    Hi, i simply can't find a solution to my problem! The quantity field worked as it should. After a few months of programming on the whole shop, i wanted to test the quantity field and recognized that it doesn't function. I only can add one product to the cart although i typed “3” in the quantity field. I didn’t change anything in product/view.phtml and addtocart.phtml.     Hi, I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle a dropdown list where one of the options "other" shows a hidden text field (via jQuery), where the user can then enter text. Should both the dropdown and the input field be given the same "name" attribute, then server side code runs a check on the values of each in order to know what one is the active value - e.g if the value of the select box is "other", then check the value of the text input field - if this isn't the default value ("enter text"), then it's ok to use this value and save it to the database. Is this a messy approach to this problem?

  • Clearing input text feilds when clicked on in Flash (AS 2.0)

    I have a problem where I want a text field that by default has the word NAME in it, to become empty when a user clicks on it. The text field has the instance name 'nam' and is inside a movie with the instance name 'input_text'. I've searched around and found samples of code where everyone keeps suggesting this: textboxinstancename.onSetFocus = function() { textboxinstancename.text = ""; }; should work. It seems to work for everyone else but me. I've tried using the following on the first frame of the 'input_text' movie with no luck: this.input_text.nam.onSetFocus = function() { this.input_text.nam.text = "" } I've tried putting this on the first frame of the scene, again with no result: _root.input_text.nam.onSetFocus = function() { _root.input_text.nam.text = "" } I've tried this in the same manner as the last respectively with both 'this' on the instance and '_root' on the scene (denoted by x): x.input_text.nam.onSetFocus = function() { if (x.input_text.nam.text == "NAME") { x.input_text.nam.text = ""; } }; Still no luck. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong?

    I have a table layed out like this: <td> somename </td> <td class="hoverable value" > somevalue </td> <td class="changed"> </td> <td class="original value"> <input type="hidden" value="somevalue" /> </td> And what I'm trying to do is, I hover over the hoverable td which turns it into a textbox. Once I hover out I want to check the hidden field for it's original value and put an image in changed if the 2 are different from each other.   • How do I update mysql database when posting form without using hidden inputs?

    I have a "members" table in mysql which has approximately 200 field names. Each user is given up to 7 website templates with 26 different values they can insert unique data into for each template. Each time they create a template, they post the form with the 26 associated values. These 26 field names are the same for each template, but are differentiated by an integer at the end, ie _1, _2, ... _7. In the form submitting the template, I have a variable called $pid_sum which is inserted at the end of each field name to identify which template they are creating.     Hello, I finished installation of PHPUnit, it works but I don't get a code coverage report. I'm working on windows. If I run phpunit --configuration phpunit.xml --coverage-html \log or phpunit --configuration phpunit.xml --coverage-html log I get the error The Xdebug extension is not loaded. But I installed it (version 2.0.5)! phpinfo() says I installed it, also var_dump(extension_loaded('xdebug')) I get true. I installed it as Zend Extension and I tried also as normal extension. Bot worked, but PHPUnit says everytime Xdebug is not loaded!

    I have 3 servers, a Apache Server, a JBOSS Server and a CAS Server for SSO. The Apache Server resolve all request with a domain such as www.request.com, and the path of CAS Server is www.request.com/cas, and JBOSS Server is www.request.com/jboss (This app got a CAS client). My problem is if I set SSLVerifyClient require for the NameVirtualHost of www.request.com in my Apache Server, I got a HTTP 500 error during the redirecting to the JBOSS Server(http://www.request.com/jboss), after logined in the CAS login page successfully.   • FusionCharts vs GoogleCharts vs HighCharts suggestions required for commercial use

    I find that FusionCharts v3 evaluation and HighCharts cannot be used for commercial purpose. Google charts is the best option but those are not as good looking as any of the above. They don't even have 3d charts although their visualization API does support 3D which i cannot find. Is there any open source graphing or charting solution available which can be used in commercial products? I even looked in to Open Flash Charts 2 but found that the developer had left the project long time a go and the currently out libs are way too buggy. I had to fix more than 50 bugs to get their 1 chart working. I tried to fix others but couldn't get Pie charts etc. working. What i'm looking for is - 1. Attractive 3d column chart. 2. 3d Pie Chart. 3. Spline Chart. 4. Geographical Chart. Does anyone knows any open source or free solution which can be used for commercial products? Cheers!

The questions are as follows: Is there a serious processing overhead if I were to include these items in EVERY page (like in the Site.Master for example) thus negating the need for the HtmlHelper to organise the "includes" - considering there would end up being about 20 includes for all the different types of jQuery UI widgets used throughout the site. If the HtmlHelper sorts out the "includes", it will add one every time this DatePicker is used (often there are two on a page) Does anyone have a way of determining whether or not the user has already rendered the same type of control on the page, thus not re-including the same jquery libraries when multiple instances of the DatePicker (for example) are used?

    I'm using NetTcpBinding in WCF and i want to send a Stream which does not exceed the size of 1 MB. I have set the MaxReceivedMessageSize to a really high number and that works fine of course. But I am curious: Does setting the MaxReceivedMessageSize to a very hight number have any (negative) impact or would it be useful to set it just above the size I actually want to send/receive? What kind of overhead can I expect when using the NetTcpBinding to transfer a stream? Meaning: when I send a stream of 1 MB, how large does my MaxReceivedMessageSize has to be?

    I am trying to implement validation using IDataErrorInfo or INotifyDataErrorInfo but either way I am struggling to make it work only once user start entering data or clicking save button. Since I am using MVVM, I am setting my view's datacontext to ViewModel and my ViewModel is implementing IDataErrorInfo / INotifyDataErrorInfo. I need to make sure validation happens but not when form loads up. Anyone has got any suggestion how I can implement? Thanks

  • Exchange not preserving the "To:" field

    I've got a hosted exchange solution through Apptix, which isn't the problem, I think, but it may be relevant. I have my main account, [email protected], and to that, I have an alias, [email protected]. Whenever I send an email to [email protected], I examine the headers, and I see the "To:" field being correct, "To: [email protected]". All is well. I recently set up another user, [email protected] to function as a multipurpose mailbox. I aliased "[email protected]" to the services account in the same method that I did "[email protected]", however nothing I have sent to "[email protected]" actually goes TO "[email protected]". All of the headers say "To: [email protected]". This makes it extremely difficult to filter based on headers alone. Does anyone have any feedback on what settings I would need to look at in order to fix that?

In this I am storing the friends of a user in the form of CSV as shown below in the user table uid user_name friends 1 John 2 2 Jack 3,1 3 Gary 2,4 4 Joey 3 In the above scenario if the logged in user is John and if he visits the profile page of Joey, the connection between them should appear as John-Jack-Gary-Joey I am able to establish the connection at level 1 i.e If Jack visits Joey's profile I am able to establish the following : Jack-Gary-Joey But for the 2nd level I need to get into the same routine of for loops which I know is not the right solution + I am not able to implement that as well.
