I mean, link my admin interface to post news link my visitor interface on my website to the wordpress news so the visitor can access the news So the visitor never find out that i'm using wordpress to generate the news and handle their comments and write my news ? Maybe it's possible but there is no point by doing so ? Thank you

Now, imagine that you need to get all the roles related to an user, wich may be through it's related groups or directly related to him. In case the same role appears related to a group and the user directly, the role related to the user will prevail over the role given by the group.     Let me see if someone would mind clearing up this elementary point about md5 and hashing. If you only use the first 4 bytes of an md5 hash, would that mean theoretically only 1 in 255^4 chance of collision. iow is that the intention with it (and other hash algorithms) - that you only have to use a small portion of the returned hash (say the hash is of a file of some size).

  • Can I Call a Child Page From a Master Page?

    My problem is this I have a base page that creates content dynamically. There are buttons on my Master Page that fire events that my base page needs to know about. But the OnLoad function on my base page fires before my Button_Command function on my master page. So I either need to figure out a way to load my base page after the Button_Command function has had the chance to set a variable or I must call a function in my base page from the Button_Command function.

  • Is it possible to turn a View-Based App into a navigation-Based App?

    I am close to finishing my first application (a UITableView style one) on the iphone but have realised it will look much better, and stand a far better chance of getting through the approval process, if it is presented as a navigation-based app rather than a view-based one - in hindsight my initial choice is not really suitable... Is it possible for me to somehow change easily the application into a new type, or would i be better starting again from scratch with all the hassle that would entail... thanks for any advice on how it may be done, karl

Not just pause and play (i'm aware that pressing the home button twice brings up controls for this), but also the ability to browse and queue albums/artists/songs/playlists.   • JQuery Slideout only works on one side of the page?!

    I've been working on a little slideout code and it's just been impossible. It works perfectly sliding out from the right of the page but when I reverse everything and have it slide from the left, not a chance! The exact issue is that it slides out farther than the width of it's container. Example at http://demindu.com/sandbox/slideout/. I'd certainly appreciate any tips in the right direction.

Its not as easy as: if(cookiesArePresent) { bool isDifferent = HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"].value == HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"].value; } But I read that changing the Response.Cookies changes the Request.Cookies. That would mean they are always the same if HttpContext.Current.Response.Cookies[".ASPXANONYMOUS"] was changed.
