the issue by setting the SDK location to the location of the downloaded JavaFX 2.2 SDK in the JavaFX section in the preferences tree.

  I am trying to customize a UITableView. So far, it looks good. But when I use a custom UITableViewCell sub-class, I do not get the blank table cells when there's only 3 cells: Using the default TableView style I can get the repeating blank rows to fill the view (for example, the mail application has this). I tried to set a backgroundColor pattern on the UITableView to the same tile background: UIColor *color = [UIColor colorWithPatternImage:[UIImage imageNamed:@"score-cell-bg.png"]]; moneyTableView.backgroundColor = color; ...but the tile starts a bit before the TableView's top, so the tile is off once the actual cell's are done displaying: How can I customize my tableview but still keep the blank rows if there's less rows than fill a page?

  Hi everybody, I am making making a program and I want to have a Aero Glass set of controls just like Windows Media Player, I found this: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/tims/archive/2006/04/18/578637.aspx but it just draws black. I also found a control that had the media player controls built in right ton the glass but it was no good it didn't want to render right and made different parts of my program not work. This is because sometimes some options in the sty files are changed, and then I can't compile the file. The "problem" is that in using Ubuntu, I already installed all the packages in my system. • Debugging feature activation in SharePoint 2007

  I have a SharePoint feature that is activated under 'Site Collection Features' that is having some issues being activated. I've activated it through the stsadm as well as the SharePoint UI, both unsuccessful. The feature toggles from deactivated to activated, but the result that should be there is not. The result is some pages that should be created. So my question is does anyone know of a way to step through the activation of features process? I'd like to be able to attach Visual Studio 2008 to the browser and step through a few breakpoints that I've set. Actually, I've already get the value from ExternalContext#getRequestParam but maybe there are some other solutions. More interesting question: why propertyActionListener didn't work here? What does it do actually? (again I have some thoughts about it but it would be nice to read more comprehensive explanations).

Ideally this could be solved by: .NET code that I can run as a background task on my webserver to process the email. A service that can POST the contents of the email to my webserver. Although I'm open to other options. EDIT: Copied from the "non-answer": Currently, we're looking at using the email accounts our hosting company provides. Our own mail server could potentially be an option, but its something the we'd need to contact the host about.

• lmerTest package install failing on Ubuntu 12.04

  I'm running Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS precise 32-bit and trying to install the lmerTest package for R version 2.14.1... When I try to install from the CRAN repository or R-forge: install.packages("lmerTest") or install.packages("lmerTest", repos="http://R-Forge.R-project.org"), I get the error: Warning in install.packages : package ‘lmerTest’ is not available (for R version 2.14.1) So I downloaded the Package Archive File from CRAN and tried to install from this Package source: lmerTest_2.0-11.tar.gz ,but get the error: "installation of package /home/.../lmerTest_2.0-11.tar.gz’ had non-zero exit status" I had a similar problem when trying to install lme4, and using the advice from lme4 package install failing on Ubuntu 12.04 was able to download the package using "sudo apt-get install r-cran-lme4" after which it appeared in my R package list and installed fine from there. I tried a similar tactic with lmerTest "sudo apt-get install r-cran-lmerTest" but just get "Unable to locate package r-cran-lmerTest", so really don't know what to do now, bearing in mind that I'm a novice with both Ubuntu and R, any suggestions/help would be much appreciated

But here the surpricing thing is I cant able to recieve any mails when i sent mails to [email protected]. But I can able to send mails from the same account ([email protected])to any other email ids. Is there a better way to do this as in a way to fillin the text body box of gmail compose section. Or some way to open the page and have it prefilled with javascript some how...
